2. Don't take it personally. Sometimes people are annoying simply because they are having a bad day or dealing with their own problems. It's important not to let their behavior affect your self-esteem or mood.
3. Set boundaries. If someone is consistently bothering
you, it's okay to establish some boundaries. For example, if a coworker is always interrupting you, politely let them know that you need some uninterrupted work time.
4. Avoid engaging in arguments. Arguing with someone who is being difficult is rarely productive. Instead, try to steer the conversation towards a more positive topic or simply walk away.
5. Find a way to release your frustration. Sometimes
it's helpful to vent your frustrations to a trusted friend or family member. Alternatively, you could try a stress-relieving activity like exercise or meditation.
