Let me talk about Beijing, the capital of China. I guess people all over the world have heard about this city, not just because of its rich history, but also because of its amazing economic development over the past twenty years.

Beijing is best known for its brilliant history, you know, it’s the capital city of China, not just now, but also in five dynasties in the Chinese history. Many buildings in Beijing are probably older than most of the buildings in Britain. Also, Beijing is

well-known for its cultural diversity. Over 1 million people from over 150 foreign countries live in Beijing now, which is really amazing

Most importantly, Beijing is the political center of China. Since China is increasingly powerful in the world today, Beijing is an important city on the world political map. Everything about Beijing is great, like the infrastructure, the food and the people. I’m totally fascinates by this city.

Animals:

Let me talk about bears. They are very big creatures, and very adorable.

They live in the mountains and as far as I know, they tend to live together rather than living alone. Bears are big eaters and they live almost anything, fish, meat and ever peanuts.

Bears are very caring fathers and mothers and female bears really take good care of their cubs.

Bears rarely attach humans but sadly humans after attach them, which is really a shame. I think we should try every possible means to preserve them.

They‘ve been humans’ companions for millions of years on this planet.

Things:

Let me talk about my cell phone. It’s a Samsung cell phone. It looks gorgeous, you know, shiny and glossy. It’s very compact and easy to carry around.

Everything of this cell phone is good, you know, the screen, the buttons and the camera.

The reception is always good, even when I’m out in the mountains.

I love this little gadget coz it’s very handy and lightweight. It keeps me in touch my friends wherever I go. Most importantly, when I feel homesick, I just use it to call my parents.

The operation is so simple and the feeling is so incredibly intimate.

Buildings:

Let me talk about my favorite shopping mall. It’s located in the center of Beijing, you know, the Wang Fu Jin Area and it’s very close to the Tian An Men Square.

It’s really huge, like 20-storyed and it’s often referred to as “The Mall”. It’s made up of tones of shops and its exterior is totally gorgeous, lots of glass walls and there are many decorations on the wall.

In terms of the interior, this mall is also amazing, very spacious and all the equipment is brand-new. I’m so crazy about this mall coz the stuff there is very reasonably priced and the service is perfect. The salesclerks are always ready to help you, almost too good to be true, you know.

This mall is a landmark in Beijing, not only because it’s enormous, but also because it’s good in any possible aspect that you can imagine.

People:

Let me talk about my mother. She’s a university teacher, a really good one, you know, all her students like her class and she’s really great at communicating with them.

In terms of appearance, my mom is kind of average. She just looks like any other lady her age, some wrinkles in her face and gray hair. She always wears a big smile on her face. I guess that’s partly why her students are so crazy about hers. And, she’s totally
