1）液压试验压力为设计压力的1.5倍，试验介质为洁净水（水中氯离子含量不得超过50mg/L）。液体压力试验时，应缓慢升压，达到试验压力后停压10min，然后降至设计压力，停压30min，应以不降压、无泄漏、无变形即为强度和严密性试验合格。详见GB50517-2010第10.3节。

2）无损检测：按照《石油化工金属管道工程施工质量验收规范》GB50517-2010第9.3节要求：SHB1管道对焊接头检测数量100%RT，验收标准NB/T47013.2的II级合格，角焊接头检测数量100%PT，验收标准NB/T47013.5的I级合格；SHB3管道对焊接头检测数量10%RT，验收标准NB/T47013.2的III级合格，角焊接头无需检测；SHC5管道无需检测。

2) Nondestructive testing: According to the requirement of section 9.3 of the GB50517-2010 in < Metallic Piping in Petrochemical Engineering Construction Quality Acceptance Specification >:SHB1 pipe welding joint detection number 100%RT, II grade NB/T47013.2 standard of qualified acceptance, fillet welding joint detection, the number of 100%PT, the acceptance standards of NB/T47013.5 grade I; SHB3 pipe welding joint detection number 10%RT, III NB/T47013.2 the acceptance criteria for qualified fillet welded joint without detection; SHC5 pipeline without detection.

3) 架空碳钢管道采用普通级防腐，按《石油化工设备和管道涂料防腐蚀设计规范》SH/T3022-2011中B-1配方执行，即钢材表面除锈达等级Sa2.5后涂环氧磷酸锌底漆一道、环氧厚浆漆一道、脂肪族聚氨酯面漆一道，施工按《石油化工涂料防腐蚀工程施工技术规程》SH/T3606-2011执行，验收按《石油化工涂料防腐蚀工程施工质量验收规范》SH/T3548-2011执行。
