高考英语写作专题讲座(一)题目: 高考书面表达的温故与知新讲授人: 何秀琼(福清第三中学)时间:2008年11月15日高考书面表达题型旨在考查学生英语写作方面的能力,是听说读写四大技能之一但它的命运却与“读”截然相反,阅读可以说是集万千宠爱与一身而写作长期以来倍受冷落,得不到应有的重视。
直到2003年夏季,它的命运才有了转机。
当时走在高考试题改革前沿的北京市,率先把“书面表达”的分值由原来的25分增加到目前的35分,并增设了开放作文(占15分),这一举措得到浙江、山东、四川,陕西、山东各省(包括全国Ⅱ)的纷纷响应,他们毫不犹豫地把书面表达的分值提高到目前的30分。
广东省自2007年起,更大幅度地提高书面表达的分值,两节作文共40分。
大上海又岂能示弱,它由翻译句子和指导性写作组成,总分高达45分,成了书面表达界的老大。
对于高考英语试题中写作分值应该占整个试卷分值的多大比例才算科学的问题,目前尚无定论。
但是《普通高中英语课程标准》提出,为了使人才的外语素质全面发展,听、说、读、写在外语教学中都应该得到重视,不可有所偏废。
受目前的考试条件限制,在听说读写四个方面,还无法进行大规模“说”的考查,只能进行听、读、写三个方面的考查,根据新课程标准,这三个方面的技能对于语言学习来说同等重要,无孰重孰轻之分。
所以,高考英语写作能力考查至少应占整份试卷的1/3,即现行150分制试卷的50分,才能引导高中师生真正重视写作能力的提高。
以这个标准来衡量,2008年的高考英语试卷中只有全国卷II(55分)、广东卷(40分)、山东卷(45分)、陕西卷(55分)、四川卷(45分)、浙江卷(50分)、上海卷(45分)等七套试题在考查比例上基本达到了要求,大部分试卷写作的考查比例尚待提高。
种种迹象表明,高考越来越重视对考生语言实际应用能力和写作能力的考查。
书面表达的成绩是否理想,事实上成为了考生高考成败的关键环节。

冲刺阶段加强对书面表达的训练是会有回报的。
可以背诵一些比较好的作文,以便写作时有足够多的资料。

基础较差的同学要重点抓语言表达的准确性;基础较好的同学可重点突出语言表达的多样性、丰富性、感染性和生动性。

从近年的书面表达题来看,有书信,日记,故事,人物介绍,通知,演讲搞等,涉及多方面的内容。
