最近,香港法律界、名流界爆出轰动性强奸寨。

曾迎娶前港姐寇鸿萍的富家律师梁廷锵,上月底在自己开设的兰桂坊酒吧内与一名女模特儿饮酒,女方醉醒后发现自己衣衫不整,于是报警。

警方重案组接手调查后,以涉嫌非礼及强奸罪名将梁廷锵拘捕,保释至7月初返警署报到。

由于此桃色案件事关闻人,大概会占据一些时日的报纸版面了。

梁廷锵是否真正涉案,相信白有警方与法院认定,未必需要我等旁观者多言。

但这位闻人的身份多少让人有点好奇,盖因梁先生是律师界的成员,也就是法律界人士,涉嫌这种案件,多少让人有些惊讶。

毕竟对于法律界人士来说,维护法律神圣之余,自身不涉嫌违法总是应该的。

当然,这并非是说每个人都不会遇到尴尬事,而是说法律界人士对于自身羽毛的爱惜,总是应该超越常人的。

也正是在前几天,重庆警方的前高官文强被执行了死刑。

知法而犯法、执法而犯法,虽然内情尚有很多并不算公开透明,但其依仗警界的特殊身份胡作非为大致还是可以认定的。

警方人士与黑道相通、司法界人士包庇罪犯,似乎在任何社会里都是一件被诟病的事儿,而且从来也没有真正禁绝过,只是多少而已。

香港当年也有那么一段时间,掌握法律与执行法律的人与不良势力勾结相当严重。

有不少港片都反映过那个时期,黑白两道相互勾结以谋求暴利的情状。

即使到了现在,很多时候警方在某些情况下也会与黑社会有所联系,也出现过相当轰动的“黑白配”被揭露之事。

但世所公认,香港的司法环境现在还是相当廉洁的,这大约是得力于“廉政公署”之类的机构。

说起来,各国都有类似的机构,用以肃清贪腐。

这样的机构必然有两个特点,首先,独立于行政单位之外。

这是因为如果在行政构架当中,有权贪腐的人又必然是掌握权力的人,如果廉政公署这样的机构在行政部门的直接控制之下,往往会被人事关系绑缚得无能为力。

关机界面可查看手环的蓝牙名称、版本号、蓝牙ID末4位数。

当电量低时,电量图标能量格数减少到最后红色-格时,会有震动提示,表示手环低电压,请及时为手环充电.以免由于电量低.系统自动关机引起运动数据丢失。

手环短表带连接处拔开后可见U5B充电插头,插入标准sv充电器USB口进行充电。

充电时间约1.5小时,充电完成后显示会跳转到时间界面。

长期不使用,请务必关机并保证每1个月补充电1次,定期清洁usB插头端的金手指,减少接触不良引起不充电。

老师问其中一个学生“Are you happy / tired …?”学生回答,然后老师再问该同学另一位同学的情况“Is he / she …?”学生根据实际情况回答。

接下来该同学可以随机选一位同学进行相同的问答练习。

依次类推。
