售后服务承诺条款

1、Warranty 质保期承诺

Warranty period of whole machine is twelve (12) months counting from finishing the site acceptance. The warranty of the steel structure is five (5) years.

质量保证期为：货到现场验收合格后，12个月（即壹年）。结构件质量保证为5年。

2、There is a professional warehouse in Shanghai service center. We can provide you with common spare parts, wearing parts, big parts & special tools for your heavy repair. All the parts are guaranteed to import directly from the manufacturer.

在上海售后服务中心设有专业仓库，我们能长年供应常用零部件、易损易耗件、大修用零部件及操作使用的各种专用工具，并保证所有零部件均直接从制造商进口。

3、Guarantee for other services其他服务质量保证

1) We guarantee that the goods included parts are brand new and are complied with CE standard. We never sell products of poor quality to customers as good quality or recondition old products to sell.

我们保证所提供产品为全新（包括零部件）设备且符合CE标准，绝不以次充好，以旧翻新；

2) We guarantee that all products are legally imported and all taxes are paid. We never sell smuggling products.

我们保证所提供进口设备均为合法进口并正常完税,绝不提供走私产品;

3) We guarantee that the goods will delivered on time. The machine will be set up in time and can be applied without any delay.

我们保证按时交货，并按时完成安装及调试至正常运行，绝不延误工期；

4) We set up the customer s’ record one by one. Our engineers make a phone call or a visit to you every two months.

我们为客户建立用户档案，每二个月进行一次回访；

5) We guarantee that all common spare parts are in stock & replacement of parts will be done for you in time.

我们常备有日常配件及易损件，保证快速提供零配及维修换件服务;

6) We guarantee that we provide you with service during the machine’s lift time. We only charge you material cost & reasonable labor cost.

我们保证终身提供服务，仅收取材料成本费及合理人工费。

7) All faults caused from quality are complied with Warranty clauses & will be cleared by us without any charges.

一切因设备制造缺陷引起的故障按保修规定执行，由我司负责实施。

8) All easy wearing parts, misoperation & faulty operation are beyond warranty clauses. 机组易损件，日常使用配件，人为错误操作疏忽及一切不按使用保养规定执行的错误均不在此质量保证范围之内。
