高压气体实验作业规范

High pressure Gas test specification

1.目的Objective

用于客户订单要求的整机阀门高压气体实验。

This specification is used for high pressure gas test on the

finished valves which are required on customer’s PO.

2.范围Scope

本程序规定了整机阀门高压气体实验检验过程及检验规范

The scope of this specification has covered the process of high pressure gas test and inspection.

3.职责Responsibility

3.1 试压检验员对整机装配的高压气体实验检验过程负责。

The test inspector is responsible for the high pressure gas test process of finished valves.

3.2 装配总检对整机的复检负责。

The final inspection on assembled valves answers for the recheck.

4.程序Procedure

4.1 本次序所规定的高压气体实验,是指以氮气为介质的高压气

体实验;

The medium for high pressure gas test specified on this procedure is nitrogen.

4.2 高压氮气壳体实验操作要求见附录1:高压气体实验操作规程;

The high nitrogen shell test specification can be found on Appendix 1: High pressure gas test operation specification.

4.2.1高压气体实验应在低压实验后进行。

The high pressure gas test should be done after the low

pressure test.

4.2.2 试验时应将阀门两端封闭,阀门部分开启,如为惰性气体

升压前应将阀门内腔空气排出干净。升压后将填料压板压

紧到足以维持实验压力。按标准实验,实验压力和保压时

间应按API6D附录B规定执行,并确保无可见泄漏。

Close the both side of the valve and open the part of

valve, discharge the all the air of the cavity before step up

the pressure if used the inert gas. After step up the

pressure, press the gland until it can maintain the testing

pressure. According to the standard to do the testing, the

pressure and keeping time should follow the appendix B

API6D and ensure no visible leakage.

4.2.3 高压气体(氮气)密封实验在高压气体壳体实验后进行,

实验介质为氮气或氮气/惰性气体混合气体。

The high pressure (nitrogen) sealing testing should after

high pressure shell testing, the medium should be

nitrogen or mixture gas of nitrogen/inert gas.

4.2.4 实验时密封面应清洁,轮流在关闭阀门的一端加压,将另

一端或中腔与大气相通。实验压力和保压时间应按API6D

附录B规定执行。并确保无可见泄漏。

The sealing surface should be clean, take turns step up

pressure on the closed side of the valve, and connect the

other side and cavity with the air. The pressure and

keeping time should follow the appendix B API6D and

ensure no visible leakage.

4.3 阀门各项性能实验必须全过程百分百检验。

The valve function testing should inspection 100% of the whole process.

4.4 性能实验时承受压力的铸件渗漏,决不允许用锤击或其他方

法进行堵塞渗漏。

If the pressured casting leakage during the function testing, you must not stop the leakage by the hammering or the other ways.

4.5 处置Dispose

4.5.1 合格成品:经试压专职检验员试压结论合格,则通知装配

总检对合格成品阀门按规格、型号、口径、材质、数量进
