《How much is it?》教学设计

教学内容:四年级下册第五单元第一课时

教学目标:

1.能够听、说、认读本课时的主要单词:colourful, pretty, cheap, expensive o

2.能够运用句子"It' s colourful / pretty / cheap / expensive."等来评价衣服的颜色、款式及价格。

3.学生能够说唱Let' s chant部分的歌谣。

4.能够在小组中运用所学语言,在相应的情景下进行表达与交流。

教学重点:掌握评价衣服颜色、款式及价格的四个单词。

教学难点:

1 .单词“expensive”的发音。

2.运用所学句型正确评价衣物。

教学过程:

一、Preparation

(1)复习数字:How old are you?How many people are there in your family?

⑵复习衣服及颜色:What' s the weather like today?Is it cool?

T:No,it's warm.Fm wearing my white shirt and brown pants.What about you?

二、Presentation

A.单词导入

1 .教学单i司:colourful,pretty,cheap,expensive

(1)教授“colourful,pretty”并运用其对衣物进行描述。

%1呈现一件色彩丰富的连衣裙,标价¥20,教师问学生:

T:What's this?

S:It is a dress.

教师指着连衣裙上不同的色彩问学生:

T:What colour is it?

Sl:It's yellow.

S2:Ifs red.

S3:It5s pink.

S4:It's green.

T:Wow,it has so many colours. It's colourful.

%1教师接着出示一件非常漂亮的黑色衬衫,标价98元,教师问学生: T:Is it colourful?

Ss:No,it isn't.It's black.

T:Yes,you are right.It's only a black shirt.So it's not colourful.

T:Is it beautiful?

Ss:Yes,it's very beautiful.

T:Yes.It' s very pretty.(缓慢重复两遍)I like it.

%1教师再呈现一条色彩艳丽的skirt,标价15元,问学生:

T:Is this skirt pretty?

Is it colourful?

待学生P]答后,教师总结:The skirt is pretty and colourful.

(2)教授“cheap,expensive”并用它们评价衣服和物品的价格。

%1教师指着刚才那个标价20元的连衣裙问学生:

T:How much is this dress?

Ss:It's 20 yuan.

T:Oh,it's only 20 yuan.It's very cheap.

T:This skirt is pretty and colourful.It5s 15 yuan.Is it cheap?

引导学生说:Yes,it' s cheap,too.

%1教师再指着那件标价98元的漂亮黑色衬衫问学生:

T:How much is that pretty shirt?

Ss:Ifs 98 yuan.

T:Is it cheap?

学生可能会F1!答:No.教师顺势说:No, it' s not s expensive.(教师在说时重读加粗倾斜部分,形成反差,强调expensive),引出expensive,并分解教读单词:ex-pen-sive,expensive.有节奏地朗读:Expensive, expensive.lt' s expensive.

可以开火车练读。

B.听读正音

1.Listen and point.

2.Listen and repeat

三、Practice

1.看口型猜单词。教师只做口型不发音,.学生猜单词。然后请一学生做口型,

其余学生猜。比比观察力和记忆力。

3.Practise^How much is it?"

①出示一件colourful dress,并事先预设好其价格为¥400,问学生:T:What' that? Ss:It's a dress.

T:How about that dress?/Is it colourful?

Ss:It's colourful./Yes,it is.

T:How much is that colourful dress?

%1出示一条pretty skirt,并预设其价格为¥300,教师用以上方法让学生猜, 再次巩固Very expensive,very expensive!

%1出示第三件商品 ------ 件yellow shirt,预设价格为¥12,教师问:

T:What's this?

Ss:It's a yellow shirt.

T:How much is this yellow shirt?

当学生猜到其价格后,肯定会大吃一惊,这时教师就说:Very cheap! Very cheap!

四、Consolidation

A:How much is this sweater?

Bit's 40 yuan.

A:It's pretty/cheap/colourful.ril take it./I want this lamp.

B:OK.Here you are.

A:Thank you.
