新年即将来临，我首先向嘉辰公司大家庭的每一个成
员致以节日的问候，北国寒冬瑞雪新，神州共话凯旋歌；新的一年里希望大家都带着喜悦的心情，揭开20xx年崭新的一页。
听了刘总刚才的报告，我们都很兴奋、特别的鼓舞，
咱们公司由土建转型水利转型的特别成功，咱们公司虽然不是水利专业的公司，但是在董事长和刘总的领导下，能拿下两个标段太不简单了，足以证明咱们的技术经济和人脉的强硬实力。
接下来会有更多大的标段中标，
绥滨县的水利工程，今年基础打的特别的好，20xx年
开板就抢进度、雷诺、水稳、混凝土路面，一环套一环的抓下去，必须按时完成任务，就今年经济效益而言，也是令人高兴的，说实话，在目前的国家形势下，我们能有这么好的项目，能挣这么多的钱，实属难得。
回顾20xx年，9月22日我进入项目部，加入这个团
队后，感觉大家都很辛苦和卖力气，开始和庄哥放大线，天天都很忙碌，25公里战线长，路途远，10月3日雷诺开工，领导定下来我分管雷诺，负责雷诺的现场技术和放大线，从学习，成长，熟练，这几个阶段走过来，无论是从自身的技术和管理都得到了锻炼和成长，分管的雷诺有6个施工队，来自本省的各个市县，每天开着项目指挥车从16+570开始黑龙江省嘉辰建筑工程有限责任公司到0+000分别对
每个队进行技术和质量安全交底、验收、监管多重身份，上午一个来回，下午一个来回，并记录下每个施工队的施工日志，忙碌但充实，不辛苦是假话，说到辛苦，最辛苦的是刘总和懂事长，懂事长用自己拥有的强大人脉负责沟通整个项目，运筹帷幄，刘总负责整个25公里战线的所有事情，能想到每个生产中每个的细节，无论是从技术和生产管理刘总现在都特别的列害，刘总是我的偶像，也是我的师傅，又是我的领导，又是我的长辈，从刘总身上学到了很多东西，还有腾总（水利权威专家）、庄哥、唐工。
展望20xx 年，希望自己同大家在刘总的率领下共同努力使企业更上一层楼，抢工期，抓进度，保质量，该省则省，该管则管，充分发挥自己的能量，坚决完成领导交给的任务，我愿意为嘉辰公司付出一切努力，在20xx年的工作中，认真负责，为嘉辰公司奉献自己的青春。
