基于PLC的物料分拣控制系统设计(软件)

摘要:自动化物料分解系统具有高效、可靠、操作方便的优点为越来越多的使用者接受,应用也日益广泛。本设计对可编程控制器、变频器、交流电机在自动化物料分解系统堆垛机中的应用进行了探讨。本文简述以三菱Q系列可编程控制器,用变频器控制传送带,

利用电磁阀控制气缸使电磁阀完成伸缩动作的物料分解系统。

(Major of Electronic Automatization Technology,Information and Engineering college, JinHua College of Vocation And Technology, Li Feilong) Abstract: automated material decomposition system has the advantages of high efficiency, reliable operation, convenient for more and more accepted by users, is widely used. The design of the programmable controller, inverter, AC motor in the automatic material decomposition system stacker discussed the application. This paper briefly describes the Mitsubishi Q series programmable controller, frequency converter control conveyor belt, using electromagnetic valve control cylinder electromagnetic valve to complete the extension fork action material decomposition system.
