针对教育部网络统考“大学英语B”----“英语II(2)”课程教学内容和建议1、由于网络统考属基础水平监测性考试，要求达到成人高等教育本科大学英语课程要求的水平，所以只能通过提高学员自身的综合语言素质来备考。
因此要求必须学习《开放英语4》，因为这是基础课程，只有通过脚踏实地的学习，才能达到网络统考“大学英语（B）”考核的目标。
考虑到这门课程参加网络统考的特殊性和重要性，要求至少保证54小时的面授辅导量，如有条件最好能加大面授量。

重庆电大《大学英语A、B》6月份网考复习安排和要求为搞好6月全国高校网络教育统一考试工作，做好重庆电大《大学英语A、B》课程网络统考复习安排，确保统考复习工作的顺利开展，经网络教育统考英语教研组研究，特制定本次培训方案。
一、《大学英语A、B》课程网络统考培训措施（一）市电大考前复习安排1．英语教研组为了使本次网考各项工作得以顺利开展，拟定举办一次网络考试网上答疑活动，并将通过邮件给各参考点提供1套练习题，供各分校和工作站复习时参考。
网上答疑时间：2006年5月29日晚上6：30点--9：30点参与教师：彭丽、曾仲贤、景韵、张伟、陈语铭、冉思思。
主要内容：考前复习答疑、解题技巧及讲解等。
2．为了加强与各分校和工作站的联系，对英语教研室成员进行了分工，落实了对口联系分校，进行考前复习指导。
3．加强对分校教学过程的督导。
要求各分校把辅导教师、辅导时间安排计划上报英语教研组，并通过各种方式（教学检查、电话咨询等）检查各分校复习落实的真实情况，以便及时向校领导汇报工作并提出整改建议。
（二）分校、工作站考前复习要求1．网考工作组织和安排从3月份重庆电大的考试情况看，《大学英语A》课程统考结果不错，参考学生29人，只有1人未通过，及格率是96.55%；《大学英语B》课程的统考结果不是很理想，参考人数1409人，及格率为73.2%。
所以本次大学英语B全国统考的形势比较严峻，希望各分校的领导、老师和学员们认真对待。
在此，我们提出几点基本要求。
（1）提高认识，认真做好各项准备工作。
各分校要认真组织教师学习和领会文件精神，并通过有效途径和形式对学员进行广泛地宣传和动员，使学员正确理解和认识全国统考的目的、意义及其重要性，让学员能积极地、自觉地参加辅导，自觉加强学习，扎扎实实地做好迎考准备。
（2）各分校应指定专人负责收集和下载市电大主页“网考直通车”中的相关网考信息，并将信息及时公告学员，课程辅导教师要尽量收集、及时反馈教学辅导情况，对学员的学习情况做到心中有数，并经常与市电大网络教育统考英语教研组保持联系。

“大学英语（A）”考试大纲适用于英语类专业的高中起点与专科起点本科学生。
考试目标本考试旨在全面检查现代远程教育英语专业学生综合运用英语听、说、读、写、译等基本技能的能力。
考生应扎实地掌握基本的语法知识和词汇，具备运用不同的阅读和听力技巧获取信息的能力以及用英语进行口头和笔头交际的能力。
听说能力考核暂不列入全国统考范围之内，由各学校自行组织。

考试内容与要求【语法】考生应扎实地掌握基本的英语语法知识，并能在交际中正确地加以运用。
【词汇】考生应认知5000个单词，并熟练掌握其中的2300个词及其基本的搭配。
【阅读】考生应能读懂与日常生活和社会生活相关的不同类型的文字材料，阅读速度为每分钟80个单词。
考生应能：1．理解主旨要义；2．理解文中具体信息；3．根据上下文推测生词词义；4．进行有关的判断、推理和引申；5．理解文中的概括性含义；6．理解文章的结构及单句之间、段落之间的关系；7．理解作者的意图、观点或态度；8．区分观点、论点和论据。
【翻译】考生应能在规定的时间内将难度适中的中文句子翻译成英语。
考生应能：1．用正确的语法、词汇、拼写、标点等进行表达；2．做到译文通顺、达意。

1 语法:考试应掌握根本的英语语法知识，并能较正确的加以运用。 2 词汇:考生应认知3000个单词，并熟练掌握其中的1800个单词及其根本的搭配。 3 交际能力:考生应掌握日常生活见情景中的根本交际用语 4 阅读: 考生应能读懂与日常生活和社会生活相关的不同类型的文字材料，阅读速度为每分钟50个单词。考试应能:1 理解主旨要义；2 理解文中具体信息；3 根据上下文推测生词词义；4 进行有关的判断、推理和引申，理解作者的意图、观点或态度。 5 翻译:考生应能在20分钟内将5个难度适中的英文句子翻译成中文。考生应能:1 对英语原文有准确的理解；2 做到英文通顺、达意。 6 写作: 考生应能在30分钟内写出长度不少于80词的常见应用文及一般的表达文、说明文和议论文。考生应能:1 用较正确的语法、词汇、拼写、标点进行表达；2 根本做到内容切题，结构严谨，条理清楚；3 根据不同的写作目的进行有针对性的写作。
第二：树立必然可以掌握英语的信心
了明确的学习需要，自己真的非常渴望学习英语。并且自己将会有足够的时间，那么就不要犹豫，抓紧开始学习。方案开始学习之后，要破除自己的不自信心心态。根底较差的人，一般在学校的时候就对英语有恐惧症，所以对自己的信心往往缺乏。总是疑心自己是不是有能力学好英语呢？这种疑心的心头导致经不起挫折，一旦发现达不到学习目标，或者效果不显著，往往就会放弃了。树立掌握英语的自信，是根底差的人第二要做的事情。那么信心从何处来呢？一个是已经掌握了英语的人的鼓励，可以多了解成功掌握英语的故事，很多人文盲也可以很好的学会了英语，并且能够流畅的跟外国人交流，只不过他们也可以说是英语文盲，只能听说，不能阅读和书写。但是比较起他们来，你是不是应该有了必然可以掌握英语的自信呢？信心的另一个来源就是不断的进步，要保证自己的学习能够让你不断感受到进步。

Ⅱ. 备考注意事项及教学建议
一、征订教材时，就要求一定要给学生定购价格相同的带“学习系统“的教材，不要定购带
磁带的教材。
二、在抓好正常教学的基础上，高度重视考前练习。
三、经常登陆“中国现代远程与继续教育网“（）看一下，做机考模拟练习。
四、分配好答题时间（共90分钟）。
五、备考要有针对性（交际用语、词汇与结构、写作）。
六、加强文字录入能力和速度，尽快熟悉“写字版”的有关操作方面的功能（因为要求是
只能用“写字版”录入作文的）。
七、指定复习资料：要求学生除了学好教材外，必须还是要参考两本有用的资料，一本是《大学英语》（中国财经出版社）；二是《网考直通车》（中央电大出版社），两本书都属于模拟题集。
注意：交际用语部分可利用《网考直通车》上的同类题进行练习。
八、教学方法的建议及指导：1、要求选择教学经验丰富的教师进行授课；2、采取行之有效的教学措施；3、要求各地必须提前对学生进行集中辅导，并有针对性地开展各项强化训练
和考前大练兵。
