摘要

人类的传播媒介的发展推动了社会的前进，从语言的产生到今天，人类的传播活动主要经历了口语传播时代、文字传播时代、印刷传播时代和电子传播时代。传播媒介的进化也经历了从视线媒介系统到再现媒介系统再到机器媒介系统的演变。如今的各种各样信息传播渠道竞争异常激烈，未来的传播媒介的竞争将更加激烈。现在不是“信息闭塞”的时代，而是“信息膨胀”时代或者说“信息爆炸”时代。我们找到需要的信息并不难，难的是：选择信息，分辨信息。确保所获得信息是真实，可靠的事实。这是得到一条信息时要做的第一件事，也是最要的的事。作为一名媒体记者，如何在新闻采访中确保新闻事实的完全真实，对新闻报道意义重大，这是此论文要讨论的中心问题。

Abstract

前言

作为社会公器，新闻媒体为社会提供新闻资讯，反映、引导社会意识，

但是这些功能的实现必须以满足社会基本伦理价值为基础。这是由于新闻真

实地再现人们对社会生活的追求和价值判断，它内在地包含了伦理价值的追

求和要求。当新闻媒体的伦理价值要求与社会基本伦理价值相一致，而不是

与社会基本伦理价值相冲突或违背时才能正确发挥它的社会功能，成为社会

发展的推力。本文旨在要弄清楚：在新闻采访中如何确保新闻事实的完全真

实，有哪些要求，为什么，在实际采访中怎样做到。简单了列举了大众传播

学术领域的一些理论探索者学术成果，并加上我本人不成熟甚至是不正确的

观点，希翼老师给予指正。
