Chapter III UsageI. Making the soybean milk1. Measure the food material： take use of the measure cup。

Note： please soak into the clear water after washing when making soybean milk or other milks （usually Northern area for 8-16 hours soaking time in spring and autumn, 6-10 hours in summer and 10—16 hours in winter; Southern area for 5-6 hours in spring and summer， 8-9 hours in Autumn and winter)， and making the green bean congee, the green bean do not need to soak。
