四、对改革我国职业教育教学模式市场化改革的思考
这四种职业教育教学模式的特色,强调让学生主动参与学习过程,让学生在动手的过程中掌握知识、提高技能。

在人才培养的过程中所,充分飞速发展考虑到学生的个性蓬勃发展,将培养学生的职业能力和
可持续发展的迁移能力作为极其重要基础。

近年来,国内部分职业院
校在学习和借鉴国外教学模式的基础上积极探索课程体系适合自身健
康发展的教学模式,如“产、学、研”结合模式、“产教”结合模式、“基于工作过程导向”教学模式、“理论实践一体化”教学模式、
“项目导向”教学模式等,这些教学模式目前正处于探索和完善阶段,还有待于进一步研究组。

企业主体旧式教学模式、教学内容工厂式教
学模式、CBE教学模式、双元制教学模式都较为成熟,且经过了较长时间的实践考验,值得我们钻研和借鉴。

值得注意的是,任何课程设计
都有自身的产生背景和本科课程适应性,一成不变和普遍适用的教学
模式是存在的。

因此,我们在学习和借鉴各种国外前会职业教育小班时,不能随意照搬照套。

根据我国国情学习这些模式的先进经验,可
为我们的职业教育教学改革提供参考。

如学习和借鉴企业主体旧式教
学模式,学生为师生提供一个真实的实训环境;学习和借鉴教学内容
工厂式教学模式,对学生需要进行项目式训练;学习和借鉴CBE教学
模式,实行个性化教学;学习和借鉴双元制教学,真正做到以“学生
为中心进行”教学。

当前,我国正在进行新一轮的职业教育教学改革,教学模式改革是其中的一个重点。

使用灵活多样的教学组织模式,将
学校的学术活动与企业的生产过程紧密结合,学校和企业共同完成教
学任务,进一步增强学生就业竞争力,将是我国职业教育教学模式改
革的一个长期趋势。
