打开心灵的窗户

很多人大概都会有这种想法,在这个世界上,窗户真是一个非常了不起的发明啊。房子有了窗户,明亮的阳光就会照射进来,房子里的人也能够透过窗户看到外面漂亮的风景。而说到窗户,就不能不说说全世界最著名的那一扇,比尔〃盖茨的“视窗”操作系统,全世界上亿的微软用户,正是透过这扇“视窗”,足不出户便知天下大小事。但今天,我在这里最想说的是那扇联系人与人心灵的窗户。

雨果说:“世界上最宽阔的东西是海洋,比海洋更宽阔的是天空,比天空更宽阔的是人的心灵。”无论心灵如何地宽阔,都会有一扇通向它的窗户。做为一名老师,如果能够在为学生开启知识这扇窗口的同时,还能用爱心打开学生的心灵窗户,走进他们的心灵深处,了解他们的个性和想法,进而成为孩子们的好朋友,带领他们健康向上、茁壮成长,那么这样的教师才算得上是真正称职并值得尊敬的“人类灵魂的工程师”,而这,也正是我从教之后的永恒追求和向往。

要打开学生的心灵之窗,我觉得,做为老师首先要敞开自己的心扉,用充满爱、充满宽容、充满公正无私的博大胸怀,来接纳学生那一双双好奇、求知、疑惑甚至胆怯的目光,用温和的态度、亲切的言语、渊博的知识、耐心的教导、敏锐的感觉化做一道道明媚的阳光,照亮那一扇扇小小的窗户,照进那一颗颗幼小的心灵,让他们能够分享到老师的温暖、关怀、欢乐、智慧,也让老师能够了解他们的天真、快乐、可爱和美好,营造出轻松、

和谐的师生情谊,更好地促进他们身心健康成长。

在实际教学过程中,我发现了一条很重要的能够贴近和打开学生心灵窗户的途径--日记。尽管我不是语文老师,但我会经常去找我的学生的语文老师,借阅学生的日记本。通过“日记”这扇窗口,我能够更加全面细致地了解到许多同学内心的想法和他们对同学、老师、学校甚至社会的看法,以及他们的梦想、兴趣和心中的小烦恼,我觉得他们把这些都写在日记里让老师看,也是想让老师分享他们的快乐、鼓励他们的梦想、引导他们的兴趣,也希望寻求老师的安慰和帮助,如果看到越来越多的学生在日记里透露他们的小心思小秘密,我就会非常开心,我认为他们把老师当成了朋友,而他们很信任他们的朋友。当我把借阅日记这件事告诉我的学生时,他们一点儿也不介意,甚至很愿意让所有的老师都来通过日记了解他们自己。有时候我会让他们尝试用英语写日记,他们会表现出强烈的兴趣和热情。当我看到他们居然能用有限的单词和语法清楚地表述一个物品、一件事情时,我真是非常的开心和满意。我觉得,他们已经在用英语开启着未知世界的小窗口了。

我是一名小学英语老师,我将致力于开启知识之窗和我的学生的心灵之窗,而在每个人的生命当中,有许许多多的窗户需要开启,梦想在窗外,打开窗户让它进来;友谊在窗外,打开窗户让它进来;爱情在窗外,打开窗户让它进来;成功在窗外,打开窗户让它进来。有很多的美好的事物其实离我们很近,就在窗外,那么就打开那一扇扇窗户,统统放它们进来,让我们的生活充满美好,一起来吧!

Open the Windows of the Soul

Many people probably will have an idea that the window is a very great invention in the world. A window will let sunshine come in the house; a person in the house can also see the beautiful scenery through the window. And when it comes to the window, here we must speak to the world's most famous window: Bill Gates "Windows" operating system, through which makes hundreds of millions of Microsoft users to know what is going on around the world. But today, what I want to say here is the window that links the souls among people.

Hugo said: "the broadest thing in the world is the sea, which is less broad than the sky; the human soul is the broadest among the broadest." No matter how broad the mind is, there is always a window leading to it. As a teacher, if I can open the knowledge to my students, at the same time, use my love to open the window of students’ mind and go into their hearts to understand their personalities and thoughts, and then become their good friend, by this way leading them to live actively and grow healthily, only then am I worth the respect "the engineer of the human soul", and exactly that is what I am looking for and dreaming of eternally in my teaching.

To open the window of student’s soul, I think, as a teacher we should first open our own heart to the students and use our true love, tolerance, broad mind to accept students’eyes which are full of curiosity, knowledge, doubt and even fear. And then we can turn a mild attitude, kind words, profound knowledge, patiention, acute senses into a series of the sunshine to light up the million young hearts through their heart windows, so that they can share the teacher's warmth, care, joy, wisdom, and also let the teacher know their innocence, happiness, loveliness and good, and finally we can build a relaxed, harmonious friendship between teachers and students and improve their physical and mental healthy growth.

During the practical teaching process, I have found a very important way to get close to the students heart—diary. Although I am not the Chinese teacher, but I often borrow students’ diaries from their Chinese teacher, through the "diary" this window, I am closer to their inner thoughts and social views to their teachers, classmates, school and even the society. And their dreams, interest and the small troubles are also reflected in their diaries, I think they write these in a diary just to share their happiness with the teacher, and they just want their teachers to encourage their dreams and get their teacher’ comfort and help. If I can read more students showing their little secrets in a diary, I feel very happy, I think they treat their teacher as a friend and trust their friends. When I tell them that I have read their diaries, they don't mind, and even they are willing to let all the teachers to know them through their diary. Sometimes I try to lead them to keep a diary in English; they should show a strong interest and enthusiasm.
