GMail邮箱进行大数据文件共享与传输

如何将文件通过远程发送给朋友？通过电子邮件附件发送文件可能是大家首先想到的方法，这种方法对小数据文件(比如10M字节)是有效的，但如果需要传输的文件超过50M,甚至500M，这种方法显然不能奏效！因为一般情况下，电子邮件服务提供商对邮件附件大小有严格的限制（比如必须小于10M或小于20M）。本文介绍一种利用GMailStore进行大数据文件传输的方法。

1. 前提条件

发送方和接收方必须拥有gmail帐号，gmail帐号目前在中国已经开放注册了，如果你没有gmail帐号，可以直接到进行注册；

拥有了gmail帐号，你还需要下载免费软件GMailStore,最新版本可以通过这个站点获取：。

除了以上两个条件，如果你是首次使用gmail邮箱，最好先了解一些有关gmail的知识，比如标签、过滤器等概念，这些东西在其它邮件使用中是没有的。

2. 传输步骤：

a. 发送方利用GmailStore将需要发送的文件传输到自己的gmail邮箱中（gmail目前提供大约2.8G左右的免费空间）；

b. 发送方利用GmailStore"转发"功能将刚才传输的文件转发到接收方邮箱中（可以是多个接收方）；

c. 接收方通过web方式登录gmail邮箱，将收到的文件块中的任何一个（或多个、或全部）加到某一个标签下，比如Default标签.

然后通过GMailStore登录gmail邮箱，"刷新"一下刚才应用的标签。这时可以看到有刚才传输过来的文件名显示。

如果显示的文件状态是"不完整"，则需要用"修复"功能进行修复。

这一步骤也可以通过在接收邮箱设置过滤器自动完成。

以下是一个可用的过滤器条件：（假设帐号为 abc@）

发件人：!abc

主题：GSTORE

带附件

应用标签:Default

gmail邮箱中这个过滤器显示如下：

符合: from:(!abc) subject:GSTORE has:attachment

执行该操作: 应用标签Default

(过滤器经网友提醒进行了修改)

推荐用这种方法接收文件，只需要设置一次过滤器，以后转发过来的文件就能直接进行下载了。

d. 接收方利用GmailStore进行下载。
