pretend ⎩⎪⎨⎪⎧to be ＋n ./adj . 假装是……to do sth. 假装做某事
to be doing sth. 假装正在做某事
to have done sth. 假装已经做了某事(that )... 假装…… ①When his mother came in ，he pretended to be reading(read)books.
妈妈进来时，他假装正在看书。 ②I pretend that things are really okay when they 're not.
当情况不好的时候我假装一切顺利。
