Introduction
The aim of this report is to find ways to lease vacant apartments more quickly and perhaps at high rents.
Findings
Until now, about our apartment, 26 units are vacant, 38 units will be vacant and 27 units will be leased by June 1st.
However, in fact, there are 200 units in our apartment, which means that occupancy rates and vacancy rates are unbalanced.
Conclusion
At present, we should find a method that help us lease the rest vacant units more quickly, if we can lease to people at high rents, so much the better. Recommendations
It is recommended that we need to make a reasonable plan. Firstly, we can decorate our apartments with substantial materials for the target customers, so as to give the units a new look. Secondly, with extensive advertising in magazines, posters, new mediums and so on, occupancy rates must increase. Lastly, installing a sound and new security system is a necessity.
