变、配电房必须制定安全可靠的操作规程和完善的交接班制度。

变、配电房内严禁吸烟，禁止存放任何杂物，禁止将任何食品带入室内。
变电房和配电房是酒店的心脏，火灾危险性较大及影响面广, 结合变 、配电房实际情况,特制定防火制度确保酒店的安全用电。

PROCEDURE AND RESONSIBILITIES
程序
1. A safe and reliable operation regulation and a consummate shift relief system should be established for the transformer room and the distribution room.
采用切实可靠的办法，防止小动物进入室内，尤其是雨季要经常检查，防止雨水灌入电缆沟内。
5. Keep the areas indoor and around the equipment clean, and keep all passages and exits unblocked, clean and repair the equipment regularly.

OBJECTIVE
目的
The transformer room and the distribution room, regarded as the heart of the hotel, have a higher risk of fire and larger influence scale. Hence the fire control system is made according to the actual situation of our hotel’s transformer room and distribution room.
4. Take practical and reliable methods to prevent animals from entering the rooms and rain from pouring into the cable trench, especially during rainy seasons.

2.Keep the indoor fire-fighting equipment clean and in good condition. Any problems found should be reported to fire center in time.
要经常保持室内和设备周围环境清洁，并保持所有通道出口无堵塞现象,要定期对所有的电器设备进行清扫和检修保养。
6 .Test all the equipment and protectors on a regular basis, keep them complete, correct, sensible and effective.
