YFB系列粉尘防爆三相异步电动机

1 概述

YFB系列粉尘防爆型三相异步电动机为全封闭自扇冷鼠笼式三相异步电动机，是我公司开发研制的防爆新系列产品，该系列电动机具有体积小、重量轻、运行可靠、外形美观、效率高、节能、温升裕度大、噪声低、振动小、起动转矩大、性能优良、防爆结构先进、合理、使用安全可靠等优点。

该系列电动机的功率等级、安装尺寸符合国际电工委员会（IEC）标准，其对应关系基本与德国DIN42673标准机同，有利于出口机械设备的配套和引进设备的备品备件。

该系列电动机符合国家标准GB12476.1—90《爆炸性粉尘环境用防爆电气设备》的规定。电动机制成限制粉尘进入电机外壳内部，并限制外壳表面温度，而适用于在标准规定环境条件下使用外壳防护式防爆电机。

粉尘防爆电机外壳按其限制粉尘进入电机外壳内部的能力分为尘密式和防尘式两类，外壳防护等级为IP6X和IP5X；其标导为DT和DP。

1 General Description

Series YFB dust ignition protection three phase motors are manufactured as totally –enclosed, self-fan-cooled, squirrel-cage motors.

The motors are new series explosion-protected products exploited and developed by our Group.

The motors with squirrel-cage rotors have significant features such as small volume, light weight, reliable operation, beautiful shape, high efficiency, eneryg saving, large margin of safety in temperature rise, low noise, little vibriation, high starting torque, good performance, advanced explosion protected construction, reasonable design etc.

The series motors; rating class and mounting dimensions meet the requirements of IEC Stardard, corresponding to DIN42673, these makes it easy to fit with the export equipment and spare parts for import equipment.

The series motors comply with China National Standatd GB12376.1-9《Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Dust Atmosphere》.

The motors are designed as protected enclosure which can prevent the dust from entering into the inside of the enclosure and limit the surface temperature of the enclosure, so the motors are suitable for using in the surrounding conditions that specified by standards.

The enclosures for dust ignition-proof motors may be divided into “dust ignition protection and dust-tight ” according to the ability of enclosure preventing the dust from entering into it. The Marking is DP and DT，Degree of protection of enclosure is IP6X and IP5X.

2 结构

2.1定子

定子铁心采用经氧化处理的优质电工硅钢片，电磁线及绝缘采用聚酯亚胺漆包线及优质复合绝缘等，有绕组的定子铁芯经真空高压浸渍，使之成为一个完整的整体，并按照JB/Z294和GB2423.4进行试验，具有优良的电气、机械、防潮及热稳定性。

电动机的绝缘等级为F级，但温升限度按B级考核，温升裕度大、寿命长。

2.2转子

采用热套工艺将铸铝转子固定在轴上，经动平衡校验，电动机运行平稳、振动小。

2.3轴承及轴承室

轴承采用电机专用轴承，机座号63—132采用双面密封球轴承，轴伸端轴承室内装有波形弹簧片，以适度的弹力压靠轴承，非轴伸端轴承结构能防止轴向串动，减少电动机运行过程中的振动和噪声，机座号160及以上电机在轴承部位安装有注、排油装置，可不停机加注轴承润滑脂，且在机座号315及以上留有供安装测温仪表的空间，以便安装测温仪表，当轴承温升超过政党温度时，可及时发现或自动报警，以便采取有效措施。

2.4风扇、端罩

全系列风扇与轴采用键配合，运转可靠。

端罩为薄钢板结构，在防止一定大小的外物侵入的前提下得到最大的通风面积，从而使风路顺畅，外形美观，钢性好。防护等级为IP20。

2.5接线盒

接线盒位于电动机顶部，盒内有较大的空腔便于接线，进线方式分橡套电缆和钢管布线两种，用户有特殊要求时，可在订货时说明。接线盒内设有接线板或安装板，接线板上有六个接线端子，适用于电动机直接起动或Y-△起动，接线盒内设有接地螺栓，确保安全，接线盒内侧高有接线图，供接线时参与。政党供货280及以下为一个进线口，315—355为双进线口。

2 Construction

2.1 Stator

Stator core is made of high quality oxidized electrotechnical silicon steel plate. Electromagnetic wire is polyesterimide enamel wire, and the insulation is high quality complex insulation. The stator core with windings is i mpregnated with vacuum high pressure as an integral part, and tested according to JB/Z294 and GB2423.4, so its electrical and machnical performance, moisture resistance and thermal stability is well.
