【摘要】OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of yellow LED light with skin care products containing extract of purslane and Prinsepiautilisroyle in the treatment of blood heat and wind dryness type seborrheic dermati -tis.METHODS 116cases of blood heat and wind dryness type seborrheic dermatitis patients werer andomly divid-ed into two groups:58 cases in treatment group and 58 in control group.Both groups were given oral antihistamine medicine,Vitamin C tablets and Vitamin B6 tablets.The treatment group was treated by yellow LED light and exter-nal skin care products containing extract of purslane and Prinsepiautilisroyle .The control group was treated by exter-nal Mometasone Furoate
Cream .Observe the result after a treatment course of 2 weeks and the recurrence rate at the end of the third months.RESULTS The total effective rate was 91.38%in the treatment group while 72.41%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups ( P
<0.05 ) .The recurrence rate was 16.67%(5 cases) in the treatment group while 55.55%(10 cases) in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups ( P<0.05 ) .CONCLUSION The clinical
effect of yellow LED light with skin care products containing extract of purslane and Prinsepiautilisroyle for blood heat and wind dryness type seborrheic dermatitis is better.The side effct is less.The recurrence rate is lower.%目的：观察LED黄光联合含马齿苋、青刺果油提取物的医学护肤品治疗面部血热风燥型脂溢性皮炎的疗效。

方法将面部血热风燥型脂溢性皮炎患者116例随机分为两组。

治疗组58例，对照组58例。

两组均予抗组胺药物、维生素C 片及维生素B6片口服。

治疗组给予 LED黄光治疗及含马齿苋、青刺果油提取物的医学护肤品外用；对照组予糠酸莫米松乳膏外用。

以上两组均连续治疗2周后观察结果。

第3个月末随访观察复发情况。

结果治疗组总有效率91．38％，对照组72．41％，两组差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。

第3个月末治疗组复发5例（复发率16．67％），对照组10例（复发率55．55％），差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。

结论研究提示LED黄光联合含马齿苋、青刺果油提取物的医学护肤品治疗面部血热风燥型脂溢性皮炎疗效较好，不良反应较少。
