One of Sichuan’s finest spots is Huanglong (Yellow Dragon),which lies in Songpan County just beneath Xuebao, the main peak of the Minshan Mountain. Its lush green forests, filled with fragrant flowers, bubbling streams and songbirds, are rich in historical interest as well as natural beauty.

B.
Pork Lungs in Chili Sauce
Buckwheat Noodles
Fish-flavored Shredded Pork
Wuliangye
Boiled Sliced Pork in Chili Sauce
剑南春:JianNanChun(春,在古时候是一种酿酒方法)
Northern Sichuan Bean Jelly
Yibin Burning Noodles
ZiTong Shortbread
麻婆豆腐:Mapo Tofu(传统翻译法:Tofu made by woman with freckles)(由于清朝年间的传说)
Kung Pao Chicken
Roast Turkey
Smoked salmon
Slow cooker aubergines
Devilled prawns & corny polenta
Lobster Thermidor
Tilapia
Stone soup
Sirloin steak
Chilli con carne recipe
Lemon Myrtle chicken wings
New York Strip
Scotch broth
Anna potatoes
