小学六年级假期旅游英语作文范文
小学六年级假期旅游英语作文范文全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Amazing Summer Vacation TripThis summer, my family went on the most incredible trip to Hawaii! I had been looking forward to our vacation for months and months. Hawaii is a chain of islands located in the Pacific Ocean, and it's famous for its beautiful beaches, lush green mountains, and tropical climate. We stayed for two wonderful weeks, hopping between a few of the major islands. I'll never forget all the amazing sights and experiences we had!Our trip started on Oahu, which is home to the capital city of Honolulu. As we flew in, I was amazed by the bright blue waters and the tall mountain ranges covered in green forests. Oahu is where you'll find the famous Waikiki Beach, with its iconic crescent shape shoreline and towering hotels and resorts. We spent our first few days just relaxing on the warm, soft sandy beaches and swimming in the incredible turquoise waters of the Pacific. The waves were perfect for bodyboarding and bodysurfing. I had so much fun riding the rolling waves! We also visited the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, which was a somber but fascinating experience. We took a boat out to the USS Arizona Memorial, which sits right on top of the sunken battleship that was bombed during the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. Walking through the museums and memorials helped me understand the great sacrifices made by the brave soldiers who fought in World War II.After a few days on Oahu, we took a short flight to the Big Island of Hawaii, which is actually the largest island in the whole Hawaiian chain. One of the highlights was visiting Volcanoes National Park to see the active volcanoes. We went on an amazing hike through the volcanic craters and lava rock deserts. We even saw bright orange lava oozing out of the side of the Kilauea volcano! The volcanic landscapes looked like an alien planet – it was out of this world. We also spent time on the beach checking out the green sea turtles that frequently come up on shore to sunbathe on the black lava rock. They were huge! Our guide told us they can weigh over 300 pounds. We learned all about conservation efforts to protect these endangered turtles, which I thought was really interesting. The next stop on our island-hopping adventure was Maui, which is known for its beautiful Haleakala Crater and the famous Road to Hana highway. We woke up before dawn one morning to make the trek up to the summit of Haleakala in order to watch the incredible sunrise views. The massive crater is actually a dormant volcano, but it almost looked like we were on the surface of the moon with its craggy red rocks and dry volcanic landscape.Driving the curvy Road to Hana was another big highlight. This is a long, winding highway that runs along the coastline, passing by beautiful black sand beaches, towering waterfalls, lush rainforests, and plenty of street-side fruit stands selling fresh pineapples, coconuts, and bananas. We stopped along the way to hike through some of the bamboo forests, which was like being transported into another world. Our final few days were spent on the small, laidback island of Kauai, which is absolutely covered in bright green vegetation and stunning natural scenery. We kayaked along the Wailua River through the rainforest and even went hiking up to see the unbelievably beautiful Wailua Falls. We also took a boat tour along the Napali Coast, where we got to see the incredible towering cliffs, waterfalls, valleys and sea caves up close. Thewater was crystal clear and so many shades of blue and turquoise. One of my favorite memories from Kauai was visiting Poipu Beach, which is known for its friendly monk seal population. These huge marine mammals were just lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun like lazy tourists! Our guide told us they can weigh over 600 pounds. We stayed back at a respectful distance, but we were able to watch their funny antics as they wriggled across the sand. It was awesome to see them in the wild like that. All too soon, our incredible Hawaiian vacation came to an end. I have so many amazing memories – from watching traditional luaus and hula dancers, to snorkeling through bright purple coral reefs teeming with tropical fish, to feasting on fresh seafood like tuna poke bowls and Kalua pork. Hawaii is a paradise like nowhere else on earth, with its unique volcanic landscapes, diverse ecosystems, and rich cultural traditions. I feel so grateful that I got to experience it all alongside my family. Now I'm already dreaming about the next big family adventure! Where will we go next year?篇2My Super Fun Summer VacationThis summer, my family took the best vacation ever! We went to Hawaii for 10 days and had an amazing time. I'm going to tell you all about our awesome trip.We left San Francisco on a Thursday morning in July. My little brother Jake and I were so excited for the five hour flight to Honolulu. Jake is only 7 years old, but he's a great traveler. As soon as we got on the plane, we were checking out all the cool features like the TV screens and asking the flight attendants tons of questions. When we finally landed in Hawaii, it was like entering a completely different world. The second you step off the plane, you're hit with warm, humid air that smells like flowers. The Honolulu airport was beautiful, with tall ceilings and open-air corridors lined with exotic plants. Our hotel was right on the beach in Waikiki. We had a gorgeous view of the bright blue ocean and Diamond Head crater from our room. We couldn't wait to go swimming! After dropping our bags, we immediately hit the pool and beach. The ocean water was perfectly warm and the waves were huge. We spent hours bodyboarding and building sandcastles. The next day, we went on a boat tour of the islands. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, and even some whales in the distance! Ourtour guide taught us about the history and culture of Hawaii which was really interesting. After the boat tour, we had a luau at a special beach park. We learned some Hawaiian dances, ate a delicious roasted pig feast, and watched incredible fire dances at night. On another day, we hiked through a lush rainforest to see beautiful waterfalls. The trails were a little muddy after recent rains, but that just made it more fun to splash around. The waterfalls were breathtaking - powerful rushes of water pouring from cliffs into pools you could swim in. We also went snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, which had an incredible variety of tropical fish and coral. I saw rainbow-colored parrotfish, sharks, eels, and much more. One of the highlights was viewing the lava flows on the Big Island. We took a small tour boat right up to where hot molten lava was oozing from the side of a volcano into the ocean. It was shooting up clouds of steam and smoke - I had never seen anything like it! Our guide explained how the lava flows constantly change the shoreline of the island over time.Another day we visited Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona memorial. It was very moving to learn about the tragic history there and how many lives were lost. The memorial itself isbeautiful, with the ship's remains visible under the water. I have a deep respect for the brave soldiers who sacrificed everything. We spent a lot of our vacation just relaxing too. Waikiki Beach had a miles-long stretch of perfect white sand to run and play on. We rode the iconic Hawaiian outrigger canoes and tried surfing for the first time (it's really hard!). In the evenings, we wandered through outdoor markets selling fresh pineapples, coconuts, and tasty Hawaiian plates like kalua pork, poi, and haupia coconut pudding. Before we knew it, our amazing 10 day trip was coming to an end. We crammed in one last hike up the Diamond Head volcanic crater, which had amazing views over Honolulu and the Pacific. My legs were sore for days after climbing the steep trail! On our last night, we had a special farewell dinner at a traditional luau show. We feasted on Pacific seafood and danced hula with the performers. It was such a fun celebration of the Aloha spirit. I was really sad to leave this beautiful island paradise. The trip back home on the plane seemed to take forever. Jake and I spent the whole time looking through the hundreds of photos and videos on my camera and chatting about all ourfavorite moments. I'm already saving up my allowance money for our next Hawaiian adventure! Aloha!篇3My Amazing Summer VacationThis summer, my family went on the best vacation ever! We had been saving up for a really long trip for years, and we finally got to go. I was so excited when my parents told me and my little brother that we were going to Hawaii for two whole weeks. I had never been anywhere that far away or that amazing before. The trip started with a long flight from our home in Ohio. It took almost an entire day with all the connections and layovers, but I didn't even mind because I was just so thrilled to be going to Hawaii. When we finally landed in Honolulu, it was already nighttime, but I could feel the warm tropical air as soon as we stepped off the plane. It smelled like flowers and the ocean. So different from back home!We stayed at this incredible resort right on the beach in Waikiki. Our hotel room was huge, with a big balcony that looked out over the bright blue Pacific Ocean. I had never seen water that color before - it was almost glowing it was so blue andclear. The first morning there, I woke up really early just to watch the sunrise over the ocean. It was breathtaking.Pretty much every day, we spent time on the beautiful sandy beach in front of our hotel. My brother and I had so much fun playing in the ocean waves and building sandcastles. The water was warm and shallow for a long ways out, which was perfect for us kids. My mom and dad just relaxed on beach chairs under big umbrellas and read books. The Hawaiian beaches really are like pictureperfect postcards. But we didn't just lay around at the beach the whole time. We also did lots of fun activities and saw incredible sights around the different islands. One day, we went snorkeling at Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve on Oahu and saw tons of tropical fish and other marine life up close. The water was so crystal clear and the fish were every color of the rainbow.Another day, we took a helicopter tour of the entire Big Island of Hawaii. Flying over the black lava fields and huge volcanoes was seriously amazing. And when we flew by giant waterfalls spilling right into the ocean, I couldn't believe how beautiful it all was. Getting to see it all from the helicopter in the air was the best way to really appreciate the islands. My favorite day might have been when we visited the Polynesian Cultural Center on Oahu. It's this huge area where we got to learn all about the different Pacific island cultures through displays, shows, activities, and even a luau feast. We watched traditional dances, listened to ceremonial drumming, played ancient games, and tried on traditional clothes from Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, and other island groups. And the luau at night with the dances and fire performers was just mesmerizing.Everywhere we went in Hawaii, I was just in awe of the natural beauty all around. The bright blue ocean, the sandy beaches, the huge waves crashing against cliffs, the gorgeous green mountains, and all the flowers and plants that were so vibrant and tropical. Hawaii really is like a real-life paradise. Even the little things were exciting to me, like seeing geckos crawling around everywhere and eating my first fresh pineapple straight from the fields. It was all just so different than my regular life in Ohio.We also got to try some amazing Hawaiian food that I had never tasted before. My favorite was probably the kalua pork that we had at the luau - it was smoked underground and incredibly tender and delicious. Poi made from taro root was interesting to try too. And of course we had tons of freshpineapple, coconut, and macadamia nuts. My little brother loved trying new tropical fruits like lychee, rambutan, and longan. Shave ice was the best treat for cooling off too - it's kind of like a snow cone but even better.Experiencing a new culture was one of the coolest parts of our Hawaii trip too. Just seeing how relaxed and friendly the Hawaiian people were made me appreciate their way of life. When we visited historic sites like the USS Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, I gained a new respect for what Hawaii has gone through as well. Learning some Hawaiian words and customs made it feel like even more of an adventure.Honestly, my family's trip to Hawaii was the best two weeks of my entire life so far. I got to swim and play in an ocean for the first time ever. I saw unbelievably gorgeous natural sights that looked like scenes from movies. I tried new foods and experienced a fascinating culture that was nothing like back in Ohio. I have so many amazing memories of Hawaii that I'll never forget.I feel so incredibly lucky that my parents took me and my brother to Hawaii while we're still kids and could really appreciate it. Not many kids from my school get to go on huge trips like that. I know how expensive it must have been for myparents and how hard they had to save, so I'm really grateful they did that for us. Now I'm counting down until our next big family vacation because traveling to beautiful places is my new favorite thing in the world. Maybe next time we'll go somewhere else tropical like Fiji or Bora Bora! A kid can dream, right? Even if we just take a regular road trip this year, I'll always have the memories of my dream vacation in Hawaii. It was truly the trip of a lifetime.。

My family hasn't done too much traveling yet since my parents both work a lot, but I'm already making big plans for all the vacations I'm going to take in the future.First up, when I'm a teenager, I really want to go on a big road trip across the United States with my friends. We'll pile into a van and just drive around exploring all the different states. I'll make sure to save up a lot of money from doing chores and summer jobs so I can pay for gas, food, and admission to national parks. We're going to start off by driving down the Pacific Coast from my home state of Washington. I'll get to see the redwood forests in California and walk along some beautiful beaches. Then we'll cut over towards Las Vegas to check out all the crazy lights and shows on the Strip. Of course, we won't actually be able to gamble since we'll be underage, but it will still be fun to experience that atmosphere. After Las Vegas, we'll work our way over to the Grand Canyon. I've seen so many pictures of it in books and movies, but I can't wait to see it in person. We're definitely going to do some hiking down into the canyon itself. I'll have to make sure to pack plenty of water and snacks! From there, our road trip will take us through Texas, where I'm hoping we can go to a real rodeo. Watching the cowboys ride bulls and lasso calves looks both exciting and a little scary! We'll also have to stopover in Austin so we can experience the live music capital. Maybe I'll discover my new favorite band.Once we make it to the East Coast, we'll spend some time driving up and down the Atlantic seaboard visiting big cities like Miami, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Boston, and New York City. I want to see the White House, the Liberty Bell, historic Jamestown, and go to a Red Sox game at Fenway Park. NewYork will be the grand finale of our trip where we'll go up to the top of the Empire State Building, watch a Broadway show, and eat authentic New York pizza. While I'm in that part of the world, I'll also go to Greece so I can see the ancient ruins of the Parthenon and other iconic buildings in Athens. It will be incredible to walk in the footsteps of philosophers like Socrates and Plato. And obviously I can't go to Greece without also visiting some of the gorgeous islands like Santorini with its white buildings and bright blue rooftops.Another place high on my list is Australia and New Zealand. In Australia, I'll have to go scuba diving and snorkeling at the Great Barrier Reef to see the stunning coral and marine life up close. I'll also want to spend a few days in the Outback to get a taste of rural Australian life. Maybe I'll even spot a kangaroo or two hopping around!Once I'm in that corner of the world, it would be silly not to hop over to New Zealand as well. I'm a huge Lord of the Rings fan, so I'll definitely go on one of those movie tours to see filming locations like Hobbiton, Mordor, and the scenery that doubled as the Shire. But New Zealand has so much more to offer than just movie sites. I'll also have to go bungee jumping, luging, jet boating, and hiking on some of the incredible trails through the mountains and glaciers.Whew, that's a lot of traveling! I probably won't be able to fit all of those trips into just a few years after college. No matter how long it takes me, though, I'm determined to make my way around the world to experience all sorts of diverse cultures and environments. The world is such a big, beautiful place and I can't wait to go out and explore it!Even once I settle down later in life to have a career and a family, I'll still make sure to take my kids on vacations every chance I get. We'll go camping in our national parks, take cruises around the Caribbean, and visit our relatives in different states. I'll encourage them to study foreign languages so we can travel to places off the beaten path. Maybe we'll even take an extended trip somewhere really unique like Iceland or Mongolia for a year so they can become immersed in a totally new way of living. No matter what, though, I know traveling and seeing the world will always be one of my biggest priorities. It opens your mind to new perspectives and cultures. It creates lifelong memories of wonderous sights and adventures. And it teaches you to appreciate the diversity and beauty of our world. So as I get older, you can bet I'll continue wandering and exploringevery chance I get! The journey never ends when you're always dreaming of your next travel destination.篇5My Future Travel PlansHi everyone! My name is Amy and I'm in the sixth grade. 小学六年级旅游中英文作文范文大全全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Unforgettable Summer VacationSchool was finally over, and summer vacation had arrived! This meant two whole months of freedom, fun, and adventures. My parents had promised to take me on a special trip this year as a reward for my good grades. I was so excited when they told me we were going to South Korea! We started planning months in advance. My mom helped me research all the cool things to see and do in Seoul, the capital city. I made a list of the top places I wanted to visit like the Korean Folk Village, Lotte World, and the Trickeye Museum with all the awesome 3D trick art. My dad bought guidebooks and mapped out our itinerary. Finally, the day came to depart! The flight was really long, but I didn't mind because I had a window seat. I loved looking down at the clouds and little houses and roads below. When we landed in Seoul, everything seemed so different and new. The airport was huge, the signs were inKorean writing I couldn't read, and there were people everywhere rushing around. Our hotel was awesome – it had a pool, game room, and the most delicious breakfast buffet every morning. We spent our first couple days just exploring the nearby areas on foot. Seoul is such a vibrant, modern city with bright lights, awesome skyscrapers, and cool subway stations. But you still see traditional elements like the beautiful palaces with guards in colorful costumes. One of my favorite experiences was visiting the Korean Folk Village, which re-creates life in Korea during the 18th and 19th centuries. We got to dress up in traditional hanbok outfits, which were colorful dresses for my mom and I, and loose pants and a shirt for my dad. Everything from the houses to the workshops showed what living was like back then. I even got to try my hand at some old-fashioned games and activities!Another memorable place was Lotte World, a huge entertainment complex with the world's largest indoor amusement park. The rides were amazing – my favorite was the wild roller coaster that did crazy loops upside down. I also loved the folk museum showing traditional games, music, and dance. But what really blew my mind was the Trickeye Museum. It's filled with awesome 3D paintings that seem to pop out at you inan optical illusion. My dad and I had a blast taking funny pictures pretending to interact with the artwork. In one, I look like I'm dangling by my fingers from a broken bridge high above the ground. Another shows me trapped in a giant's hand!My dad also took me to see a traditional Korean drumming performance, which was amazing. The performers were so energetic and athletic as they pounded on these huge drums. Some even did cool tricks like flips and spins while drumming! On our last day, we visited one of the War Memorial Museums to learn about the history of the Korean War. It was interesting but also quite sad to see all the destroyed tanks, planes, and weapons on display. I'm just glad the war is over now and that South Korea has recovered to become such a prosperous, thriving nation. Before we knew it, our week in Seoul was over. I had an incredible time exploring the combination of modern and traditional sights, sounds, and experiences. I made so many wonderful memories that I'll never forget. I feel so lucky and grateful to my parents for making this dream vacation a reality. Maybe next year we can visit another amazing country and culture! This trip has also inspired me to study Korean language and history more. Who knows, perhaps I'll even want to live and work in Seoul someday? The world is so big and fascinating – I can't wait to plan my next adventure!篇2My Amazing Travel AdventuresHi everyone! My name is Emma and I'm in the 6th grade. I just had the most amazing summer travelling with my family and I can't wait to tell you all about it!Our first stop was New York City. I had seen pictures before, but actually being there was just incredible. The huge skyscrapers towered above us, seeming to almost touch the clouds. Times Square was insanely bright and busy with people, billboards, and yellow cabs zooming by. We visited some really cool museums like the American Museum of Natural History. I loved seeing the massive dinosaur skeletons and learning about different eras in history. The Statue of Liberty was awesome too - you could see it from so far away as this huge green figure welcoming everyone to the city. After a篇3My Amazing Summer VacationThis summer, my family went on the best vacation ever! We decided to take a road trip across the country to see all the cool sights and landmarks. I was so excited because I had never been on a road trip before. We started off bright and early one Saturday morning. My mom packed a bunch of snacks and activities to keep me and my little brother entertained in the car. She made sure we had books, games, coloring supplies and even downloaded some movies on her iPad for us to watch. My dad mapped out our route and we headed off on our big adventure! Our first stop was Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. I had learned about the giant carved stone heads of former U.S. presidents in school, but seeing them in person was totally awesome! The sculptures were so enormous and impressive. We took a hiking trail around the monument and got to learn all about how it was built. Did you know it took over 14 years to carve those faces into the mountainside? That's crazy! After South Dakota, we drove through Wyoming to see Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone had bubbling hotsprings, shooting geysers, and huge canyons. We saw buffalo, elk, and even a grizzly bear from a safe distance! The sulfur smell from the geysers was pretty stinky, but I didn't mind it too much. My favorite part was going for a hike and seeing the vivid colors of the Grand Prismatic Spring up close.Next up was a stop in Salt Lake City, Utah to see the gigantic Salt Lake Temple of the Mormon church. The temple took 40 years to build and had intricate designs carved on the exterior walls. My brother and I had a competition to see who could spot the most symbols and statues decorated on the building as we walked around it. We both lost count after a while because篇4My Awesome Summer VacationThis summer, my family went on the best vacation ever! We travelled all around exploring different places. I had so much fun and made lots of great memories. Let me tell you all about it!Our first stop was New York City. I had never been to a huge city like that before. The skyscrapers seemed to stretch all the way up to the clouds. Times Square was insanely bright and crowded, with massive digital billboards and ads everywhere you looked. We saw a Broadway show called Wicked, which wasabsolutely amazing. The songs, dances, and special effects were incredible. I've never seen anything like it.Next, we visited Washington D.C. We toured all the famous monuments and memorials like the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. My favorite was the Air and Space Museum though. They had real rockets, airplanes, and space capsules on display. I felt like I was an astronaut! We also got to see the original Star-Spangled Banner flag that flew over Fort McHenry. It was torn and tattered but very cool to see a real piece of history like that. After D.C., we drove up to Niagara Falls. The waterfalls were breathtaking and much more powerful than I imagined. We took a boat tour that went right up to the base of the falls. The water was spraying everywhere and we all got drenched, but it was awesome! The roaring sound of all that water crashing down was almost deafening. Niagara Falls is definitely one of the most amazing natural wonders I've ever witnessed. From there, we flew out west to the Grand Canyon. Wow, it was GRAND! Maybe even too grand because it made me a little dizzy looking out over the massive canyon and not seeing the bottom. The sheer size of it is mind-boggling. We hiked part way down into the canyon, which was quite a workout, but so worth itfor the incredible views. I felt tiny compared to those huge rock walls towering all around us. Our guide taught us about the geology and formation of the canyon which was really interesting. Our last big stop was Los Angeles to see some friends of my parents and go to Disneyland! I've dreamed about going to Disneyland since I was a little kid. It did not disappoint - it was even better than I imagined! We spent two full days there and still didn't get to go on all the rides. My favorites were Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, and the Incredicoaster. I also loved just walking around the parks, looking at all the awesome decorations and scenery. It really does feel like you're in a whole other world. At night, the parades and fireworks shows were dazzling. On our last day in L.A., we went to the beach in Santa Monica.I had never seen the Pacific Ocean before. The waves were huge! We played around in the surf, built sandcastles, and I even tried bodyboarding for the first time. The water was freezing but I didn't care. It was so much fun riding the waves. That about sums up our incredible summer road trip. We drove over 3,000 miles, saw so many cool sights, and made memories I'll never forget. From the big cities to the naturalwonders to the amusement parks, every place we visited was an adventure. I feel like I learned just as much as I would in school, maybe even more! Traveling is seriously the best way to experience new things and see how others live. I'm already counting down the days until our next big family vacation!篇5My Unforgettable Vacation AdventuresThe summer before I started 6th grade, my family and I went on the most exciting and memorable vacation we've ever had. We spent two weeks exploring different parts of our amazing country. I had so many incredible experiences and made lots of wonderful memories that I'll never forget! Our first stop was the Grand Canyon in Arizona. When we first laid eyes on this massive natural wonder, we were all speechless. The sheer size and depth of the canyon is hard to comprehend until you see it in person. The layered bands of red rock seemed to stretch on forever in both directions. We spent a day hiking along the rim trail, stopping frequently to simply take in the breathtaking views. I learned that the canyon was carved over millions of years by the powerful Colorado River. It's hard to imagine that much time! After leaving the Grand Canyon, we drove to Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. This was my favorite part of the whole trip. Yellowstone is one big volcanic hotspot, with geysers, hot springs, and bubbling mudpots everywhere you look. We saw the most famous geyser, Old Faithful, erupt on schedule, blasting thousands of gallons of steaming hot water over 180 feet into the air! The colors of the hot springs were so vivid and unlike anything I'd ever seen, from bright blues to deep oranges. We had a close encounter with a massive bison that walked right up to our car. Though they look calm and lazy, our guide told us you never want to get too close as they can be very dangerous. We saw tons of other wildlife too, like elk, bighorn sheep, and even a grizzly bear from a safe distance. Our next stop was Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. I'd seen photos of the giant carved heads before, but they looked so much more impressive in real life. It's amazing that determined sculptors could carve something so enormous and detailed out of solid rock. We spent time in the museums learning about the four great presidents the monument honors - George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. I have a new appreciation for their role in our nation's history after visiting. After South Dakota, we traveled northeast all the way to New York City. Arriving in the "Big Apple" was a major contrast from the wide open spaces and natural scenery we'd been surrounded by. But I loved experiencing a big metro city like NYC. We visited classic sights like the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, the Empire State Building, and Times Square. So many towering skyscrapers everywhere you looked! We saw two Broadway shows, which was a real treat. The acting, singing, and choreography were outstanding. I've never seen such an elaborate stage production before. One of the highlights was getting to visit the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. It was a very sobering experience learning about the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, when terrorist attacks brought down the Twin Towers. Seeing the names of all the victims engraved around the memorial pools was heartbreaking. But it was also inspiring to learn about the incredible acts of courage and perseverance in the face of such horror. I have a much deeper appreciation for how that day profoundly impacted America and the entire world. From New York we traveled south to Washington D.C. to experience the nation's capital. We toured numerous iconic landmarks like the White House, the U.S. Capitol Building, theLincoln Memorial, and the Smithsonian museums. Walking along the National Mall, surrounded by so many amazing monuments and buildings, gave me an incredible sense of patriotism and appreciation for our country's history and founding principles. The aerospace museum was probably my favorite, with its displays of real rockets, spacecraft, and aviation artifacts. Our final destination was Orlando, Florida to visit Walt Disney World. I've dreamed of going to the "Most Magical Place on Earth" ever since I was a little kid. It did not disappoint! We spent four fun-filled days bouncing between the different parks - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. From thrilling rides like Space Mountain and Expedition Everest, to spectacular live shows and parades, to exploring bizarre alien landscapes on Pandora - the amount of creativity and detail that goes into every aspect of Disney World is mind-blowing. My little sister was obsessed with meeting all of the classic Disney characters walking around the parks. We all left exhausted but with lifelong magical memories! In addition to all the incredible sights, my family and I created so many fun experiences and inside jokes along the way that brought us even closer together. Whether it was road tripping and playing car games, sharing amazement at a naturalphenomenon, or just laughing about something silly that happened, those moments created a special bond that reinforced how fortunate I am to have such a loving family.I'm so grateful my parents took the time and effort to plan such an epic cross-country vacation for us. Not only did I get to experience diverse cultures, breathtaking natural wonders, and rich history, but I grew so much as a person. Traveling to new places forced me to step outside my comfort zone and broaden my perspective. I came back with a greater appreciation for our beautiful country and all it has to offer. This trip gave me memories and life lessons that will stick with me forever. I can't wait for my next big adventure!篇6My Awesome Summer VacationThis past summer, my family and I went on the most incredible trip ever! We visited three different countries – Spain, France, and Italy. It was an amazing adventure that I'll never forget. Our journey began in Madrid, the capital of Spain. We landed at the airport and took a taxi to our hotel right in the heart of the city. The first thing I noticed were all the beautifulplazas with huge fountains and statues. Everything looked like it was from hundreds of years ago!We spent a few days exploring Madrid. We saw the Royal Palace, which is where the King of Spain lives. It's this massive stone building with so many rooms that I got lost just walking through it! My favorite part was the armory with all the old weapons and suits of armor on display. I felt like a knight from the Middle Ages.Next, we went to see a famous football (that's soccer for us Americans) game between Real Madrid and Barcelona. The stadium was gigantic and completely packed with screaming fans. Even though I didn't understand a lot of the cheering in Spanish, the energy was electric. Real Madrid ended up winning 2-1 which made the home crowd go wild! After Madrid, we took a high-speed train to Barcelona on the coast. This city felt totally different, with unique modern architecture mixed with historic buildings. The most iconic site is the still-unfinished Sagrada Familia church designed by Antoni Gaudi. Its towering spires look like they're made of melted candle wax. So cool and weird! We also went to Park Guell, another Gaudi masterpiece full of crazy, curvy buildings and bright colorful mosaics covering thewalls and floors. I've never seen anything like it. Walking through that park made me feel like I was transported to a total fantasy world. My favorite part of Barcelona was definitely the beach though. The sandy coastline seemed to stretch on forever and the water was this beautiful blue-green color. We spent an entire day relaxing in the sun, swimming, and eating delicious paella, which is kind of like a Spanish fried rice dish with seafood. From Barcelona, we hopped on a plane and flew to Nice on the French Riviera. Wow, the scenery here was breathtaking! The city is built along the rocky Mediterranean coastline with these charming old buildings painted in yellow, orange, and pink hues.We took a day trip to a place called Eze, a tiny medieval village built onto the side of a mountain cliff. Walking through its narrow, winding streets felt like going back in time. At the top was an ancient castle and church with sweeping views of the bright blue sea below. Simply gorgeous. In Nice itself, we strolled along the famous Promenade des Anglais, which is a long beachside walkway lined with restaurants and hotels. I had the best crepe stuffed with Nutella that I've ever tasted! We also did a boat tour of the French Riviera to see all the huge mansions and yachts owned by rich and famous people. My dream is to be wealthy enough to live in one of those places someday. Our final stop was Italy, starting in Rome. This city was overwhelming with historical sites everywhere you looked. Of course, we had to visit the Colosseum, the gigantic round amphitheater where the gladiators fought thousands of years ago. It's hard to comprehend just how old and massive this place is in person. We also went to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, the Vatican Museums, and St. Peter's Basilica. Seeing masterpieces like Michelangelo's paintings on the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel was a real highlight. I couldn't believe the incredible talent and skill it took to create those works of art centuries ago. From Rome, we took a train down to the Amalfi Coast, which has to be one of the most beautiful coastlines I've ever seen. The little seaside villages are built right into the rocky cliffside along the azure waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. We stayed in the town of Positano, with its idyllic homes, churches, and buildings painted in shades of pastel pinks, yellows, and greens. We went on a boat ride along the coast, getting an up-close view of all the seaside grottos and rocky inlets. The warmturquoise water was so inviting that we had to stop and go swimming and snorkeling. I saw so many colorful fish and plant life teeming under the surface. On our last night in Positano, we had a delicious dinner of fresh-caught seafood and authentic Italian pizza while watching the sunset paint the sky in vibrant oranges and pinks. That whole experience was like something from a dream. After two wonderful weeks of traveling overseas, it was finally time to head back home to the States. Even though I was sad for the vacation to end, I felt so incredibly grateful to have experienced such an epic trip full of amazing sights, food, and cultures.Traveling really opened my eyes to how big and beautiful the world is beyond my small hometown. I can't wait until I'm older and can go explore even more incredible destinations. Who knows, maybe I'll even be able to live overseas for a while someday! For now though, I'll just have to be content looking back at all the amazing photos and memories from my awesome summer vacation.。

Finally, when summer arrived, it was time for our adventure to begin. We piled into the car early one morning with our suitcases packed full of clothes, swimming suits, sunscreen, and all the other essentials for a fantastic beach trip. The drive took forever - or at least it felt like forever to me because I was so excited! We listened to fun road trip playlists, played car games like I Spy and 20 Questions, and stopped for snacks and bathroom breaks along the way. After what seemed like an eternity trapped in that car, we finally arrived at our beach house rental. It was a cute little blue cottage right on the ocean. As soon as I stepped outside, I could smell the salty sea air and feel the warm sun on my face. This was going to be the best week ever! That first afternoon, we immediately changed into our swimsuits and headed straight for the beach. The sand was blazing hot under my feet, but it felt so good between my toes. We found the perfect spot to set up our beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Then it was time to jump into those sparklingblue-green waves! The ocean water was cool and refreshing. My brother and I spent hours splashing around, jumping over the waves, and having swimming contests. We dug in the sand to make drip castles and channels for the water to flow through. Our parents relaxed on the beach, reading books and working on their tans. After playing hard all day, we were exhausted by dinner time. Each night of our vacation, we did something fun as a family. One night, we went miniature golfing at a course with all kinds of crazy obstacles like windmills, loop-de-loops, and waterfalls. Putt-putt golf is always hilarious because it's so tricky! Another night, we went to a baseball game and cheered our heads off for the home team. We ate tons of ballpark food like hot dogs, pretzels, peanuts, and ice cream. Yum!One of the highlights was going on a dolphin watching tour boat. We sailed out into the deeper waters in search of these playful marine mammals. Before long, we spotted some fins! Thecaptain stopped the boat and we watched a whole pod of dolphins swimming, jumping, and playing together. It was an unforgettable experience to see them in their natural habitat.Throughout the week, we went on long walks on the beach, hunting for unique seashells and cool rocks. We also spent a whole day just relaxing by the pool at our rental house, soaking up the sun's rays. I worked on my tan while my brother perfected his cannonball technique off the diving board. In the evenings, we sat on the porch watching the breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. All too soon, our vacation came to an end. We were so sad to leave the beach behind, but we made wonderful memories that we'll never forget. On our drive home, we talked about all the fun we had. We saw so many amazing sights and did so many awesome activities as a family. That trip to the beach will always rank as one of the best vacations ever for me! I already can't wait to go back next summer.篇2My Unforgettable Trip to the Grand CanyonLast summer, my family and I went on an amazing trip to the Grand Canyon in Arizona. It was the summer before I started 6thgrade, and my parents thought it would be a great educational adventure for us. Little did I know just how incredible andlife-changing that trip would turn out to be!We left our house in California very early one morning and drove for what felt like forever. My little brother Charlie and I fought a lot in the backseat because we were bored. "Are we there yet?" we kept asking over and over again. My parents kept saying "Not yet, but soon!" Eventually we made it to our hotel in a town near the Grand Canyon called Tusayan. The next morning, we woke up bright and early to head into the Grand Canyon National Park. As we drove through the entrance, I couldn't believe my eyes. The canyon seemed to stretch out forever, with layers of red and orange rock going down and down as far as I could see. Our first stop was at Mather Point, one of the first viewpoints you come to on the South Rim. We got out of the car and walked over to the edge, and I was just stunned into silence. The sheer size of the canyon was overwhelming. It looked like a different planet!"This is just the very beginning," said my dad with a big grin. "Just wait until you see the rest."We spent the rest of that first day visiting different viewpoints all along the South Rim Drive - places with names likeYavapai Point, Moran Point, and Grandview Point. Each spot gave us a new, breathtaking perspective into the vastness of the canyon. We took a million pictures, but I knew no photo could really capture how it felt to stand there in person, gazing out over that incredible natural wonder. That evening after dinner, we went to a ranger talk all about the geology and formation of the Grand Canyon. The ranger explained how the canyon we were looking at was over a mile deep, 277 river miles long, and up to 18 miles wide in some spots! It was created by erosion over millions of years as the Colorado River cut its way through layer after layer of rock. As the ranger talked, I tried to imagine what it would have looked like millions of years ago when there was no canyon at all, just flat land. It boggled my mind! The next day, we got up early again to watch the sunrise over the canyon from Hopi Point. Watching the first rays of sunlight slowly creep across the rockfaces and bring the entire landscape to life was simply magical. The colors seemed to shift and change right before our eyes as the sun rose higher into the sky. We could see shadows dance across the ridges and buttes down inside the canyon itself. I didn't want that moment to ever end. After the sunrise, we drove over to the historic Grand Canyon Village to walk along the rim trail and explore. We saw Old Village buildings from the early 1900s, watched rock squirrels scramble around, and visited the Kolb Brothers studio, which was an old photography business run by two explorer brothers back in the canyon's early tourism days. I loved imagining what it must have been like to explore and photograph the Grand Canyon when it was still relatively undiscovered over 100 years ago.In the afternoon, we took a break from walking around the rim and went on a fun mule ride along the canyon's edge. My mule's name was Snickers, and as we plodded along the trail, I got a whole new perspective looking down into the great chasm. The ranger leading our mule ride pointed out interesting rock formations and told stories about early explorers and Native American tribes who once lived in the area. Riding a mule felt like going back in time!On our third day there, we decided to hike part way into the canyon itself on the famous Bright Angel Trail. The ranger at the trailhead warned us that hiking into the canyon was much harder than it looked due to the dry heat and altitude change. But we felt confident starting out and quickly discovered he was right -the hike was no joke! The trail snaked back and forth, dropping us deeper and deeper below the rim with every switchback. The views from inside the canyon were even more overwhelming, with seemingly endless layers of orange and red rock towering all around us. We only made it a couple miles down before turning around, but I was still amazed we had hiked that far into the earth. After our short trek into the canyon's depths, I felt like I had a better appreciation for just how vast and incredible it really was. On our drive out of the park that evening, I kept craning my neck to look out the window, not wanting to miss a single second of those amazing views. I knew I would never forget my first glimpse of the Grand Canyon's grandeur. When we finally made it home to California after our long road trip, I had a hard time wrapping my brain around everything I had seen and experienced. The Grand Canyon had &wowed me in a way I never could have imagined. More than that, though, it had &wowed me to the incredible beauty and篇3My Unforgettable Trip to the MountainsLast summer, my family and I went on a trip to the mountains, and it was one of the most exciting experiences of my life! We had been planning this trip for months, and I could hardly contain my excitement as we packed our bags and got ready to leave. The journey to the mountains was long, but it was also a lot of fun. We drove for several hours, singing along to our favorite songs and playing car games to pass the time. When we finally arrived, I was amazed by the stunning scenery that surrounded us. Tall, majestic mountains towered above us, their peaks covered in snow that glistened in the sunlight. Our first day in the mountains was spent exploring the area around our cabin. We went for a hike on one of the trails, and I was amazed by the beautiful wildflowers that grew along the path. We also spotted some deer grazing in a nearby meadow, and I couldn't believe how close we were able to get to them. The next day, we decided to go horseback riding. I had never ridden a horse before, so I was a little nervous at first. But our guide was very patient and helped me get comfortable in the saddle. As we rode through the mountains, I felt like I was in a different world. The fresh mountain air filled my lungs, and thesound of the horses' hooves on the trail was like music to my ears.On the third day, we went white water rafting. I was a little scared at first, but our guide assured us that we would be safe. As we paddled down the river, the cold water splashed in our faces, and my heart raced with excitement. We even saw a family of otters playing in the water, which was one of the highlights of the trip for me.In the evenings, we would gather around the campfire and roast marshmallows. We would tell stories and sing songs, and I felt so happy and content. It was like we were the only people in the world, surrounded by the beauty of nature. All too soon, our trip came to an end. As we drove away from the mountains, I felt a sense of sadness mixed with gratitude. I was sad to be leaving such a beautiful place, but I was also grateful for the memories that I had made there.Looking back on that trip, I realize how lucky I was to have experienced such an amazing adventure. The mountains taught me to appreciate the beauty of nature and to never take it for granted. They also taught me that sometimes, the best moments in life are the ones that happen when we step outside of our comfort zones and try something new.I will always treasure the memories of that trip, and I can't wait to go back to the mountains again someday. Who knows what other adventures await me there?篇4My Unforgettable Trip to the Grand CanyonLast summer, my family and I went on an incredible trip to the Grand Canyon in Arizona. It was one of the most amazing and memorable experiences of my life so far! I had learned about the Grand Canyon in school, but nothing could have prepared me for how breathtakingly huge and beautiful it was in person. The journey there was very long - we flew from our home in New York all the way to Phoenix, Arizona, and then had to drive for several more hours through the desert to get to the national park. I remember feeling so excited when we finally arrived. As soon as we got out of the car, I was in awe at the vast, open landscape stretching out endlessly in front of me under the bright blue sky.We stayed in a little cabin right in the park for a few nights. On our first full day there, we hiked a short way down into the canyon itself on the Bright Angel Trail. The trail was paved at first, but then became narrower and rockier as we descended deeper.I couldn't believe how immense the canyon walls towered over us on both sides. They seemed to stretch up forever into the sky! The rock formations were astounding, with layers of red, orange, yellow and other warm colors stacked up artistically. Our guide told us the exposed, vividly colored rock layers represented millions of years of geology and natural history.Hiking down into the Grand Canyon was definitely challenging at times because of the high elevation, dry air, and steep inclines. But it was also so rewarding to be able to experience the stunning environment up close. At one point, we stopped to rest near the edge of a cliff with a dizzying drop off. From that vantage point, we could look out across the vast chasm and see the Colorado River snaking along the canyon floor, looking like just a tiny trickle from way up high. The views took my breath away – they were indescribably beautiful.Another one of the highlights was going on a horseback riding tour along the rim of the canyon. I had taken riding lessons before, so I was able to ride a horse all by myself instead of having to be led around. We gently trotted along a trail running beside the canyon edge, frequently stopping to take in the amazing vistas spread out before us. Our wrangler guide pointed out different formations and shared stories about thehistory and geology of the area. At one overlook point, we could even see a rare species of California condor soaring effortlessly on the thermal air currents rising up from the canyon depths. I felt so lucky to have that experience of being out in nature on horseback. In the evenings after active days of hiking and riding, we attended ranger talks out on the canyon rim. Huddled in jackets and blankets under a canopy of bright stars, we learned all about the plants, animals, and other natural features of the canyon while watching the sun dip below the horizon and paint the rocky cliffs in rich, glowing hues. Seeing a sunset over the Grand Canyon was just magical. On our very last day, we went on an unforgettable short rafting trip down the Colorado River. We all had to wear jackets, splash pants, and special rubber boots. The water was freezing cold, but it felt so refreshing splashing around in it after being in the hot desert all week. Our small motorized raft bounced and spun over the rapids, getting us absolutely soaked. We saw bighorn sheep standing majestically on the banks and bright blue dragonflies flitting to and fro. Despite the chilly water, I had a huge smile plastered on my face the whole time from the sheer thrill and beauty of it all.All too soon, our incredible trip came to an end and we had to head back home to New York. As we drove away, I kept twisting around in my seat to catch one last glimpse of the Grand Canyon's glory through the rear window until it finally disappeared from view. I felt so grateful to my parents for taking me on such an amazing adventure to experience one of the great natural wonders of the world. The jaw-dropping vistas, exhilarating activities, stunning geology, remarkable history, and overall sense of peace and awe I felt while being surrounded by that vast, ancient grandeur will stick with me forever. I already can't wait to go back to the Grand Canyon again someday!篇5My Unforgettable Trip to the Grand CanyonLast summer, my family and I went on an incredible trip to the Grand Canyon in Arizona. It was the most amazing place I've ever visited! I had seen pictures of the Grand Canyon before, but nothing could have prepared me for how huge and beautiful it was in person. We left early one morning and drove for what seemed like forever through the desert. My little brother kept asking "Are we there yet?" from the backseat. Finally, after several hours in thecar, we arrived at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. As soon as we got out, I was in awe. The canyon stretched out before us, over a mile deep and up to 18 miles wide in some parts. The layered bands of red rock formed a gigantic semicircle as far as I could see. It was like a monster bit into the earth and left this colossal, jagged hole. I had never seen anything like it.We started our visit by going to Mather Point, one of the most popular viewpoints on the South Rim. The observation area was pretty crowded with other tourists, but I didn't mind. I was just stunned by the incredible vistas of sculpted canyon walls that seemed to go on forever. My dad pointed out the different rock layers and explained how they formed over millions of years by oceans, deserts, and forces of erosion. The oldest rocks at the bottom of the canyon were over 2 billion years old! That's almost impossible for me to imagine. After taking about a million pictures at Mather Point, we hopped back in the car and drove along the Rim Trail to Yavapai Point. This was one of my favorite spots because it gave you a different perspective looking out across the vast canyon. We could also see the greenish water of the Colorado River snaking along the bottom. We watched the shadows slowly shift over the peaks and valleys as the sun moved across the sky. The colorswere just breathtaking, with reds, pinks, and oranges that seemed to glow in the bright Arizona sunlight. The next day, we opted to hike part of the South Kaibab Trail, one of the most famous routes into the canyon itself. Now, I had been pretty pumped to actually go down into the canyon, but I definitely wasn't prepared for how difficult and scary the trail was! The first couple miles followed a series of tight switchbacks that zigzagged along the edge of a crazy steep cliff. Just looking down made my stomach drop - we were so high up that trees and boulders looked like pebbles below us. My hands were actually shaking from the heights at some points. But my parents kept reassuring me, and I tried to just focus on the path ahead instead of looking over the dizzying edges. We only hiked a couple miles down before having to turn back, but even that short stretch into the canyon floor felt like another world. The walls towered thousands of feet overhead, and every bend in the trail revealed new colors and layers of rock showing millions of years of geological history. We passed through all sorts of climate zones too, from the dry desert at the rim down to a lush oasis with trees, ferns, and even a stream cutting through the canyon's inner gorge. It was like hiking fromMexico to Canada in just an afternoon! I've never experienced anything like that extreme changeup in environment. After our little dayhike, we were pretty tuckered out. We spent the rest of our time just hanging around the South Rim's historic lodges and villages. We browsed the gift shops (my brother got a Bright Angel t-shirt with a picture of the South Rim on it), ate at the casual restaurants (the best French fries I've ever had!), and went on the Canyon Tour guided bus ride to learn even more mind-blowing facts about the geology and cultural history. On our last night there, my parents scored us entry to the amazing Grand Canyon Star Party. Park rangers set uphigh-powered telescopes and let people look through them at different planets, galaxies, and constellations. It was already beautiful just looking up at the Canyon's endless diamond-bright sky, but then looking through those telescopes was out of this world! We saw Saturn's rings, the clouds of Jupiter, and millions of distant stars and galaxies. The rangers said the Grand Canyon has some of the darkest, most pristine night skies in America because it's so remote and protected from light pollution. Having that intimate view of the cosmos made me feel both infinitely small and completely in awe of the universe's majesty. Our Grand Canyon adventure was the perfect mix of geologic wonders, nature's splendor, and opportunities to learn about the incredible history and culture of this magnificent natural wonder. I'll never forget standing on the rim, gazing out in total amazement over its sculptured grandeur. The Grand Canyon blew my mind and showed me that even pictures can't capture the true magnificence of our world's most incredible places. You simply have to go experience them for yourself. This trip left me with a lifelong sense of curiosity and wanderlust to keep exploring all the other natural marvels out there. I definitely hope to visit the Grand Canyon again someday - maybe even hike all the way down to the bottom! But for now, I've got the memories and unforgettable sights forever etched into my mind.篇6My Unforgettable Trip to the MountainsLast summer, my family and I went on an amazing trip to the beautiful Rocky Mountains. It was the best vacation I have ever been on! I had been really excited for this trip for months, and when it finally came, it was even better than I had imagined. We left bright and early one Saturday morning, packing up our mini-van with all of our luggage, camping gear, and plenty ofsnacks for the long drive ahead. The drive took us about 8 hours, but I didn't even notice because I spent the whole time looking out the window at the incredible scenery that slowly changed as we got closer to the mountains. Finally, we arrived at the campground in the early evening. It was tucked away in the forest next to a rushing river and towering snow-capped peaks. We quickly set up our tent and started a campfire to make s'mores. That night we fell asleep to the sound of the river and saw more stars than I had ever seen before in the crystal clear mountain sky.Over the next few days, we went on some awesome hikes. One day, we hiked up to a waterfall that was taller than any building I had ever seen. We felt so tiny next to it! The water was the bluest color and freezing cold. On another hike, we walked along a ridge with amazing views in every direction of jagged mountain peaks. My favorite hike was to a lake high up in the mountains. The trail was quite steep and tough, but it was so worth it when we finally made it. The lake was perfectly still like a mirror reflecting the mountains all around it. We had a picnic lunch on the lakeshore and I spent time skipping rocks across the glassy surface. I've never seen a more beautiful and peaceful place. When we weren't hiking, we spent a lot of time relaxing at our campsite. We fished for trout in the river, which my dad would then cook over the fire for dinner. We played cards and board games in the tent on a rainy afternoon. And we mades'mores pretty much every single night because they are just the best camping treat ever!On our last full day, we went whitewater rafting down a section of a rushing mountain river. It was both thrilling and terrifying. Our guide had us paddling hard and shouting commands to make it through the bumpy rapids without falling in. At one point, we did get soaked from a huge wave that came crashing over the raft! But we all just laughed it off because we were having a blast. All too soon, it was time to pack up and head home. I was really sad to leave the beautiful mountains behind. On our drive home, we all talked about how this had been our best family vacation yet and how we definitely needed to come back again soon. I just couldn't believe how lucky I was to have experienced such an amazing outdoor adventure.Being in those Rocky Mountains made me appreciate nature so much more. The forests, rivers, and towering peaks were like nothing else. Getting outdoors and surrounding myself with thatincredible scenery was so peaceful and refreshing. It's an experience I'll never forget.Since we've been home, I've kept a little jar of river rocks, pine cones, and wildflowers from our trip on my bedside table as a reminder. Whenever I look at them, I'm transported back to those carefree and happy days in the mountains. I can't wait for my next big adventure!。

旅游英语作文六年级1There are varied ways of defining tourism. Some people regard it as a pollution-free industry; others think of it an invisible school, Both are based on an accepted fact that tourism cannot only produce profits bearing no pollution along with, but help broaden knowledge and fortify healthy. Aside from the above there exists awidespread theory, claiming that whatever is of the ability to increase in capital belongs to productive industry. In this sense, tourism should hold a position in the scope and ought to be treated as such.It is true that there is some sense in the theory, yet another equally or even more important aspect should be granted more publicity to. Tourism, in terms of its objective purposes, has a social function which contributes to human communication. Coming from vadous social backgrounds, having motives and goals of every kind, tourists get together, draw close and exchange ideas of their own, from which a fresh state of mind will be created. So what kind of production is it? To the question we should have good reason to give a proper answer: it is a spirit production, a reproduction of relations of production. And the more frequently such exchanges are made, the more good they will do to promoting social and economic development of the mutual. If it is the case that making money through tourism means a dent we have made, so it foretells a fortune to provide cultural service along with tourism. Therefore, to keep close eyeson the latter involves changing our minds first, that is, tourism is by no means a pure economic concept, but takes plenty of ideological activities as its content. To sum up, unlike other economic forms, the profits from tourism economy cannot be measured completely by means of how much output value, profit, and foreign exchange it will produce. In addition to the reputation of pollution-free industry, its social and far-reaching profit should be probed more deeply. As such the existing scenic spots ought to be kept in good maintenance, and some new ones exploited. Moreover, constructing first-class soft and hard surroundings is desired to attract tourists, the foreign and the domestic.旅游英语作文六年级2Travel is a very good means of broadening a person39s perspective.Travel may relieve a person of boredom and gloom. On that evening there is a very traditional ceremony----Spring Festival Gala, which is the favorite for many people. It brings so much happiness to Chinese all around the world .When asked about their opinion on Spring Festival Gala, people always reason differently. Some people deem that it should be cancelled, while there are also other people who argue that it should be continued. Some people take it for granted that the Gala should not exist because it is too boring on the evening of the Lunar New Year. Besides, the form of the Evening seems the same every year. In comparison, there are, however, a large number of people whohold a different view concerning this issue, they insist that the Gala must be continued. They argue that it is one of the most important celebration customs. And they think the Gala is worth expecting. As far as I am concerned, I am intending to stand on the side of the latter group of people. Admittedly, the former point of view seems reasonable, but the latter is more persuasive. Taking the above-mentioned factors into consideration, I can safely conclude that the Gala just needs a reform in the future but not to be cancelled.旅游英语作文六年级5Every summer vacation, mom and dad used to take me to travel, we visited many places, there are well-known mountains and rivers, lake, village town. I was impressed with the sea and the Butterfly Valley in Yiyuan.Last summer we went to look at the sunshine, this is my first time to see the real sea, when I rushed toward the beach, moist and fresh air makes me one of the earthquake, it is refreshing in contrast, thorough physical and mental, I live in the city air is simply "muddy"; let me understand the vastness of the sea what is called "endless", the sea of "mind" is "wide"!Walking, swimming, beach shallow water waves, yacht leisure, enjoy the stimulation and really suffered the sea taste "".Touch stone, pile sand dunes, pick up shellfish - seeking, creative, mysterious, more is the "fun" of the sea.The riotous with colour shells, peculiar looking appearance is for changing from the extraordinary as if done by the spirits, luster shining too profound to be understood the mystery of the sea! You can really eat as much as Tibet, so I still get lost in your imagination. With the edification of the sea, I memorable the feelings of the mountains, and the impression of the Butterfly Valley in Yiyuan is still in the eye.In the deep rich valley, all the butterflies dancing, like a fairy to see their beautiful and leisurely flying posture, charming color, in which a wild profusion of vegetation in the valley formed a beautiful landscape, the Butterfly Valley is a well deserved reputation.I see in a daze, a dazzling beautiful butterfly indigo falls on my front, I suddenly froze, afraid frighten it with her eyes staring at it, it has wings, the background is the illusion of indigo, arc two golden yellow, the center is a large pea red dot, my mind suddenly flashed a thought "what a punchline, here is simply not worth mentioning."Very not easy to wait until it slowly away, my soul like is it away, looked at the direction it flew in a daze staring blankly. At home in the evening, I had a dream. I dreamt that I became an indigo big butterfly, and I flew away in the direction of it.。

写一篇小学六年级英语作文出去旅游的全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Awesome Summer VacationThis summer, my family went on the best vacation ever! We had been saving up for a really long time to go somewhere super cool. My mom and dad finally decided to take us to Hawaii for 10 days. I had never been on a trip that far away from home before, so I was really excited but also a little nervous. The traveling part was kind of long and boring, but it was still an adventure. We had to wake up really early to get to the airport on time. I'm not a morning person at all, so that wasn't too fun. But the airport was awesome! It was huge with so many stores, restaurants, and people rushing everywhere.Once we got through security and everything, we had to wait a few hours for our flight. I spent that time shopping with my allowance money and getting snacks for the plane ride. I got a new Pokémon game that I was really excited to play. Finally, it was time to get on the plane! I had only been on small planes before to go visit my grandparents, but this planewas gigantic. It had two aisles and hundreds of seats. We were sitting towards the back, which was kind of a bummer, but at least we had window seats. The plane ride took over 5 hours, which felt like forever. I played my new game for a while and watched a couple movies, but I was getting really antsy by the end. I just wanted to finally get to Hawaii! But the journey was worth it once we arrived. As soon as we stepped off the plane, you could just feel the warm, tropical air. It was like nothing I had ever experienced before coming from the mainland U.S. The airport was open-air and had a bunch of cute little shops and restaurants. We grabbed our bags and headed outside to get our rental car.The drive to our hotel was amazing. Everything was so lush and green. There were palm trees everywhere and the ocean blue waters glistened right next to the highway. I couldn't wait to get in that water! Our hotel was right on the beach and it was incredible. The lobby was open-air and had a huge waterfall and koi pond. Our room had a big balcony where you could see the beach and ocean. As soon as we dropped our bags, we threw on our swimsuits and went straight to the beach. The beach was packed with tourists, but it was still beautiful. The sand was warm and went for miles in each direction. And the ocean...words can't describe how amazing that first glimpse of the crystal blue Hawaiian waters was. I have never seen anything like it.We spent so much time in that ocean over the vacation. We went snorkeling and saw all kinds of tropical fish and coral. My little brother even got to swim with a few sea turtles! We also went on a glass-bottom boat tour and learned all about the sea life. I loved floating on the surface and seeing all the animals underneath me.One of my favorite days was when we went on a hike through the jungle-like forests and up into the mountains. Everything was so green and lush. We saw bamboo forests, waterfalls, and got up close with some unique plants and animals. And the views from the top of the mountain were breathtaking. We also spent a day learning how to surf. I thought for sure I would be terrible at it, but I actually managed to stand up and ride a couple small waves! It was an incredible feeling. My dad loved surfing so much, he even bought a used surfboard at the end of the lesson. In the evenings, we loved walking around the beach close to our hotel and watching the beautiful sunsets. The colors they made in the sky were miraculous. Sometimes we would sit and watch the sunsets while eating shave ice, which is a Hawaiian dessert that is kind of like a snow cone but about a million times better. We also spent a lot of time shopping and going to the different beach towns and villages. I loved getting souvenirs and trying new Hawaiian foods. My favorite was getting fresh pineapple and coconut drinks from roadside stands.Eventually, it was time to head back home, which was really sad. I didn't want to leave paradise. The travel home felt even longer than coming to Hawaii. But I was really glad I got to experience such an amazing place and make so many wonderful memories with my family. We all agreed that this was the best vacation we have ever taken!Going to Hawaii opened my eyes to how diverse and beautiful the world is. I used to think the mainland U.S. was good enough, but now I can't wait to travel and see what other incredible places are out there. I feel so lucky that my parents took us on such an awesome trip while I'm still a kid. This is a summer I'll never forget!篇2A Wonderful School TripLast month, my class went on the best school trip ever! We had been studying about different landforms in science class, so our teachers planned a 3-day camping trip to Yellowstone National Park so we could see some amazing natural wonders up close. I was so excited! We left bright and early on a Thursday morning. Our class had to meet at school at 6 AM so we could load up the buses to drive to Yellowstone, which was a 6-hour bus ride away. Despite having to wake up so early, we were all buzzing with energy and could barely sit still on the bus. I made sure to pack lots of snacks and my Gameboy to keep me busy during the long drive. Finally, after what felt like forever, we started seeing signs that we were getting close to the park. I pressed my face against the window, trying to catch my first glimpse of the landscapes we'd learned about. The first really cool thing we saw was this huge mountain range covered in trees and rising up into the clouds. Our teacher told us those were the Rocky Mountains! I had no idea they would be so massive and majestic. We stopped at the park's west entrance and our teachers got us organized into groups with parent chaperones. That's when I got my first whiff of the fresh, clean mountain air. It smelled so good and refreshing compared to the city air back home. As we walked in, I noticed that everything seemed newer and greener. The trees were so tall and full, and even the grass seemed exceptionally lush and vibrantly colored. Our first stop was the Grand Prismatic Spring, which is a huge hot spring with azure blue waters. From far away it looked like a vivid lake, but as we got closer, I could see the water's surface wasn't still at all. It was bubbling and steaming! Thin wisps of white steam rose up from the bright blue waters, which were encircled by rings of yellow, orange, and reddish colors. I learned those colors come from different types of bacteria that live in the mineral-rich waters at different temperatures. It was like looking at a real life rainbow! I had never seen anything as vibrant and mesmerizing.Next, we hiked a couple of miles to the Old Faithful geyser. It was a bit of a trek, but I didn't even get tired because I was so distracted by the breathtaking scenery all around us. The trees, the clear streams, the wildflowers...everything seemed to be straight out of a fairytale picture book. When we finally arrived at Old Faithful, we had to wait about 20 minutes for it to erupt. While we waited, we explored the other smaller hot springs and geysers that were constantly going off around us. I couldn't believe how many there were in such a small area! Then it happened - Old Faithful began erupting without warning, shooting a huge jet of steaming water at least 100 feet into the air! The spray of water droplets looked like shimmering crystals as they caught the sunlight. It was so powerful that we could actually hear the roaring sound it made from where we stood. I had never seen anything quite as cool and powerful as a real geyser blasting off with my own eyes. After the incredible Old Faithful show, we hiked back to our campsite to set up our tents for the night. I was already blown away by Yellowstone, and we had barely scratched the surface! That night after dinner, we built a big campfire and roasteds'mores while our teachers told us scary campfire stories. Gazing up at the impossibly bright stars sparkling in the crystal clear night sky, I felt so small...but in an amazing way. It made me appreciate the beauty of nature even more. The next morning, we explored the Mammoth Hot Springs area, which was dotted with cream-colored mineral terracottadeposits created by centuries of hot spring water flowing over it. The whole area almost looked like it had been frozen in milk! My favorite spot was this one hugespring called Palette Spring that had a center of bright blue water encircled by shades of swirls of red, yellow, green, and orange. A classmate described it looking like a painter's palette, which was the perfect way to describe it!Our last stop was the massive Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River. First, we stopped at Inspiration Point and walked out to a jaw-dropping viewpoint of the enormous, vibrantly colored canyon below us. Even knowing it would be big, I was stunned by the sheer scale of the canyon walls towering over the winding yellow-green river. Our teacher explained that the yellow rocks get their color from iron oxides in the rhyolite mineral. Pretty cool! Then we hiked all the way down into the canyon itself on a trail that led right along the river. It was so peaceful and serene in that lush gorge. We spotted deer, big falcon nests on the cliffs, and even a bear from a safe distance away! The canyon walls seemed to stretch up endlessly above us, showing off those vivid yellow, pink, and orange hues.Eventually, we had to start the long journey back home, which was sad but also exciting to share stories about everythingwe'd experienced in Yellowstone with our families. I took so many pictures and got lots of cool souvenirs to remember the trip forever. Most importantly, I have all those incredible memories branded in my mind - the mind-blowing scenery, the powerful geysers and springs, the fun of camping with my classmates, and just the amazing feeling of being surrounded by such pristine, unspoiled nature. It was undoubtedly the best school trip ever, and it gave me a newfound appreciation for the natural wonders in our nation's parks. I can't wait until our next big field trip!篇3A Fun Family VacationWow, I just got back from the most amazing family vacation ever! My mom, dad, little sister Emma, and I went to Florida for a week and it was the best trip I've ever been on. I'm so excited to tell you all about it!It started with the longest car ride of my life. We drove nearly 18 hours from our home in Ohio all the way down to Orlando, Florida. That's like driving across an entire country! I thought I was going to go crazy being stuck in the car that long. But my parents let me have my iPad to watch movies and play games, sothat helped pass the time. We also stopped along the way at some really cool rest areas with big playgrounds to run around on. Emma and I had competitions to see who could swing the highest or go furthest down the giant slides. I let her win a few times to be a good big brother. When we finally made it to our hotel, I was blown away. It was this huge resort with waterslides, pools, a lazy river, and even a theme park right on the property! Our room had two queen beds and my sister and I claimed the one by the window so we could look out at the park while we fell asleep. I stayed up late that first night just staring at all the bright lights and roller coasters. I could hardly wait to actually go to the parks. The next morning, we woke up bright and early to head to the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World. I had been watching YouTube videos about all the rides for weeks leading up to our trip, so I felt like a total pro as we entered the park. We did all the classic Disney rides like Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and of course got to meet Mickey Mouse! I don't think Emma was as big a fan of the roller coasters as me though - she seemed a little scared on Space Mountain. But she loved meeting the Disney Princesses and getting theirautographs. We stayed at the Magic Kingdom from open to close and I didn't want to leave at the end of the night.Over the next few days, we went to the other Disney parks too - Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. Epcot was probably my favorite with attractions like Test Track where you get to design a virtual car and go for a wild ride to test it. Some of the international restaurants and shops were really neat too. We got to walk through Paris, London, Morocco, and Japan all in the same day! At Hollywood Studios we saw incredible shows like the Indiana Jones stunt spectacular. And at Animal Kingdom we went on the best roller coaster ever - Expedition Everest! It's a high-speed train ride through the mountains where you encounter a huge, angry yeti. So scary but so awesome! When we weren't at the Disney parks, we spent time at the hotel waterpark too. Emma and I went down the huge drop slides that sent you plunging straight down at crazy speeds. We both liked the lazy river best though where you could just float along without a care in the world. One afternoon my parents even let us go down the waterslides while they relaxed in the hot tub nearby. We had the waterpark pretty much to ourselves! On our very last day, my parents surprised us with a trip to Universal Studios to go to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter!I'm a huge Harry Potter nerd, so I completely geeked out. We drank butterbeer (so delicious!), explored the villages of Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley, and went on incredible rides like Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey where you soar over the castle on broomsticks. It was the perfect ending to our amazing vacation week.I'm definitely going to remember this trip for the rest of my life. We made so many incredible family memories and I feel like we all got so much closer after spending a full week together. Emma and I didn't fight one single time, which never happens at home! I'm already begging my parents to take us back to Florida next year. I don't think I'll ever have another vacation that can top this one – it was that fun and amazing! I just with it could have lasted forever instead of going by so quickly. Sigh...back to home and back to school tomorrow...。

I went on a trip to Hainan with my family during the summer holidays..We went there by plane. After we got off the plane,we went to the beach to see the beautiful sand and swim there. There were other people there too. Some people were surfing and some people were diving in the deeper part of the sea.Afterwards we had lunch at a seafood restaurant near the beach. We ate seafood like shrimps and craps, and drank some abalone soup.
One girl tried to call her mum with her mobile phone but there was no signal in the mountain area. Luckily we brought a tent with us. We put it up and let him rest in it. He took some medicine. Then he drank some water, and ate some food. After a while, he felt much better and we walked on. We all enjoyed ourselves on the top of the mountain.
We all didn't want to go home because the scenery was so beautiful, and there were so many other exciting things to try,but sadly it was time for us to go.
