我自己的办法是在真题里掌握核心词汇。
任何一本真题都可以，你可以将真题文章中的生单词标注出来，然后在把它的近义词、反义词、派生词还用常用的固定搭配进行整理，然后再集中去背。
巨微土豪金的《逐句精解》主要是适合于我这种不想查单词的懒人，里面每一篇文章后都有关于词汇的精讲，非常之全面和详细。
还有一个【逐句精解】版块，有一些关于语法结构的解释和图表说明，学一篇文章，又学了词汇又学了语法两者兼得。
积累下来，不仅是词汇量，连语法都有了很大的提升。
六级的听力的语速比之前四级听力快了许多，单词量也有所增大,整体难度大概提升了1-2层次。
为此，我每天花在练习听力上的时间至少超过三个小时。
只要一闲下来就戴着耳机不停的听，不断地磨耳朵。

在上Allen老师的词汇课时，跟的还是很轻松的，基本上没什么问题。
我记得Allen老师说过大量重复，反复的运用就一定可以记住。
跟读考虫单词书三遍，反复刷自己不认识的单词，因为也不是很多+有“两年”的积累奠定了基础。
刷了七遍课，特别是前六节课。
每天早上六点半起来朗读，还记得老师说要把词汇书翻烂才行，我想我也做到了。
写作翻译：从去年专升本开始，坚持每个星期写一篇作文，开始很痛苦，不知道写什么。
坚持几个星期之后逐渐有了写作的习惯，但是文章没什么内容毕竟英语太差了。
上课之后，不习惯石麻麻的授课风格，只习惯石麻麻开车（我从小开车）所以我当时心里非常怀疑这个老师的“能力”。
但是我都花钱买了课不能不听。
强迫自己适应。
我发现自己对于写作翻译是“过于自信”（因为之前自己有练过翻译，觉得不难）认为只要自己稍微听了课就掌握了全部内容，其实不然。
四六级：付出终有回报我的英语过级血泪史
说起英语四六级，相信⼤家都有⼀⼤堆的黄连⽔要吐，我也不例外。
四六级现在离我已经有三年多了吧，我也两三年没怎么读英语了，趁我还没完全忘记之前，回顾⼀下我的过级⾎泪史，也是对⾃⼰⼤学⽣活的⼀个纪念，如果对学弟学妹们还有些经验可借鉴，那就更好啦。
那时压⼒很⼤，现在想想，天天只想着考试的⽇⼦，⼜是多么单纯且上进的⽇⼦啊！(其实我是英语爱好者，但⾃从过了四六级，就觉得学英语好像没什么必要了……) 刚进⼤学，学长们就谆谆教导我们英语的重要性，要把过级当作⼤学学习的中⼼任务来抓。
加之我们学校的过级率很低，弄得⼈⼼惶惶。
所以，从⼤⼆开始我们上⾃习⼤多数都是奔英语去的。
我们学校那时有个政策：⼤⼀下英语期末考75分以上的可在⼤⼆上提前考四级，我有幸中奖，所以⼤⼆开始就摩拳擦掌，经过了⼤⼀的浑浑噩噩，⼈⽣⼜有了可以拼搏的动⼒，我当然⼼⽆旁骛，全⼒以赴。
其实很多⼈四级都过得⽐较轻松，有的说没怎么念就过了，但我想我还是属于笨鸟先飞那种类型的。
总之觉得那时还是挺认真的，同学们会经常看见⼀个提着⼀壶⽔背着双肩包去教室的⾝影，哇！那个勤奋哪！充实！哎，其实不就为了以后能脱离英语的苦海吗？终于，天道酬勤，第⼀次就提前pass了! ⼤⼆下，我便开始准备六级了。
但是，也许是有点⿇痹⼤意了；也许是其他事情分了⼼，杂念太多；也许是六级真的是挺难的……总之，第⼀次考了57分，使我充满挫败感。
后来就应了那句⽼话“⼀⿎作⽓,再⽽衰,三⽽竭”，六级已严重成为我的⼼腹⼤患，郁闷的⼼情⼀直持续着。
为了改善状况，经常光顾书店，读新概念，听疯狂英语，听Celine Dion、back street boy，听英语电影原声带，有⼀⽚是我⾮常喜欢的奥黛丽·赫本的《Breakfast At Tiffany’s》，现在那些对⽩仍萦绕⽿边……这些主要是为了激发学习英语的兴趣。
另外，买辅导书，背单词，做题。

请听我说：一个英语六级成绩552分的考生的自白
首先介绍一下自己的情况：
大二医科汪，去年十二月刚考过六级，英语六级成绩总分为552，听力190；阅读180；翻译和写作182。
港真，比起那些580往上的大神来说，这个成绩真的不算什么，但是我自己作为英语基础并不是多么好的人，能在三个月的准备之后取得552分的成绩我已经非常满意了，感觉已经用尽了自己体内蕴藏的“洪荒之力”。
之前考四级的时候我用的是巨微英语系列的辅导书，后来准备了三个月，一次性考过。
四级成绩是总分644：听力225，阅读230，翻译和写作189，口语A。
这一次我又入手了一本巨微英语《六级真题/逐句精解》，因为书里会附带一份时间规划作为参考，我四级时也是按规划好的计划执行的，最后考的还算不错。
这一次我并没有完全按照计划，而是结合自己本身的薄弱项做了一些微调。
听力在英语六级成绩中占了很大的比重，而我的听力并不是很好，而且六级的听力比四级的难度提升了很多，所以要用了更多的时间来准备。
下面给大家分享一下我为了提升英语六级成绩而用到了一些方法和经验。
首先还是词汇方面的积累，很多人觉得单词很难记，其实不然。
我自己的办法是在真题里掌握核心词汇。
任何一本真题都可以，你可以将真题文章中的生单词标注出来，然后在把它的近义词、反义词、派生词还用常用的固定搭配进行整理，然后再集中去背。
巨微土豪金的《逐句精解》主要是适合于我这种不想查单词的懒人，里面每一篇文章后都有关于词汇的精讲，非常之全面和详细。
还有一个【逐句精解】版块，有一些关于语法结构的解释和图表说明，学一篇文章，又学了词汇又学了语法两者兼得。
积累下来，不仅是词汇量，连语法都有了很大的提升。
六级的听力的语速比之前四级听力快了许多，单词量也有所增大,整体难度大概提升了1-2层次。
为此，我每天花在练习听力上的时间至少超过三个小时。
只要一闲下来就戴着耳机不停的听，不断地磨耳朵。
在做听力真题时，我一般先猜想听力中可能设置的问题，然后再做题，不停的进行总结，知道听力材料中的那些部分会出细节，那些部分考查主题，等到差不多摸到听力出题的那个关窍就可以了。
阅读要能够保证每两天学习一套真题，消灭中间的生单词和长难句。
还有加强对课外文章的阅读，至少每天一篇，主要选择
一些跟时事热点息息相关的题材。
到后期要不停的做题，练习技巧。
每做完一套真题我都会进行总结归纳，整理易错点。
然后再回到原文，找出每个选项的出处，还有就是仔细研究电子版的阅读满分兵法，找出一些阅读真题里时常会设置的陷阱，积攒经验。
还有要意识的控制自己的做题速度，第一次做一篇阅读花了30分钟，那下一次一定要注意时间，当然也不要因为太在意速度而忽视了正确率。
在英语六级成绩当中，我个人认为写作和翻译的提升是比较简单的。
写作和翻译是最能体现人的综合实力的，因为这是一种变相的输出，是自己平时积累的一些东西，包括词汇啊、文化背景啊什么的。
在练习写作的时候一定要注意一下三点：1.词汇量要体现出来，你总不能通篇都用good，better这样的词汇。
第二，逻辑关系要体现出来。
尽量每一句都和上一句有一定的逻辑词连接，不过要注意，这些句子之间也必须有逻辑关系，不要乱用逻辑词。
第三，语法错误少犯。
如果实在对语法结构复杂的句子没有把握，那就写不会出错的长短句。
在备考的时候，每两天背诵1篇六级模板范文，并根据范文进行仿写。
写出来之后在和范文进行对比，看看自己有哪些方面的不足，是词汇的问题还是语法结构的问题。
然后加强这一方面的练习，最后再学习“创新范文”里的好句子，记住和掌握它们。
平时可以多看看国家领导人发言时的翻译，这对翻译的提升也很有用。
看人家是怎么进行语言表达的。
翻译的前提就是你对这句话中想要表达的信息已经掌握了，并且可以用自己的话来描述出这些信息。
然后将自己的思路记下来，尝试着去写，多使用一些比较高级的词汇，掌握一些特殊句式。
