API2000使用步驟
標準品配置
配置標準品時要先將實驗桌及相關器具擦拭乾淨否則會影響數據
將標準品配置於溶劑中(MeOH或其他),並標示好其成分、濃度、日期、姓名及使用溶劑
註:MeOH加入Tube要快,Sample加入時不可沿管壁,避免殘留
註:Tubelabel好後,使用膠帶貼附於字上,避免溶劑溢出使label字跡糊掉

註:Tube務必鎖緊,避免溶劑揮發造成配置後濃度不準確
先將平口針洗針,抽取Meoh後排出,清洗三次以上
抽取標準品,將針頭吸取0.5ml以上的體積後,將針頭朝上,往後抽一點再排出,排出氣泡
取下針頭換成tubing並將針筒置入pump內靠緊,接入API2000並輕推排氣
註:裝tubing時,需將管子往上頂再鎖緊,避免漏液

抽油泵
抽油泵产品总体介绍1984年,我公司从美国引进了整筒抽油泵制造技术和关键设备,采用API SPEC 11AX 规范生产整筒抽油泵,并于1988年获得API会标使用权。
经过十几年的消化吸收和完善,现已形成杆式泵、管式泵、特种泵三大系列四十多个品种,泵径从Ф28到Ф108九种规格,年生产能力15000台,市场占有率居国内同行业领先地位。
我公司拥有一批具有国际先进水平的加工设备:15U数控车床、15VC立式加工中心、无芯磨床、深孔镀铬设备、碳氮共渗井式炉、中频淬回火设备,这是我们生产一流产品的保障。
整筒抽油泵,泵筒内孔采用渗碳淬火和镀铬两种表面硬化工艺,柱塞表面采用热喷焊工艺。

API 610 泵特点
Pump技术交流总结1、介绍离心泵API610 API-610的版本演变,主要是8版到9版10版的变化、泵的形式。
2、机封API682第二版标准介绍。
3、介绍了加氢压缩机选型中应注意的问题。
4、讨论了工厂试车过程中存在问题和变频pump的应用.主要议题总结如下:1、API-610符合ISO 13709标准,API-682符合ISO 21049标准,采用国际单位为主,美国标准为辅的方式标注尺寸。
2、OH3、OH4、OH6符合API标准,其它不行。
3、泵壳腐蚀余量3mm。
4、危险介质排放口必须焊接,且应垂直再水平引出,不能斜出。
5、轴的挠度小于0.05mm。
6、叶轮侧口环可与叶轮整体设计,这样维修时只要配换壳体口环即可,节省费用.可能延长维修时间。
口环可点焊,不强制螺钉定位.引入了非金属口环。
7、径向剖分径向剖分泵壳应采用金属对金属接触配合,带有受约束的可控压缩量的垫片。
8、注意管口载荷力和力矩。
9、叶轮允许铸/锻/制。
定货时要指定叶轮加工方式。
10、垫版不得安装在泵侧,防止管口应力变化。
11、测振点必须加工以保证每次测量为同一点。
12、动平衡一般要求G2.5;特殊情况可要求到G1.0。
13、轴承箱必须自己冷却,不允许用唇封。
14、机座底部要喷砂,用环氧树脂灌桨;8版为带抓钩无收缩水泥灌浆。
15、轴承箱不允许支架支撑,管口法兰能承受管道应力。
16、支架和底座必须有足够的刚性。
17、转子临界转速高于工作转速20%。
18、轴封腔夹套只能作加热用,不能用作冷却。
19、允许用油脂润滑。
20、如要求,必须提供材质及焊接检验报告。
21、泵底座要连续焊接,450kg>电机重量>225kg时应配垂直顶丝;电机重量>250kg时应配左右及轴向顶丝。
22、第八版后,就不采用非平衡式机械密封了。
23、有一个推荐密封选择程序,24、采用密封分类的概念,CATEGORIES 1/2/3。
使用不同需要,炼油设备采用2、3类机封。

一、概述离心泵具有性能范围大、流量均匀、结构简单、运转可靠和维修方便等优点,因此在工业生产中的应用最为广泛。
除高压小流量时用往复泵,计量时用计量泵,介质含气时用旋涡泵或容积式泵,黏性介质用转子泵外,其余场合一般均选用离心泵。
据统计,在石油、化工装置中,离心泵的使用量占泵总量的 70 %~80 %。
离心泵按其结构可分为悬臂式、两端支撑式、立式悬吊式等。
注:离心泵按其有无轴封来分,可分为有密封泵和无密封泵(也称无泄漏泵),无密封离心泵分为磁力驱动泵和屏蔽泵。
本文只对有密封泵的标准作一剖析。
注:本表摘自API610第7版二、常用标准说明1. API610API ,是美国石油协会 (American Petroleum Institute) 的简称。
出版 API610 标准的目的是为了提供一份采购规范,以便于离心泵的制造和采购。
API 610( 第七版 ) 是针对石油炼厂用离心泵提出的,其标准名为《一般炼厂用离心泵》(Centrifugal Pumps for General Refinery Services) 。
但实际上,使用 API610 标准的不仅是炼油厂,石油、化工、天然气等领域均也常采用 API610 标准。
为适用这一需要, 1995 年颁布的 API610( 第八版 ) 改名为《石油、重化学和天然气工业用离心泵》 (Centrifugal Pumps for Petroleum, Heavy Chemical,and Gas Industry Services) ,并在内容上较上一版有较大的变动。
API610 对节能问题备受关注。
API610 要求制造厂和使用厂在设备的制造、选用和运行等所用环节中积极寻求创新的节能方法。
如果这种节能方法能提高效率并降低使用期的总费用而不致牺牲安全或可靠性,则应鼓励采用。
另外选择设备时的评定标准应以设备在使用寿命期内的总费用为准,而不是以设备的采购费用为准。
在石油和化工领域,采用 API610 标准的场合较多。
国际标准化组织也采纳了 API610 标准,付之于标准号 ISO/CD13709 。
目前最新版的 API610 是 2003 年发布的第 9 版,第 9 版的要求和第 8 版相比,许多方面的要求有所降低。
由于泵厂采用新版本的标准牵涉到许多模具需重新制作,因此到现在为止,泵厂生产的泵基本上还是第 6 , 7 或第 8 版的泵。
2. ISO5199ISO 是国际标准化组织的简称。
ISO5199 , Technical Specification for Centrifugal Pumps, Class Ⅱ ( 离心泵技术规范Ⅱ级 ),主要依据是德国的 DIN 标准。
其外形尺寸、性能符合 ISO2858 标准;底座符合 ISO3661 ;机械密封或软填料用的空腔尺寸符合 ISO3069 ;性能试验 B 级符合 ISO3555 , C 级符合 ISO2548 。
ISO5199( 包括等同或参照该标准的国家标准 ) 适用于卧式悬臂式离心泵,即表 1 中的 OH1 和OH2 。
符合 ISO5199( 包括等同或参照该标准的国家标准 ) 的离心泵称为 ISO 泵。
中国的 GB5656/T ,德国的 DIN ISO5199 ,法国的 NF ISO5199 等效采用 ISO5199 ;英国的 BS6836 等同采用 ISO5199 。
中国的 GB5662 ,德国的 DIN24256 ,英国的 BS5257 ,法国的 NF E44121 ,等效或等同采用ISO2858 。
3. ASME B73.1M/B73.2MASME 是美国机械工程师协会 (The American Society of Mechanical Engineers) 的简称。
ASME B73.1M — 1991 Specification for Horizontal End Suction Centrifugal Pumps for Chemical Process ( 卧式轴向吸入化工离心泵 ) 和 ASME B73.2M — 1991 Specification for Vertical In-line Centrifugal Pumps for Chemical Process ( 立式管道化工离心泵 ) 是美国国家标准,由泵厂和化工生产厂共同编制, ASME B73.1M 标准仅适用于底脚安装的卧式悬臂式离心泵,即表 1 中的 OH1 。
ASME B73.2M 标准适用于立式管道离心泵,即表 1 中的 OH3 、 OH4 、 OH5 。
其余的 ASME 化工泵标准有:ASME B73.3M —1996 Specification for Thermoplastical and Thmoset Polymer Material Horizontal End Suction Centrifugal Pumps for Chemical Process ( 卧式轴向吸入热塑性塑料、热固性树脂化工离心泵 )ASME B73.5M — 1995 Specification for Sealless Horizontal End Suction Centrifugal Pumps for Chemical Process ( 卧式轴向吸入无泄漏化工离心泵 ) 。
符合 ASME/ANSI 标准的化工离心泵称为 ANSI 泵。
4. GB3215中国国家标准 GB3215 —1989 《炼厂、化工及石油化工流程用离心泵通用技术条件》基本参照 API610第 6 版编制而成。
5. GB/T5656中国国家标准 GB/T5656 — 1994 《单级、单吸化工离心泵技术条件》参照 ISO5199 编制而成。
其相关标准如 GB5662 《轴向吸入离心泵 (16Bar) 标注、性能和尺寸》参照 ISO2858 , GB5661 《轴向吸入离心泵机械密封和软填料用的空腔尺寸》参照 ISO3069 , GB5660 《轴向吸入离心泵底座和安装尺寸》参照 ISO3661 。
水力性能试验按 GB3216 《离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵和旋涡泵试验方法》的 C 级或 B 级进行 ( 参照 ISO2548 、 ISO3555) 。
6. SH/T3139中国石化行业标准 SH/T3139 — 2004 《石油化工重载荷离心泵工程技术规定》由中国石化集团上海工程有限公司主编,中国石化工程建设公司、中国石化集团洛阳石化工程公司、中国石化集团宁波工程有限公司参编。
SH/T3139 标准主要引用美国石油协会标准 API610 ,并结合中国石油化工行业的特点,补充或制定了一些新的规定。
该标准既反映了当前国内外重载荷离心泵行业的技术水平,又作为石化行业对工业装置用重载荷离心泵的基本要求,适用于我国石油化工行业重载荷离心泵的工程设计和采购。
主要内容包括重载荷离心泵的性能设计,结构设计、材料选用以及重要零部件的合理设计及配置等多个方面应遵循的原则;同时也提出了作为机组重要组成部分的辅助设备、辅助管道系统、控制和仪表等方面应遵守的准则;还对机组的检测、试验,包装、运输及资料准备等方面提出了要求。
7. SH/T3140中国石化行业标准 SH/T3140 — 2004 《石油化工中、轻载荷离心泵工程技术规定》由中国石化集团上海工程有限公司主编,中国石化工程建设公司、中国石化集团洛阳石化工程公司、中国石化集团宁波工程有限公司参编。
SH/T3140 标准主要引用国际标准 ISO 5199 ,并结合中国石油化工行业的特点,补充或制定了一些新的规定。
本标准既反映了当前国内外中、轻载荷离心泵行业的技术水平,又作为石化行业对工业装置用中、轻载荷离心泵的基本要求,适用于我国石油化工行业中、轻载荷离心泵的工程设计和采购。
主要内容包括中、轻载荷离心泵性能设计、结构设计、材料选用以及重要零部件的合理设计及配置等多个方面应遵循的原则;同时也提出了作为机组重要组成部分的辅助设备、辅助管道系统、控制和仪表等方面应遵守的准则;还对机组的检测和试验、包装、运输及资料准备等方面提出了要求。
三、标准选用1. 中、轻载荷离心泵中、轻载荷离心泵是指能全部满足以下条件的离心泵:参数范围应同时满足:额定排出压力小于等于1.9MPa泵送温度(介质温度) <225摄氏度额定转速(汽轮机驱动时+5%)小于等于3000r/min额定扬程小于等于120m最高吸入压力小于等于0.5MPa悬臂泵的最大叶轮直径小于等于333mm(1) 输送无爆炸危险性、和 / 或毒性中度、和 / 或毒性轻度的介质。
(2) 采用 ISO 2858 和 ISO 5199 — 1986 ,或 GB5662 和 GB/T5656 ,或 ASME B73.1M/B73.2M 标准制造的轴向吸入化工离心泵。
中、轻载荷离心泵一般采用 SH/T3140 标准,其在材料、设计、制造和试验等方面的要求比重载荷离心泵要低一些,因此可靠性相对要差一些,当然价格也便宜许多。
这类泵能满足一般化工用途的需要,常用于输送无爆炸危险性、毒性中度或轻度介质。
美国 FLOWSERVE 公司的MARK Ⅲ系列, ITT/GOULDS 公司的 3196 系列,瑞士苏尔寿公司和大连苏尔寿泵及压缩机有限公司的 CZ 系列,日本荏原公司和嘉利特荏原泵业有限公司的 IFW 、 IFS 系列,以及我国的 IH 系列 ( 含改进系列 ) 等均属此类泵。
2. 重载荷离心泵重载荷离心泵是指符合以下任一条件的离心泵:(1) 除另有规定外,用于爆炸危险性介质和 / 或毒性极度和高度危害介质的场合。
(2) 用于无爆炸危险性、和 / 或毒性中度、和 / 或毒性轻度介质的场合,但操作条件超出下列任何限制:额定排出压力大于1.9MPa操作温度(介质温度) >225摄氏度额定转速 >3000r/min额定扬程 >120m最高吸入压力 >0.5MPa悬臂泵的最大叶轮直径 >333mm重载荷离心泵一般采用 SH/T3139 和 API610 标准。
重载荷离心泵可靠性很高,一般要求连续运转周期至少为 3 年(不包括易损件)。
其涉及的泵型涵盖了三大类泵,即悬臂式 (Overhung) 、两端支撑式(Between Bearings) 和立式悬吊式 (Vertical Suspended) ,如表 1 。
其中 OH1 、 OH4 、 OH5 只有当买方指定和制造厂业已证明对此种泵富有经验时才可以提供。
美国 FLOWSERVE 公司的 SVCN7( 单级卧式泵 ) , ITT/GOULDS 公司的 3700( 单级卧式泵 ) 、 3900 (管道泵),瑞士苏尔寿公司和大连苏尔寿泵及压缩机有限公司的 ZA 、 ZE 、 ZF 、 ZU( 单级卧式泵 ) 、ETL (管道泵),日本荏原公司和嘉利特荏原泵业有限公司的 UCW( 单级卧式泵 ) ,沈阳水泵厂的 SJA( 单级卧式泵 ) 等系列均属 API 悬臂式泵 (OH2 或 OH3) ,当然其版次不一定全是第 8 版的。
