I used to have a really bad temper. When I got angry, I would shout and throw things. But then I realized that this wasn't helping anything. So I started to learn how to control my anger. I took deep breaths and counted to ten when I felt myself getting angry.
Sometimes I just need to step away from the situation for a while. I go for a walk or listen to some music to calm down. It really works.
Another thing I do is try to think about why I'm
getting angry. Maybe it's because I'm tired or hungry. Or maybe it's something that really bothered me. Once I know the reason, I can deal with it better.
I also remind myself that getting angry won't solve the problem. It might make it worse. So I try to stay calm and think of a better way to handle the situation.。
