某二十层住宅建筑给排水设计

摘要

本设计是某二十层民用住宅楼的建筑给排水设计,主要包括给水系统、排水系统消防系统和屋面雨水系统四个部分。

在综合对比分析的基础上,市政饮水设置两条引入管,既保障了供水安全,又节约了能耗。

给水系统采用分区供水。一层至七层为低区,由市政给水管网直接供水;八至二十层层为高区,由屋顶水箱供水。排水系统采用污水和废水分流制排水系统,底层单独排放,排水立管设伸顶通气管。厨房排水排入隔油池经初步处理后排入市政管网,生活污水经化粪池局部处理后再排入市政排水管网。消防系统设计成消火栓灭火系统,火灾初期10min的水由消防水箱供给,正常供水由消防水泵从贮水池内抽取。雨水系统,本建筑采用外排水系统。给水管和排水管都采用 UPVC管,消防系统采用镀锌钢管。

设计过程进行了各系统方案的确定、平面布置和计算,以及各种设备的选型,并做工程概算和Excel编制程序。最后用CAD绘制了各个系统的平面施工图和系统轴侧图。

A twenty story residential building water supply and

drainage design

ABSTRACT

This design is a 20 layers building of the public residence building to , completing the design of the water supply system and draining the system, fire fight system and the system of the roof rain water。

Based on the synthesis analysis , Suppose two lead-in tubes, both has safeguarded the water supply security, and saved the energy consumption.

The water supply system adoption cent area supply water。the 1~7rd floor is the low district,the source is the municipal water-supply net-work.The 8~20rd floor is the high district,which source is the tank of the roof.The sewerage system uses the sewage and the waste water separate-sewage system,Water of the first floor drains separately, the upright draining pipes are equipped with the ventilating pipes。The c an ni ng w ast e wat e r vi a gre as e i nt erc ept or and ent er m uni ci p al pi pe.The sanitary sewage disperses into the municipal drainage pipe network after disposed in the septic tank.The fire fight system design becomes to eliminate the fire to bolt to extinguish fire the system, a fire water of the early 10 minutes is supply by the fire fight water tank, normal the water supply be pumped by the fire fight Pump from the Saving pond。Rain-water system,This building use the outdoor rainwater system. The water pipe and drain pipes adopt the UPVC tubes , the fire fight system is adopt to plate the zinc steel pipe.

In the designation process , I carried on settling each system project , the flat surface arranges and computing, and choosing the type of various equipments , and do the great engineering budget estimation and establishment procedure of the Excel. Finally , drew the flat surface construction diagram and the system stalk side diagrams of each system with the CAD.
