ISW型卧式管路离心水泵-首要应用:一、ISW卧式清泵,供传输清水及物理化学特性类似于清水的其他介质之用,应用于化工与城市给排水,高层建筑增压送水,园林喷灌,消防增压,远距离传输,暖通制冷循环、浴室等冷暖水循环增压及机械配套,应用温度T80℃。
二、ISWR卧式热泵普遍应用于:冶金、化工、纺织、造纸、及其宾馆饭店等锅炉热水增压循环传输及城市采暖系统,ISWR型应用温度T120℃。
三、lSWH卧式化工泵,供传输不含固体颗料,具有腐蚀性,粘度类似于水的介质,应用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、造纸、食品制药与合成纤维等部门,应用温度为-20~C~120℃。
四、lSWB卧式管路油泵,供传输气油、煤油、柴油等用油类产品或易燃、易爆介质,被传输液体温度为一20~C~120℃。
ISW型卧式管路离心水泵-运转工况:一、吸入压头一、6MPa,或泵系统最高运转压头一、6MPa,即泵吸入口压头泵泵扬程一、6MPa、泵静压试验压头为二、5MPa,订货时请注明系统运转压头。
泵系统运转压头超过一、6MPa时应在订货时另行提出,以便在生产时泵的过流部分与连接部分使用铸钢材质。

ISW、ISWR、ISWD系列卧式管道离心泵ISW型卧式离心泵根据IS型离心泵与立式泵的独特结构组合设计,并严格按照国际标准ISO2858和最新的国家管道离心泵标准JB/T53058-93进行设计制造的高效节能产品。
该泵采用国内先进水力模型优化设计而成。
同时根据使用温度、介质等不同在ISW型基础上派生出热水泵、高温泵、化工泵、油泵等,是目前国家标准定型推广产品。
1、 ISW型管道离心泵,供输送清水及物理化学性质类似于清水的其他液体之用,适用于工业和城市给排水,高层建筑增压送水,园林灌溉,消防增压及设备配套,使用温度T:≤80℃。
2、 ISWR(WRG)型热水(高温)循环泵广泛适用于能源、冶金、化工、纺织、造纸、以及宾馆饭店等锅炉高温热水增压循环输送及城市采暖系统循环用泵,ISWR使用温度T:≤120℃、WRG使用温度T:≤240℃。
3、 ISWH型卧式化工泵,供输送不含固体颗粒,具有腐蚀性,粘度类似于水的液体,适用于石油、化工、冶金、电力、造纸、食品、制药和合成纤维等部门,使用温度T:-20℃-120℃。

■WQL型立式单级离心泵型号意义:■WQL离心泵使用条件:1、WQL立式离心泵吸入压力≤1. 0MPa,或泵系统优越高工作压力≤1.6MPa,即泵吸入口压力+泵扬程≤1.6MPa,泵静压试验压力为2.5MPa,订货时请注明系统工作压力。
泵系统工作压力大于1.6MPa时应在订货时另行提出,以便在制造时泵的过流部分和联接部分采用铸钢材料。
2、环境温度<40℃,相对湿度<95%。
3、所输送介质中固体颗粒体积含量不超过单位体积的0.1%,粒度<0.2mm。
注:如使用介质为带有细小颗粒,请在订货时说明,以便厂家采用耐磨式机械密封。
■WQL型单级单吸离心泵主要用途:1. WQL立式管道离心泵,供输送清水及物理化学性质类似于清水的其他液体之用,适用于工业和城市给排水、高层建筑增压送水、园林喷灌、消防增压、远距离输送、暖通制冷循环、浴室等冷暖水循环增压及设备配套,使用温度T<80℃。

PWDL、PWXL和PWcL型多吸头立式防淤排污泵一、产品简介多吸头排污泵是我厂鞍山市恒力机械设备制造有限公司技术人员在总结国内外同类产品先进技术的基础上研制成功的专利产品(专利号:ZL95231486—X)也是我厂的主导产品,具有结构简单、安装方便、噪音低、效率高、防淤、节能等特点,在排送含有固体颗粒的污水方面具有独特功效。
二、主要用途PWDL、PW×L和PwCL型立式防淤排污泵主要用于冶金、矿山、电力、煤炭、造纸、轻纺、建材、机械、市政工程等工业生产部门做为矿浆、泥浆、纸浆等各种浆体输送设备。
它即可以简短工作也可以连续工作。
三、主耍特点PWDL、PWXL和PWCL型立式防淤排污泵具备离心泵的共性挖外,还有其它泵不具备的四大特点:1、多吸头:每台泵有4个吸水头,分布在泵坑的中央和各个角落,因而吸头备用率高,吸水范围大,泵坑沉积少。
2.带搅拌:在主吸头下部装有搅拌器,可将泵坑内的沉淀物搅起,能有效防止吸头堵塞和泵坑淤积。
3、设绞刀:在搅拌轮上部装有金属绞刀,可将污水中的纤维物质(如手套、抹布、塑料)绞碎,可有效地防止吸水头堵塞。
4、免固定:其它类型的立式污水泵都设有托架,固定在泵坑内的预埋件上,不但安装麻烦,也给检修和泵坑清淤带来极大的不便,而多吸头立式防淤排污泵,支吸头既是吸水头又是泵的支架,不需安装固定,只需将泵放于坑内联接出水管即可,运行平稳,检修维护方便。
当然根据拥护的需要和现场的实际情况,也可以采用托架支撑的方法进行安装。
四、适用条件1、输送污水水温不能超过60℃。
2、污水中的固体颗粒粒径不得超过15mm。
3、被输送污水的最高允许浓度为30%左右。
4、输送介质中的固体颗粒比重不限。
5、各种不同型号的排污泵,适用的淹没水深也不同,即PWDL为1.5-1.8m,PWXL 为1.5-2.0m,PWCL2.5-2.8m。
