英语影评(优秀5篇)影评英语篇一暮光之城英文影评If you’re a vampire, it’s all about you. Why is Edward Cullen obsessed to the point of erotomania by Bella Swan Because she smells so yummy, but he doesn’t want to kill her. Here’s what he tells her: He must not be around her. He might sink his fangs in just a little, and not be able to stop. She finds this overwhelmingly attractive. She tells him he is the mostbeautiful thing she has ever seen. I don’t remember Edward ever saying that to her. Maybe once. He keeps on saying they should stay far, far apart, because he craves her so much. The movie is lush and beautiful, and the actors are well-chosen. You may recall Robert Pattinson (Edward) as Cedric Diggory, who on Voldemort”s orders was murdered in a graveyard in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Maybe he was already a vampire. Pattinson is not unaware of how handsome he is. When Bella and Edward, still strangers, echange stern and burning looks in the school cafeteria, he transfies her with a dark and glowering - nay, penetrating - stare. I checked Pattinson out on Google Images and found he almost always glowers at the camera “neath shadowed brow. Kristen Stewart”s Bella, on the other hand, is a fresh-faced innocent who is totally undefended against his voltage. There are other strange youths around, including American Indians who appear not too distantly descended from theirtribe“s ancestors, wolves. Great tension between the wolves and vampires. Also some rival vampires around. How small is thistown The Forks high school is so big, it must serve a consolidated district serving the whole table setting. The main local Normal Kid is a nice sandy-haired boy who asks Bella tothe prom. He”s out of his depth here, unless he cantransmogrify into a grizzly. Also there are four grey-bearded coots at the net table in the local diner, who eavesdrop and echange significant glances and get big, significant close-upsbut are still just sitting significantly nodding, for all I know.Edward has the ability to move as swiftly as Superman. Like him he can stop a runaway pickup with one arm. He rescues Bella twice that I remember, maybe because he truly loves her, maybe because he“s saving her for later. She has questions. How did you appear out of nowhere and stop that truck Well might she ask. When he finally eplains that he is a vampire, he goes up from 8to 10 on her Erotometer. Why do girls always prefer the distant, aloof, handsome, dangerous dudes instead of cheerful chaps like me.The movie, based on the Stephenie Meyer novel, was directed by Catherine Hardwicke. She uses her great discovery, Nikki Reed, in the role of the beautiful Rosalie Hale. Reed wroteHardwick“s Thirteen when she was only 14. That was a movie thatknew a lot more about teenage girls. The girl played by Reed in that movie would make mincemeat of Edward. But I understand who Twilight appeals to, and it sure will.影评英语篇二――阿甘正传英语影评The female, a kind of role, is very essential in the film as it acts in the real society .As the Chinese saying goes, women hold up half the sky. In the life of Forrest Gump, there are two women―one is his great mother, the other is his lifelong lover, Jenny. They accounted for Forrest’s whole life. This is just Forrest Gump. This is his love. This is his Jenny.I also thought of such scene: Forrest kept in the dorm of Jenny and Jenny asked about who he would dream to be. Forrest just gave an answer that he wanted to be himself. I am moved deeply by it because though he is a fool, Forrest knows what he really needs. As to him, he only wants to be himself and fall in love with a lady named Jenny. There are more to consider about Forrest Gump. I believe it is so ecellent a movie and every one would be moved by Forrest Gump.《泰坦尼克号》英语影评篇三The movie tell a love story about Rose and Jack. They met each other in Titanic and fell in love rapidly. But finally the death took them apart. At the beginning of the 20th century, the fastest way to cross the Atlantic Ocean was by ocean liner. All the sippinglines wanted their ships to be the biggest, and the fastestone. In 1912,The White Star Shipping Line was very resounding when they announced that their“super ship”-the Titanic-was ready to make her first voyage across the Atlantic . The Titanic was going to be the largest and best ship in the world. She was also going to be the most luurious and the safest ship on the seas. This was a ship that was going to be impossilbe to sink..How big was the Titanic? She was more than 269 metres long.Imagine a line of 22 large London buses standing one behind the other! This may give you an idea about the Titanics size.If you were in a small ship at sea when it passed the Titanic, you might think that you were passing in front of a cloud. A big, black could that hid the daylight and the sunshine. But finally,it sinked, which killed 1500 people.电影英语影评篇四电影英语影评――《闻香识女人》英语影评Scent of a Woman ”Scent of a Woman" , a very attractivefilm title, it is easy for people to think some other thing. However, this film from beginning to end is really a one between two men. The two men are not brother, nor father and son. One is a blind veteran, one is a famous school student, when saw it first, it is difficult to see the same of the two people. If Thanksgiving Day high school Chris can go home, but for he don't need money, but for the veteran refuse to take a holiday withhis family, but for officer's family were worried abouthim, there would not be such a story happening.Living in the rich kids gathered school, family leaves thousands of miles from school, just live with scholarship , his mother remarried, and poor relationship with his stepfather, Charlie's live is not easy. But his witnessed a number of students prepared to tease the principal, the principal let him speak the mastermind, or they will be punished. He is in such a trouble when work in lieutenant colonel's home. Lieutenant Colonel had eperienced many wars, and his eyes was blind in an accident. He stay at home and doing nothing but drinking, he lost the courage and confidence to live. Two different situations, both of them trapped by life, after a weekend 's contact, both found survival value in each other . After a two-day journey, the minds of the two people grew slowly. Colonel use his life eperiences and stubborn temperament told Charles should found a reason to uphold the convictions, Chrisuse his sensitivity and firm told lieutenant colonel what state should be take to his own life. They know in just a few days, they are not blood, between them they produced a wonderful relationship, this relationship across the age, situation, eperience 's obstacles.End of the video, everything resumed to what it should be . Charlie's troubles resolved by the help help of Lt. ColCharles's suicide decision was dispelled by Chris. They returnto the original life. However, all have happened had a little different. Because Charlie is no longer confused, he can be more firmly to his principles and beliefs,. Lieutenant Colonel is no longer violent, he can keep calm state of mind to enjoy hislater life. I think watch this movie is like watching a really good cup of tea, perhaps the beganning is faint odor, but afteris lingering fragrance convoluted As far as I am concerned,it is a great one,I like it!阿甘正传英语影评篇五阿甘正传英语影评”Forrest Gump “ makes us know about two men: Gump and Tom Hanks. Gump was shaped into the embodiment of virtue in the film. Although Gump’s IQ is a little lower than normal levels. He was honest, trustworthy, serious, and bold and places a very high value on feelings. He only knows how to pay without asking for anything, and never mind others refuse him. He was just open-minded, magnanimous in the face of life. He focuses all of his wisdom, faith and courage on one point, just run and run. Nothing is important to him but run. He kept running on the road on instinct. He ran over the c lassmates’ discrimination in childhood, ran the university's football field, running through the fire swirling in the quagmire of the Vietnam War, ran ping-pong diplomacy over, the entire United States, and eventually went to his end. Gump never insist something or epect something, he just uses his simple and honest and pure to touch the world. In the sky, a feather fly in the wind, drifting across treetops, fly toward blue sky.And last, the feather falls on the feet of Forrest Gump. Gump sited on a bench in Alabama, talking about all his life.Forrest Gump was born in Alabama, where is in South America, an isolated small town Shortly after World War II. He was born with mental retardation, with the IQ only in 75. However, Gump’s mother has a strong charact er and she hopes Gump lives as same as others. She always encourages Gump, tells GumpYou are no different than anybody else is.Furthermore, Gump became friends with Jenny, and he can run, run very fast. Once in middle school, in order to avoid his classmates in pursuit, Gump ran into a school football field, because of his running fast, he was admitted into the university. And later he became a rugby star and met with President John F. Kennedy. After the war, Gump has been an audience with President Johnson's.At a peace rally, Gump met Jenny again, however, Jenny has fallen, lived a life of debauchery. Gump loves Jenny all along, yet Jenny has been not to accept him, they parted hastily rushed encounter. As a ping-pong diplomacy envoy, Gump also went to China took part in table tennis, campaign for Sino-US relations. Under the guidance of the doctrine ”say we should do“, Forrest Gumpfinally found his own sky. He taught, ”Elvis,“ Elvis Pulaisili study dance. He helped John Lennon writing songs. In the Civil Rights Movement, he collapsed in a hair-trigger large-scaleethnic conflict. He even inadvertently forced the thief sneaked into the Watergate building into the net of justice. There are also many other wonderful movie lines, just like ” Stupid is as stupi d does.“ ”Miracles happen every day.“ ” I don’t know if we each have a destiny, or if we’re all just floating around accidental―like on a breeze. “ ”Death is justa part of life, something we’re all destined to do.“ ”You are no different than anybody else is. “ my heart was shocked by these affecting words .I was deeply moved by this film.Life is filled with so much uncertainty. We should not to be Calm, optimistic, and positive to face the life. Perhaps yourdestiny is not very luck now, but who knows what will happen in the future, just be happy and don’t worried.。

1Slumdog MillionaireAn orphaned Mumbai slum kid tries to change his life by winning TV's 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' in a feelgood fable from director Danny Boyle and the writer of The Full Monty, Simon BeaufoyJamal Malik ('Skins' star Dev Patel) is being beaten by Mumbai police for allegedly cheating on hit TV show 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?' One question away from the ultimate 20 million rupee prize, no one, including slick show host Prem (Anil Kapoor), believes a chai wallah (teaboy) like Jamal could know all the answers. As the tough inspector (Irfan Khan) replays Jamal's appearance on the show, it's revealed that each question corresponds to a specific life lesson from Jamal's tragic past.Raised in abject poverty in Mumbai's grimmest slum along with older brother Salim, then orphaned by a Hindu mob attack, Jamal and Salim are forced to fend for themselves on the streets through opportunistic petty crime. They pick up a young girl, fellow orphan Latika (Freida Pinto), escape the clutches of a vicious Fagin-like crime boss, lose Latika, and continue their picaresque adventures, one step ahead of the law. As adolescents, however, Salim becomes entranced by a life of crime and Latika's unexpected return sets brother against brother. Will Jamal salvage his girl, his fortune and his life on 'Millionaire'?Adapted by Full Monty writer Simon Beaufoy from Vikas Swarup's hit novel 'Q&A', Slumdog is an underdog tale. Beaufoy's lively screenplay scampers after Swarup's self-consciously Dickensian storytelling tradition, and is even built around the 'Millionaire' show, as iconic a symbol of Western capitalist entertainment as exists. ming skyscrapers erupting from wasteland, slum kids turning into overnightmillionaires through the kiss of television. The film's uniquely vibrant, headlong 21st century rush is that of the infinite possibilities of modern India itself.Slumdog's such a crowd-pleaser that some critics might brand it Boyle's best since Trainspotting . It even echoes a couple of that film's classic set pieces, notably a slum chase reminiscent of Renton and Co's opening Edinburgh dash and a lavatorial incident so stomach-churning (yet hilarious), it makes Trainspotting's infamous toilet scene seem like Ewan McGregor took an Evian bath.In fact, the likable Boyle has been on great form for some time - 28 Days Later revamped the zombie movie, Millions is perhaps the best kids film of recent years. No other current British director makes such thrillingly current (all his films are set in either the present or future), kinetic, inherently visual films and proper recognition is long overdue - though, true to form, he's insistent here on crediting co-director Loveleen Tandan, whose major contribution seems to have been unearthing the wonderfully naturalistic kids to play Jamal, Salim and Latika.Director Danny Boyle and cinematographer Anthony Dod Mantle have evidently immersed themselves in India's sensory overload. The film revels in thesub-continent's chaotic beauty and raging colours, from Mumbai shantytowns to Agra's regal Taj Mahal. The thrillingly off-the-cuff digital imagery reflects a nation in a state of explosive flux, loo2Kung Fu PandaThe synopsis for Kung Fu Panda looks something like this: “A clumsy panda bear becomes an unlikely kung fu hero when a treacherous enemy spreads chaos throughout the countryside in this animated martial arts adventure featuring the voices of Jack Black, Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, and Jackie Chan. On the surface, Po (voice of Black) may look like just another portly panda bear, but beneath his fur he bears the mark of the chosen one. By day, Po works faithfully in hisfamily’s noodle shop, but by night he dreams of becoming a true master of the martial arts. Now an ancient prophecy has come to pass, and Po realizes that he is the only one who can save his people from certain destruction. With time running short and malevolent snow leopard Tai Lung (Ian McShane ) closing in, Furious Five legends Tigress (Jolie), Crane (David Cross ), Mantis (Seth Rogen), Viper (Lucy Liu), Monkey (Chan), and their wise sensei, Master Shifu (Hoffman), all draw on their vast knowledge of fighting skills in order to transform a lumbering panda bear into a lethal fighting machine. Now, if the noble Po can master the martial arts and somehow transform his greatest weaknesses into his greatest strengths, he will fulfill his destiny as the hero who saved his people during their darkest hour.”3The English PatientFor those who have forgotten the depth of romance and passion that the movies are capable of conveying, Anthony Minghella's The English Patient can remedy the situation. This is one of the year's most unabashed and powerful love stories, using flawless performances, intelligent dialogue, crisp camera work, and loaded glances to attain a level of eroticism and emotional connection that many similar films miss.Is The English Patient melodramatic? Of course, but it's the sort of finely-honed melodrama that embraces viewers rather than smothering them. And the movie never resorts to cheap, manipulative tactics. This well-crafted story, brought to the screen with great care by British playwright and director Anthony Minghella (Truly, Madly, Deeply) and based on the prize-winning novel by Michael Ondaatje, serves up the love of Almasy (Ralph Fiennes) and Katharine (Kristin Scott Thomas) in a way that is simultaneously epic and intimate. The English Patient has an elliptical structure, beginning with the same scene that it ends with. In between, it moves several years into the future, and even further into the past. The opening sequence, which takes place during World War II, shows a British plane being shot down over the North African desert. The pilot, a Hungarian count named Laszlo Almasy, is badly burned in the ensuing crash. Yearslater, in 1944 Italy, we meet him again. Although his outward injuries have healed, leaving his features scarred beyond recognition, he is dying. He has also supposedly lost his memory. Hana (Juliette Binoche), the Canadian nurse who cares for him, takes him to an isolated, abandoned church to allow him to die in peace. There, injecting him with morphine and reading to him from his beloved volume of Herodotus, Hana seeks to seeks to stimulate his memories. Meanwhile, others arrive at the church -- a mysterious, crippled war veteran named Caravaggio (Willem Dafoe), who has a hidden agenda, and a pair of bomb experts, the British Sgt. Hardy (Kevin Whately) and his Sikh superior, Kip (Naveen Andrews), who becomes Hana's lover4The TerminalNo modern traveler has more notoriety than Merhan Karimi Nasseri, who has been stranded in Terminal One of Paris’s Charles de Gaulle airport since 1988. Nasseri was expelled from Iran in 1977 and spent 10 years trying to gain political asylum in Europe. That all came to an end when his bag was stolen in Paris, essentially stranding him at CDG. In 1993, a movie was made about him (Lost in Transit), starring Jean Rochefort. Nasseri’s life reappears on screen this year in The Terminal, courtesy of Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks. And shamefully, Nasseri goes unmentioned in the movie’s production notes. In The Terminal, Spielberg gives us Hanks as Viktor Navorski, a visitor from the fictitious country of Krakhozia in Eastern Europe. Hanks, made up to be pasty and lumpy, puts on a mush-mouthed accent reminiscent of Yakov Smirnoff, and finds himself landing at New York’s JFK on a mission we won’t discover until the end of the film. We know only that it involves a Planters peanut can.Too bad for Viktor that his visa is denied once he lands in the U.S. –his country’s government hasbeen overthrown during the course of his flight. The U.S. no longer recognizes his passport, and his country no longer exists. Viktor can’t come into the U.S., nor can he return home. Homeland Security a gent Frank Dixon (Stanley Tucci) has no choice but to sequester him in the airport’s international terminal, strictly forbidding Viktor from setting foot outside.Viktor, who barely speaks English, quickly comes to understand his predicament, and sooneno ugh he’s taken up residence in part of the terminal under construction. He learns to read and subsist on quarters refunded from the Smarte Carte machine. He becomes friends with the local shopkeepers and airport staff, and he falls for a sexy but scattered flight attendant (CatherineZeta-Jones) who happens through.5AvatarFirst and foremost, Avatar, as promised, unquestionably represents the best visual use of performance capture and 3D technology in cinema to date. It has also been treated to one of the best marketing campaigns. Somehow, the phrase that found its way into every pre-release report, article or outright puff-piece was game changer - and that was before anybody had seen any footage. To get everybody talking about your latest project as a film that could change the face of cinema is a difficult thing, but not nearly so difficult as living up to the expectations that bravado creates. 'King Of The World' James Cameron does love a challenge. So, is it or isn't it? Has 'the game' been changed? The answer really depends on what game you're playing. If we're talking about what a film can achieve visually (and in terms of box office receipts), Avatar is unequivocally a game changer. If the game you're interested in is the older art of storytelling, character anddramatic narrative, it is not. Looking back at Cameron's own oeuvre, the experience of reading the scripts of Terminators 1 and 2 and of Aliens is engaging in its own right, before you add any visuals. The same can't be said of Titanic and True Lies, but they do undeniably provide great opportunities for some spectacular action set pieces. Avatar, while more ambitious, leans towards spectacle over script: the story is no dud, but you will come out of the cinema talking about what you've just seen, rather than quoting the instantly classic lines of Terminator/Aliens.6Kramer vs. KramerHoffman's work life and other concerns are sketched so lightly, that beyond the top three or four names in the cast, other faces barely have time to make their statements and move on. A young JoBeth Williams has a memorable moment in the hallway with Justin; veteran Howard Duff's role as the defense lawyer has been pared down to a minimum. Best friend Jane Alexander has a much larger presence, but drops out of the film just before the home stretch. Yet the movie never feels hemmed-in or minimalist. For the Emergency Room scene, which consists of just a couple of tracking shots following a running Hoffman, several blocks of traffic right off of Central Park had to be shut down.Meryl Streep's career was already going into orbit after her television debut in the Holocaust miniseries; she shot her scenes for Kramer vs. Kramer while simultaneously working on Manhattan for Woody Allen. The Joanna Kramer part is a particularly tough one. Audiences could be expected to root so fervently for Ted the husband, that it's practically impossible to generate sympathy for the motherwho abandons her child. Streep projects innate decency and restraint - at the beginning she's so remorseful, we cannot help but forgive her even as she's walking out the door. Hoffman helps her during this episode by accentuating his boorish self-centeredness.Kramer vs. Kramer made it very clear for a generation of selfish baby boomers that the responsibility of raising kids isn't something to be taken lightly. Little Billy has feelings, an ego, a desire to be special, and even the vain Ted soon learns the depth and satisfaction to be had from relating to a child who depends on nobody but you for practically everything. Ted Kramer also puts his child's welfare first, and makes some humiliating, previously unthinkable, career choices. This is a concept difficult to dramatize ... the idea that there could be a reason to work below one's earning level and retain self-respect must have come as big news to the disco generation.Kramer vs. Kramer predictably winds up in an involved courtroom scene, but one organized not along legal lines but instead as a process of emotional discovery. In bitter conflict for possession of the child, each party has no desire to thwart the other, yet they find themselves in an ugly and cruel legal situation. Their life stories are aired in public; an accident can be interpreted as negligence. By the time the final shot has unspooled, most viewers are no longer aware of anything except the intensity of the drama before them. When the film ends abruptly, they're also surprised that they find it so satisfying an experience.7Kick-AssIn a way, it's almost a shame that Kick-Ass has so much in the way of violence and swearing in it - because as far assuperhero-movies-with-an-inspirational-message go, it's pretty difficult to beat. Its lead character isn't somebody with superpowers, or a vast fortune and decades of martial arts training - just an ordinary teenage comic book geek, who wonders one day why "everybody wants to be Paris Hilton, but nobody wants to be Spider-Man".When Dave Lizewski, in his earliest days as the wet-suited vigilante of the film's title, stands protectively between a mugging victim and his three attackers, it's not about fulfilling the responsibility of flukily-granted powers - it's about standing up, no matter what the odds against you, and saying "No more". A pretty strong moral, and one it'd be quite nice to show the kids.On the other hand, if it didn't have all the violence and swearing, then it'd be fair to say it wouldn't be half as much fun. And make no mistake, Kick-Ass is an absolute blast. With nods throughout to greats such as Superman and Batman - as well as not-so-greats like The Spirit - it constantly and wittily skewers the superhero genre; and yet at the same time, it's an exhilarating example of it.8Alice in WonderlandAt 19 years of age, it's back down the rabbit hole for one of literature's most beloved heroines, Alice (played by Mia Wasikowska), and back into Wonderland, or Underland as she now learns it is called. Welcome to Tim Burton's vision of Lewis Carroll's playful alternate universe.Burton's adaptation is rightly careless of slavishly rendering its source in wholly loyal detail. Any purists who argue that this Alice doesn't work because it strays so far from the text are wrong: this Alice doesn't work for the far more essential reason that the characters are too often missing a basic lifeforce of their own, possibly a result of being enbalmed in stunning-looking but airless CGI. They're not helped by dialogue that feels like an afterthought to a long-planned series of conceptual character designs. There's also that nagging "teacher's pantomime" feeling, familiar from the Harry Potter series, brought on by a cast list that reads like a who's who of national treasures. They're mostly great actors, but really classic voice work in animation comes when you hear a character speak and their voice is a seamless part of that character, not when you hear a character speak and think "Ah, that's Alan Rickman."。

经典英语电影影评(5篇模版)第一篇:经典英语电影影评经典电影英文影评 1.《Forrest Gump》Forrest Gump grows up in the county of Greenbow, Alabama. He lives with his mom, who is a real smart and strong woman.Although Forrest’s IQ is only 75, his mom manages to let him have the finest education, and always tell him “You are no different”.In school, Forrest meets a girl named Jenny, and they become best friends.Under Jenny’s encouragement, Forrest discovers his ability to run like the wind blows.Fortunately, this ability gives him the chance to go to college where he becomes an all-star football player. After graduation, Forrest joins the army for service in Vietnam, and he finds new friends Bubba and Dan.In the war, Forrest rescues many comrades, but Bubba is seriously wounded and dies.Lieutenant Dan, the platoon's commanding officer, is also badly wounded and loses both legs.He chastises Forrest for saving him, insisting that he should die honorably on the battlefield instead of becoming a cripple. When Forrest gets back from Vietnam, he is awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions.During the next several decades, Forrest becomes a war hero, a famous ping-pang player, a national celebrity, a successful businessman, and something of an American idol.Forrest successfully realizes Bubba’s dream and help Dan discover his self-worth.Finally, Forrest marries Jenny, and has a happy life with his son after Jenny dies.“Life was like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re going to get.” When the first time Jenny asked Forrest to run away and the first time Forrest freed himself from the bondage, hope has been growing up in his mind.Though Forrest is surely a little stupid, hebelieves “stupid is as stupid does”, so he fears n othing and does his best.In his innocence, Forrest does what he feels he has to do, no matter the situations and the people around him, lead only by an inner sense of right. My heart is deeply shocked by this “stupid” man, and I think in recent times we sur ely need this spirit. So, let’s have a try now.2.《2012》The film 2012 tells a breathtaking story that everything on the earth is destroyed in the year 2012, only a small number of human beings survive from the doomsday. The hero Jackson takes his children to go camping in Yellowstone National Park, where they meet a man named Charlie. That night, Charlie plays a video of Charles Hapgood's theory that polar shifts and the Mesoamerican Long Count Calendar predict that the 2012 phenomenon is going to occur. He has a map of the ark project in addition to information about government officials and scientists from around the world who were murdered after planning to alert the public about the project and the upcoming doomsday. After the family returns home, Jackson rents a plane to rescue his family. He collects his family and some friends as the Earth crust displacement begins, and they escape Los Angeles quickly.Learning the arks are in China, the group lands in Las Vegas, where the group secures a bigger plane and departs for China.Eventually, Jackson and his family successfully get on the arks.In my opinion, this is a powerful film, and it makes me think a lot.If we are in such a situation that a disaster is surely coming, what should we do? Will we inform other people of the upcoming disaster? Will we escape first without considering other people’s lives? Will we abandon our family, our friends, even our nation? The film teaches me of love, responsibility, forgiveness, and so on.Don’t think that the plot in 2012 has b eenexaggerated, actually it is really based on science.Looking at our earth carefully, we have done so much damage to it.All the nations should do its best to protect our earth, because in some sense it is to protect ourselves. We need no more arks, and the doomsday will never come.3.《The Shawshank Redemption》For the first time I heard the name of the film, I thought that Shawshank must be the hero’s name, but in fact it is a name of a prison, in which the hero stayed for almost 20 years. In early 1947, young banker Andy Dufresne is mistakenly convicted of murdering his wife and her lover, and then he is put into the Shawshank prison. In prison, Andy and Red become best ing his wisdom, he brings a lot of benefits for his friends. For having a banker experience, the warden of the prison and the chief guard require Andy to make money for them by improper means, but at the same time he records their guilt.Andy makes a plan of prison break, and secretly carries it out during the prison life.In a night of thunder and lightning, he escapes through the hole he dug, crawls 500 yards through a narrow pipe, and successfully gets the freedom. After escaping, Andy withdraws most of the corruption money from several banks, and sends evidence of warden's corruption to a newspaper. Then Andy goes to Mexico, where Red and Andy are happily reunited on the beach.Such a story may sound simple, but the truth behind the words is remarkable.“Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies.” Andy clea rly knows that he isn’t a murderer and believes he doesn’t belong to Shawshank. There is hope in Andy’s mind, and he gives hope to his friends.I really love this sentence “Get busy living or get busy dying”, Andy gets busy doing what he should do instead of wasting time. His story encourages people to fight to preservethe dignity of human beings, to appreciate the beauty of life, and the most importance is to keep hope forever.4.《The Pursuit of Happiness》In San Francisco, 1981, the salesman Chris Gardner invests all the family savings in portable bone-density scanners. He believes he has made a wise decision because the scanners can give a denser picture than an x-ray machine though it’s a little expensive. However, they do not sell as Chris imagines, and even bring big troubles to him.As Chris goes everywhere and tries to figure out how to sell the scanners, his wife leaves him, he loses his house, his bank account, and credit cards.Forced to live out in the streets with his son, Chris is desperate to find a steady job.Fortunately, Chris gets a chance to fight for a stockbroker internship position at Dean Witter. However, in the six-month training period he will get no salary, and there are 19 other candidates for this only position.Meanwhile, moneyless, homeless, Chris has all sorts of difficulties with his son.But he is very smart and hardworking, and he never gives up.Eventually, for his great efforts, Chris becomes a broker at Dean Witter and starts his career there. In 1987, Chris founds the investment firm Gardner Rich and becomes a successful businessman. There are so many classic lines in this great film, from which I learned a lot.“You want something, go get it!” In reality, most of us have an equal opportunity, if we really want it, just do it.“People can't do something by themselves;they wanna tell you you can not do it.” Although we will come up against all kinds of difficulties, we must have confidence in ourselves and never give up.In this film, I recognize another thing, which is Chris’s love to his son.Actually, all the efforts he does are not only to achieve his dream but also to give happiness to his son.Chris says “You havea dream, you got to protect it”.5.《Hachiko: A Dog's Story》Our hero, professor Parker Wilson, finds an abandoned dog at the train station and takes it home.Parker finds that the dog is an Akita dog and names it Hachiko. However, nobody comes to claim the dog, so Parker decides to keep Hachi in his family. In the following years, Parker takes good care of Hachi and trains him patiently.Hachi will accompany Parker to the train station every day and return each afternoon to greet him after work, they become best friends. One day, Parker dies suddenly from a heart attack when he is teaching his music class, and never come back. However, Hachi remains waiting for his master lying in the snow, for several hours, until Parker's son comes to collect him.The next day, Hachi returns to the station and waits, remaining all day and all night. As time passes, Hachi gets older and older, and he is waiting for Parker for nine years until his death. He teaches the local people love, compassion and above all unyielding loyalty. The film is based on a true Japanese story and it's only natural that the film is great because the real story itself is very touching.I learned that now a bronze statue of Hachiko has been set in his waiting spot outside the Shibuya station in Japan as a permanent reminder of his devotion and love. What is love and what is loyalty? There is no doubt that this film is full of love and loyalty, which Hachi brings to the audiences.Someone may say “Hachi is just a dog without thought and wisdom.” Yes, I can’t deny such a reality, but in many respects we human beings do no better than animals. In all, Hachi is a respected and great dog, and his pure loyalty is what we should learn.6.《The Terminal》Viktor Navorski, who comes from an Eastern European country Krakozhia, arrives in New York, with the purpose ofachieving his father’s music dream.Unfortunately, Viktor’s country broke out a civil war after he left, and he suddenly becomes a man without a country. For this reason, the US airport cannot recognize Viktor, and he is denied to set foot on New York.He also can't be deported so he is told by the security manager Dixon that he has to remain in the airport until his status can be recognized.Viktor doesn't speak English very well, so he cannot talk to or understand anyone. But he somehow adapts and sets up residence in the airport, which makes Dixon who placed him there unhappy. So he tries to get Viktor to leave but Viktor is smart and remains in the airport, and even have a better life.Viktor makes friends with some of the people who work in the airport and is attracted to an air hostess Amelia.Several months later, the war in Krakozhia ends, but Dixon will still not allow Viktor to enter the United States. Finally, with the help of his friends, Viktor successfully leaves the airport, and accomplish his purpose.About this film, I have some words to say.Firstly, I am glad to see that Viktor achieve s his father’s dream through constant efforts.Secondly, most of people are friendly, and if we have a sincere heart we will have countless friends.Thirdly, I feel a little sorry that Viktor cannot be together with Amelia, but I believe both of them will ha ve a new life.I can’t help saying that now I really love the actor named Tom Hanks for his perfect acting skill. From Forrest Gump to Viktor Navorski, he always seems a little stupid, but he finally succeeds again and again. It’s really not about fortune, and it depends on love, sincerity, courage, persistence and so on.7.《Brave Heart》It is a story about a national hero of Scotland--William Wallace. In the 13th Century, Scotland is under the heel of King Edward I of England, who granted areas of land in Scotland to hisnobility which they were to rule along with the traditional privileges. In the uprising against cruel English ruler, Wallace’s father and brother sacrifice, and he is taken abroad by his uncle to learn knowledge and skills. When Wallace returns home, he falls in love with his childhood lover Murron, and they marry in secret so that she doesn’t have to spend a night with the English lord.Soon after that, Wallace kills an English soldier who tries to rape Murron, and for this reason Murron is finally executed by the lord.Full of anger, Wallace determines to fight against the English ruler, and in response to Wallace's exploits, people of Scotland rise in revolt against England.Although Wallace comes up against all kinds of difficulties, he never gives up.For the betrayal of his partners, Wallace fails to defeat the English ruler. Before Wallace’s dying, the scene that he shouts loudly “Freedom!” moves everyone. After Wallace’s death, his previous partner Bruce continues to fight and finally makes Scotland free.In my viewpoint, at first Wallace has no intention of being a freedom fighter, he is just a simple man with simple desires to live in peace and raise a family. However, circumstances make that impossible, so he has to be brave and stand out, not for the death of his father and wife, but for the freedom of his nation.I am really shocked by his brave heart.I feel a little sorry for Wallace’s death, because he cannot see for himself that the freedom of Scotland is back again. However, his heart for freedom will last forever, and lead his people to fight against dark rulers, fight for freedom.8.《The Day After Tomorrow》The hero of this film, a paleoclimatologist named Jack Hall, discovers that the huge polar ice sheet is melting quickly due to the global warming. The situation will lower ocean temperatures, and then causes a massive climate shift which brings about manynatural disasters and eventually a new ice age. It’s too late to inform everyone in the nation, and when people realize the situation and try to move to the warmer south, the disaster has arrived.Meanwhile, Jack’s son Sam is attending an academic competition with his friends in New York.As Jack’s request, Sam and his friends stay in the library and burn books to get warm.Worrying about his son, Jack and his two partners set out for New York to rescue his son.Overcoming all the difficulties including the death of a partner, Jack finally arrives in New York and finds the library.Gladly finding Sam and his friends are all alive, Jack embraces Sam tightly for a long time.In Mexico, the new President orders search and rescue teams to look for other survivors, having been given hope by the survival of Sam's group. This is another disaster film, and it deeply shocked my heart again.Although there are countless people die in the disaster, I believe that survivors have learned a lot, and people all over the world will take action to protect our earth. In addition, the relationship between Jack and Sam runs through the whole film.I want to say Jack is a great father, because he does what he promised his son no matter how difficult it is.At the same time, Sam is also a great young man, because he is intelligent, brave and responsible. Both of them set good examples for us.It’s a great film, not for its large investment and magnificent scenes, but for what it brings to human beings. The film entitled Braveheart, which tells of the story of Sir William Wallace ,a Scotland’s hero in 13th century to protest against the cruel king of England, Edward I.Although the reason is seemingly a romantic revernge for his fiancée who was killed by an English landlord. The struggle was so fierce ,bloody and magnificent that any spectator can not come to himself or herself after seeing a series ofcampaigns that were shown in the movie and we are most touched by the desire for freedom of Sir William Wallace on the last scene of his execution ,in which William’s sky blue eyes were shone as bright as the sky ,a metaphor for the freedom which is hopeless but the determination was never abandoned in pursuit for it.However, one cannot stand the spiteful rebellion of the Scottish nobles and just imagine Wallace’s disbelief and shock when he got to know that the knight of Edward I,who is most willing to kill him in the battlefield,is the one who is most likely to become the king of Scotland, the man who swore to stand alongside with Wallace from the majority of the Scotland’s aristocrats who suspected Wallace and kept looking down upon him.Wallace had presumed that he was his companion but the reality just showed the just opposite side of Wallce’s naïve dream and both the hero and the audience cannot bear this betrayal from the bottom of their heats. But Wallace still chose to believe,to tolerate and to take an adventure which led to his death and the end of this poetic struggle while meantime ,setting in motion another more intensive campaigns by those who carried on Wallace’s dream to realize the freedom of Scotland.Wallace’s death is like the ringing of the bell in the darkness of midnight, announcing that dawn should be cast upon the ones who never halt to pursue freedom sooner or later. The scene which showed Wallace’s calling for freedom, while the executor’s axe moving ,the clouds floating, the wicked king’s last breath and the judge’s disappointme nt out of expectation.“Every man dies, not every man really lives.”Wallce’s last words echoed in the midst of the air, despite the physical death and the passing of the decades of years. The real meaning of braveheart lies on that not only we do not dareto encounter the rivals and the unfair, but also the courage to tolerate,to resist the temptation to give up in despair ,to face the genuine aspect of ourselves.Trust, belief, struggle, determination, betrayal and of course ,the love epic ,are the images we can associate with this marvelous film and we cannot urge our passion to extol Wallace, our hatred for the wicked Edward I and those both mentally and physically delicate Scotland’s nobles.Given the fact that both these two nations are now sections of the United Kingdom, The film reminds us of the love for one’s own motherland the desire for freedom, which is the gifted nature since mankind was born with and we shall never be scared of any obstacles ,frustrations and sacrifices in our fight for freedom ,the goal generations of all classes, eras and races have been longing for and we shall never be in shortage of the courage to gain freedom题目类型:影评格式:英文学号:2010211926 姓名:张旸/ Sherry 任课老师:杨畅Loneliness , estrangement and innocence----movie review of the E.T the Extra-T errestrial From the very beginning of the story, Spiellberg, the directer of the film, sprang up the film with sadness and blackness , similar name of loneliness and estrangement :the newly-divorced mother and ignored children the abandoned E.T in the black and terrible night the animals' cries in the forest. All of these scenes were going to show us something cold and indifferent , but only when it came to the end the truth finally came to light----only the innocence and Tongzhen could help us get out of loneliness and estrangement.Following the black scenes was the meet between E.T and tiny Elliott , the main character in the film. With fear andlack of safety , the E.T made friends with little Elliott and ended its hiding around life and starving days at length. But as the same thing goes , that we are cautious about our relationship at first and we are unsafe when we start our relationship because of lack of trust and belief , E.T and Elliott went through the same process as everyone else.As time went on , the relationship between E.T and children was in the better condition. What's more, with the help of children , E.T had acquired some English communication express and could talk with them sometimes.I was happy and took for granted that he would stay on the earth and be friends with these children for good. However, thing never went in this way.Desperate , E.T missed his family and wanted to go home heavily.Simultaneously , owing to the inner communication between E.T and Eillott , Eillott was the sole person who could understand E.T and try to help him as much as he could , thus Eillott was regarded freak because of lack of understanding from his peers and teachers.Therefor ,both of them were put into loneliness and estrangement. As they tried their best to get understood , children were clear of the situation and tried to help , but adults got involved and complicated all the plan.Fortunately , children gave E.T a hand and assisted him in coming back home. The film called of the abandoned innocence left behind. We are longing for the maturity and reasons in the world , but it is not necessary to live in that way all the time.Sometimes, we need our heart to live our life but not our brains.Only in this way can we move on and enjoy our life both rationally and emotionally. 第二篇:英语电影影评During the summer vacation, I watched a lot of movies, such as , “Hilary and Jackie”, “Up(飞屋环游记)”, “The Shawshank Redemption [ri'dempʃən]” ,“ The Legend ['ledʒənd] of1900”,“ The Truman Show”,“ He's Just Not That Into You” and so on.Now I will share my deepest feelings about some movies with you together and taste it.First of all,the movie “Hilary and Jackie” translated “她比烟花寂寞”in Chinnese. The six words include the infinite ['infinət] deep profound. The film is divided into two sections, the first telling events from Hilary's point of view and the second from Jackie's.It opens with Hilary and Jackie as children being taught by their mother to dance and play musical instruments, the cello for Jackie and the flute for Hilary.Jackie does not take practicing seriously at first, but when she does, she becomes a virtuoso [,və:tju'əuzəu],quickly rising to international prominence.Hilary, on the other hand, plays in a community orchestra ['ɔ:kistrə,-kes-] and marries Christopher of composer Gerald克里斯多夫, the son 杰拉尔德Finzi. The film, though focused primarily on Jacqueline, is ultimately ['ʌltim ətli] about the relationship between the two sisters and their dedication to one another;to help Jacqueline through a nervous-breakdown, Hilary consents to Jacqueline having an affair with her husband. The last quarter of the movie chronicles in detail the last fifteen years of Jacqueline's life, during which she is diagnosed with multiple ['mʌltipl] sclerosis[skliə'rəusis] and loses control of her nervous system, becomes paralyzed['pærəlaizd], goes deaf and mute [mju:t], and finally dies. The film ends with Jacqueline's ghost standing on the beach where she used to play as a child, watching herself and her sister frolicking in the sand as little girls..The second movie , I was going to say the “UP”Up is definitely one of the better Pixar efforts. It's about the grandeur['ɡrændʒə] and excitement of flight and adventure. The first ten minutes of the film about Carl and his life-long love Ellie are surprisingly touching. It's heartbreaking to see him lose his wife even at old age. With nothing left to do Carl heads for South America, but he's not alone.Russell, a Wilderness Explorer [ik'spl ɔ:rə] trying to earn his “Assisting the Elderly” badge ['bædʒ], has stowed away on the porch after being sent on a snipe [snaip]沙锥鸟 hunt by Carl the day before. The relationship of father and son that forms between Carl and Russell is completely believable. The filmmakers certainly know how to make a film with endearing [in'diəriŋ] characters. The animation is gorgeous.Several scenes in Up are some of the most memorable that I've ever seen in animated['ænimeitid] films.Like other Pixar films Up is also very funny.Thankfully, it's sweet humour instead of the gross humour that's present in many of today's Hollywood films. In conclusion, Up is another daring, unusual and beautiful animated ['ænimeitid] film from Pixar that both children and adults will enjoy watching.I highly recommend it.Finally, the “The Shawshank Redemption [ri'dempʃən]”.I don’t know how to express the feeling about this film.the movie is so great and Andy is a bloodysmart man! When I had finished watching the movie,I was excited and wanted to watch it again.Wheather the figures and details or the spirit that the music convey ed to.“Hope is dangerous” Red had ever said,But Andy has always sticked to it.He didn’t cry when he was thrown into prison though he was innocent. On contrary, he found ways to kill long time to escape. He helped the head of the prison do the illegal things in order to gain some freedom. He rebuilt a library and helped the other prisoners. All the prisoners liked him, for he helped themfind hope again.Perhaps it was time to escape, in a lightening and thundering night, he escaped from the prison through the hole he had dug for twenty years. He was free eventually.I like Andy ,for his talent and his wisedom. And the most important thing that I like is his spirit—never giving up.第三篇:大学英语电影影评阿甘正传First saw “Forrest Gump”, I was confused by the feathers. The director put the feather as the opening and closing ceremonies, what is the performance mean? After much deliberation,I feel the feather like Gump's thoughts;no longer get to the bottom anymore.Today, after reading, I strongly feel that a feather blown on the ground comes to life, the feather in the vast sky, flying, whether it “is our fate, or it is no set number”.You never know where it landed. The same is true in life, just like Forrest Gump's mother did not know she would be Gump's mother, like Gump did not know God to start his IQ is only 75, just like Dan did not know he must endure the pain of losing both legs. What Forrest Gump said at the end of the film when he at the tomb of Jenny is just means that,I do not know whether we are each have their own destiny, or are just flying in the wind of, or both.I think this film give the Forrest Gum the answer, but also give you the answer......The feathers flying at the beginning and end of this Film is like the fate of each person, but really just wind wave it? NO!We have hope, if we wish to run.泰坦尼克号He is a street artist, she is a noble lady, they met at the world's largest and most luxurious cruise ship, this is a wonderful encounter, if not that damn iceberg......But at least love is true.He told her: “Enjoy every day”, that is, the meaning of life is to livehappily every day, not for vanity suppress their nature, traditional social restraints to prevent his dream, he let her face back to square one a long absence smile, she then decided to give up everything to follow his life forevereven after his/her death!“Love and Loyalty” succinctly sums up the film. The love so simple, so pure and the loyalty so unfailing, so steadfast that it would melt any steel heart.I was so embarrassed that as soon as the film came to the end I dashed straight into the loo only to see my eyes sore red(!)The main characters never “take flight” but that matters not at all. It's the simple story of the love between a man and his best friend that more than sufficiently works all the wonders. Not a sad one, but profoundly touching, So touching that even a tough guy like me couldn't possibly hold his tears.Hachiko, the Akita dog, has set the Yardstick of loyalty under which all loyalty among us human beings are to be measured.Loyalty that is truly monumental.Loyalty that is to be surpassed only by God Himself.A must-watch film, especially for all dog lovers.Highly recommended for all families and people of all ages.海上钢琴师The story is one of an abandoned baby who is found on a ocean liner by one of the ship's crew.He is unofficially adopted and named “1900” for the year in which he was born.At a very early age the boy demonstrates an extraordinary gift for piano playing which is only strengthened in his passing years. The boy grows up with no official identity, into a man having never taken a step off of the ship onto dry land in his whole life. The young man, played by Tim Roth is encouraged by his dear friend to leave the boat and pursue a life of fame and fortune as the great pianist he has become.1900 declines, explaining simply that everything he needs is on the boat.Although the storyline wasweak, the great piano music was good enough to make it uncommon.I particularly like the following scene. When 1900 played the piano for Max, he created different music for different people with different action and expression. The amazing place was that the music was so appropriate. That was the most interesting part of the movie. This a “sleeper,” a very good film few people have heard about. The ones who have reviewed it here obviously know about it and you can see by their comments how well-liked it is.....so if you haven't seen it, check it out.In North America, it's called “The Legend Of 1900.”The movie is definitely unique, The best thing about this film, to me at least, was not the story-which I did enjoy-but the cinematography.Wow, what a great-looking film.Speaking of looks, Melanie Thierry is gorgeous.T oo bad she has only a small part in this movie.肖申克的救赎The story may sound simple, but the truth behind the words is remarkable. When I heard the name of the film first time, I considered the Shawshank to be a man’ name, but in fact it is a jail’s name——a hell in the world. Not only for the inhumanity of the jailors——they behaved brutally;but also for the jail gna wed at people’ heart by keeping them waiting and waiting as life passed. It seemed that only those utterly worthless people who gave up everything could survive. That’s where the story happened. The part impressed me most is when Andy got out of the jail.He extended his arms in front of him in the heavy rain as if he were welcoming the fresh air and the freedom. At that moment, I saw the confidence win the darkness, discharging light dazzling the eyes in the dark blue sky.Under the light, I could feel my recrea nt heart being shivering as his voice said: “Remember, Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good。

阿甘正传英语短篇影评(精选5篇)第一篇:阿甘正传英语短篇影评Forrest GumpForrest Gump who is unfortunately to be born with a lower IQ and the muscle problem, usually, people always think this kind of person can't be successful in doing anything. But,instead, this unlucky man has achieved lots of incredible success, he become a football star, a war hero, and later a millionaire! The deep impression that the movie give me is that he just keep running all the time.Mr.A Gan, it seems, has run into the university, the White House and even the whole continent.Sometimes I wonder if we all misunderstand the true meaning of smart and clever, for Mr.A Gan has taught us a very different lesson. From my point of view, kindness and simplicity is the cleverest wealth that God has given us.But of the human beings, unpredictable Nature selected only Mr.A Gan, one wonders also why Nature, with Mr.A Gan, made it possible that people who was treated as a fool can surely make a difference.Mr.A Gan’s success is no accident. There is no doubt that ordinary people like you and me can live a rich life by perseverance!第二篇:阿甘正传英语影评Mr.A GanMy favorite movie is Mr.A Gan,which I have being moved and inspired by the male leading character—Forrest Gump.At the beginning of the movie, following the beautiful music , there is a beautiful feather dancing with the breeze. Finally lighting at the foot of Forrest Gump. The man who sits on the bentch and tells his life experience to the strangers.Forrest Gump is unfortunatelyto be born with a low IQ and musele problem.Generally speaking by most people, this kind of person couldn’t be successful in doing anything. However ,he comes very successful through his struggling. What he narrates reflect the social changes. Many important events and people of American from the 1950s to the But he came out of retirement when an idea to create another, lighter film began to take shape. Princess Mononoke was an action-packed epic that ranged across 15th century Japan. For Spirited Away he returned to the quieter - but no less serious - themes that he addressed to a degree in 1988‘s My Neighbor Tortoro. Both films feature a family moving house, girls getting used to upheaval, and elements of ‘Alice In Wonderland‘. But where the 1988 film used a few specific motifs from Carroll‘s book (a plunge into a ‘rabbit hole‘, a version of the Cheshire cat), Spirited Away casts its 10-year-old protagonist, Chihiro (Hragi; or Chase in the US dub), fully into a Wonderland, a mystical otherworld populated by animal spirits and gods. Chihiro arrives in this realm by accident. Her parents, heading for their new home, take a road that leads into the woods. Arriving at a dead end, they walk down a corridor through a building and emerge in what dad takes to be “an abandoned theme park”。

I have spent hours re-watching various scenes and noticing all the perfection with which they are acted and directed. It s not the violence or actionsequences that make this movie so great (although they are well done...), but rather moments like where Mathilda knocks on Leon s door. It would be so easy to just film the door opening, but instead we see light illuminating Natalie Portman s face, symbolizing something angelic. And the moment has so much more meaning.I know a lot of people who have seen this film because they are action fans. I m not. But I m glad I finally found it, because it s a wonderful film in so many other ways.哈利波特Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy novels written by British author J. K. Rowling. Once a time, when dad Longjiu followed up a girl along with Yisheng’s favourite sailor moon bag, unfortunately, he was accidently involved in a young child kidnap and the victi m’s dad was exactly the police chief. As we probabably can expect, Longjiu failed to convince the police of being innocent from this case. And he was jailed at Room 7 as a result it by mistake. During that time, the father and the daughter both missed each other very much, while the good news was that with the help of cellmates, Yisheng was sent to the Room 7 confidentially. The arrival of the pretty girl brought considerable inconvenience though, but at the same time also lit up the boring prisoning life. What I gained from watching this movie is not only the affections between father and daughter , but that way more about human nature(1). Retarded people did not enjoy the equivalent respect theydeserved as normal peeple. During being questioned, in spite of the fact the policefailed to discover the truth in one way or another, they muddled through it instead.(2).The abuse of power. The police chief strongly pressed his team to sentence Longjiu just in order to revenge himself on Longjiu without taking life seriously enough. The chief just couldnot accept that his sweet heart was dead! His daughter was so pretty that she was the apple of his eye. So he did everythinghe could to make himself believe that his daughter was killed by Longjiu for some unknown reason. In this way, Then the chief woule be a little relieved. How selfish and naïve he was.(3). All man were born to be benign. The cellmates in the Room 7 committing crimes still showed their kindness to Longjiu by bringing Yisheng into Room 7 at any cost. They played with Yisheng and did homework with Yisheng. When they knew that the police chief intended to bury LongJiu maliciously ,they made all efforts to help them by using the balloon to help him escape. Even though they did something bad , what they did completely in jail proved themselves to be warmhearted though.Gift From Room 7 left me an overwhelming impression helping me become much more rational. The two major actors Tim Robbins and Morgan Freeman shape successfully the two roles Andy and Red. The Shawshank is afilm about freedom, legal and other things, everyone has different thinking after watching the movie. Thinking of myself, it gives me a lot of inspiration in person’s attitude towards daily life, the film encourages people to fight for freedom of persons, to think about the wonderful life and hope, and the most important thing is never give up at any time! In 1947,the banker Andy was accused of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment and kept in Shawshank prison. At the follow days, Andy knows Red, and they become good friends. Life in prison is long and boring, on the one hand, Andy writes to the governor, applies for a library funding, and then Andy builds thefirst prison library ,helps the newcomer learn knowledge, through all kinds of methods, he completes a self-redemption; on the other hand, he digs an escape tunnel every night, and successfully escapes from Shawshank prison to greet his new life after 19 years in prison. At last, Red eventually successfully releases, They meet each other again in Mexico and intend to open a new lifetogether!I have seen the leading role s attitude towards life from the film Shawshank , there is a poem written by Russian poet Pushkin, the poem says: If by life you were deceived, Don t be dismal, don t be wild! In the day of grief, be mild: Merry days will come, believe Heart is living in tomorrow; Present is dejected here: In a moment, passes sorrow; That which passes will be dear电影英语影评100字The leading role Andy is an optimistic person, even though he is sentenced to jail, He uses an optimistic attitude to face his encounter and boring days, and he keeps changing his daily life, helping other fellow prisoners around him. We should look at ourselves through his performance and learn his attitude towards adverse situation. In our daily life, a lot of disappointments and unfavorable things make us be in trouble, the question is what should we do, Some persons say: just make it! If we have to pinch penniesfor everything, there will be nothing left in the end. Others say: just ignore it! The me aning of one’s life is meeting difficults and challenging yourself, we must fight for it with an effectiveway, such as Andy’s. There is a Chinese old saying: A great man knows when to yield and when not. When to yield? when we have the strength and be ready to fight for it, but before this time, all we need to do is just keep quiet and keep hope in your mind, In the long days, there is one thing we must do all the time, that is looking for every possible opportunities to make ourselves become much stronger than before. Do some meaningful things to keep hope in our mind, when the proper moment comes, We must make every effort to resist until it is defeated, as Andy says: “Remember, Hope is a good thing, maybethe best of things and no good thing ever di es!”When Andy comes the prison the first day, He doesn’t resist, just keeps quiet! When the guards are worried about taxes, he volunteers to help them, makes fellow prisoners have the opportunity to enjoy beer. Later, he is appointed to be a librarian, He tries his best to raise books and money there, builds a good library for his fellow prisoners’ learning and entertainment. One day, a young man comes to the prison, breaks Andy’s life in prison, the young man knows the real murder who kills Andy’s wif e and her lover, that is to say Andy is guiltless, but when Andy want to prove his innocence, the warden refuses his request and kills the young witness in a illegal way. Andy becomes depressed. The highlight of the film is when Andy gets out of the jai: in a thunderstorm night, Andy gets through the tunnel he had dug before, he puts forth his strength to poundsewer pipeline by stone when the thunder comes, as if the God applauds him. And then he gets into the sewer and escapes from the jai, when he reaches the end of the sewer he extends his arms toward the sky in the heavy rain, he is welcoming his freedom and his new life. At that moment, I see the faith win the darkness, hope is the best thing in the world and struggling with injustice is the best way to get freedom. If life deceives you, don t be dismal, keep hope in your mind!第五篇、电影英文观后感电影英语影评100字电影英文观后感勇敢的心英文观后感(一)Set in the late 13th century, Braveheart is the story of one of Scotland s greatest national heroes Sir William Wallace. leader of the Scottish resistance forces during the first years of the long, ultimately successful struggle to free Scotland from English rule… Crucially charismatic in the title role, Gibson plays the heroic figure and emerges as a remarkable hero with wit and romantic soul, determined to rid his country of its English oppressors… Wallace s revolution was set in motion, with great obstacles from his countrymen… Many Scottish nobles lent him only grudging support as most of them were more concerned with wealth and titles than the freedom of the country… In fact, the Scottish leaders are in favor of revolt-or not-depending on English bribes… Wallace, by comparison, is a man of honor, incorruptible and righteous… He was knighted and proclaimed guardian and high protector of Scotland, but as much as he railed against the Scottish nobles, submitted to Edward I, King of England, he was astonished and in shock to discover the treachery of the leading Scot contender for the throne―Robert, the Earl of Bruc e―to whom he confided , The people would follow you, if you would only lead them.Sophie Marceau is exquisite as the distressed princeIsabella of France who ends up falling in love with Wallace, warning him out of severaltraps……Catherine McCormac k is a stunning beauty who ignitesWallace s revolution……Patrick McGoohan is chilling, brutal, and vicious as theruthleEdward I, known by the nickname Longshanks. This king remains simply the embodiment of evil……While Angus McFadyen moves as a nobleman torn between his conscience and political aspiration, and Brendan Gleeson brings strength and humor to his role as the robust Hamish, David O Hara is very effective as the crazy Irishman who provides much of the film s comic relief from even the most tensed moments……Mel Gibson has reason to be proud of Braveheart. It is a motion picture that dares to be excessive… Gibson presents passionately the most spaciously impressive battles (yet staged for films) even excessively, and it is his passion and excethat make the motion picture great… The horror and futility of massed hand-to-hand combats are exciting rather repulsive… It is epic film-ma-ki-ng at its glorious best……Gibson s Braveheart focuses on the human side of Wallace, a character so immense, so intelligent, and so passionate, exploring the definitions of honor and nobility, pushing us to follow the hero into his struggle against injustice and oppression.阿甘正传英文观后感(二)This is a powerful yet charming movie; fun for its special effects and profound in how it keeps you thinking long after it s over. Like others, I ve seen this movie more than once. One comment I ve never heard is that Forrest s simplicity is almost zen-like. I should read the novel to get the author s intention (I remember some peoplepreferring the book and complaining that no one at the Academy Awards gave him any credit.) But rather than an implication that you should do what you re supposed to do and believe in God and you ll win in the end, I see it as zen-like, i.e., living in the moment and not having expectations or particular cravings (other than his loving Jenny.) So he ends up just stumbling into all the major historical events of the time. Granted, he achieves this only because he doesn t have the brains to think otherwise and actually have expectations, but so many of our problems are because we do have higher intellect and desires, which ironically makes us unhappy because we know what we are missing. We love our cats and dogs for the same simplicity and always being in the moment. There s a line in the movie wondering if everything is predestined or happens randomly or it s a combination of both. It is something to mull over for a long time.简爱英文观后感(三)This is a story about a special woman who has been exposed to a hostile, environment but struggling for her ideal life conreattionously and fearlessly. It seems to me that many readers ‘s English reading experience starts with Jane Eyer.It is not surprising to find some differences because it was filmed and retold in a new way,but the spirit of the novel remains to be an independent person, both physically and mentally.Jane Eyer was a born orphan, whose parents went off when she was very young, and her aunt, the only relative she had, treated her asbadl y as she could. At the beginning of Jane’s education in Lowwood Orphanage, she didn’t get what she had been expecting. As a reward of revolting the ruthless oppression,Jane got a chance to be a tutor in Thornfield Garden. There she made the acquaintance of lovely Adele and that garden’s owner,Rochester,a man with warm heart while a cold face outside. After Jane and Rochester fell in love with each other and meant to get marry,Jane came to know Rochester had alreacn dy got a legallife .And,unfortunately,Rochester seemed under the shadow of his wife.Jane wanted to give him a hand, however, she made her mind to leave, because she didn’t want to betray her own priciples. She is Jane Eyer. The film has finally got a symbolist end. After finding Rochester’smisfortune brought by his original mad wife,Jane chose to stay with him forever.Life is ceaselessly changing, but our living priciplesremain.Firmlypersisting for the rights of being independent gives us enough confidence and courage. In the world of the film,we have found te stories of ourselves, which makes us so concerned about the fate ofthe dramatis personae. It’s our spirit that makes the life meaningful.小鬼当家英文观后感(四)Today, I saw large areas of the United States Home Alone with deep feeling. And when the first robot with emotion like humans is going to be produced, someone raised a question: what responsibility should human take for robots who are created to love human? In fact, it sreally a great challenge in traditional morality. What happens if we begin to create a robot that is capable to love likes us? It means that we would be more struggling to regard robot as an animate lives or just a tool to feet our needs, especially an intelligent object just cries and laughs exactly like us. The two choices represent two divergent attitudes towards robot. Emotionally, it s natural for people to regard robots who are so similar to us as our friends or families, even closer than pets. They both have feelings and emotion. For intelligent robots with emotion, they work, talk, and even love as we do. However, rationally, robots are just artificial machines designed by human, and made to serve us, which give human a great appetency to control and rule them, using as slaves or even tools. Apparently, it s difficult to tell which attitude is right definitely for now. For the reason that, when there is a novel controversial object shaping in the process of technology, traditional morality tends to wake and needs to develop.第七篇、电影1944影评英语版电影英语影评100字1944Posted ByRuuben KaalepOnJanuary 12,2022, (2,248 words)1944is the masterpiece of the small Estonian film industry and will most likely remain so for many years to come. Released in February 2022, it is a story of Estonian men who fought in the battles of World War II that became crucial for their country. Based on the authentic accounts of veterans and filmed with the help of militaryexperts, 1944 can be a good starting point for non-Estonians who want to learn more about the history of Estonia — and perhaps all Baltic countries. It is also the only recent film to present Waffen-SS soldiers as the good guys, although the film has some faults that I will address later on. //In June of 1940, Estonia — along with Latvia and Lithuania — was swiftly occupied by the Soviet Union following ultimatums to the Baltic governments. The Communist terror regime with its deportations, mass murders, and violent eradication of Estonian nationalism was so gruesome that by 1941, most Estonians welcomed another historical adversary — the German army — into their country with open arms as liberators. On the Eastern front, many Estonian men became volunteers in the fight against Communism, serving in numerous battalions under German command, the most famous of which was the Estonian Legion of the Waffen-SS. //电影英语影评100字However, in the summer of 1941 when battles raged in South Estonia, the Soviets had time to forcibly mobilize tens of thousands of Estonians into the Red Army. These Red Estonian units proved disastrously unreliable, often only waiting for the first chance to switch sides and turn their weapons against the Soviets. Thus they were soon relocated to the Soviet rear, facing death in construction work under terrible conditions in North Russia. When they were brought back to the front, it was for propaganda reasons under the leadership of Communists. Those Estonian communists took part in a number of war crimes, often indiscriminately murdering Estonian prisoners who had fought on the German side. //By the beginning of 1944, a new Soviet occupation was menacing Estonia. The German authorities in Estonia ordered a general mobilization, which became quit e successful after Jüri Uluots —thelegal Prime Minister and acting President of Estonia — spoke on the radio, urging all men to join the fight against Communism ―for only that way could Estonia decide its destiny again.‖ With German help, Estonians held back the Soviet invasion for many months in theand the Battle of the, the latter of which became the largestbattle ever fought in Estonia with Waffen-SS troops from many European countries guarding the gates of Europe against Communism. //Nevertheless, in September the German army command ordered a large-scale retreat fromEstonia. In those chaotic days, the Estonian government desperately called upon the world to help resist the Red Army, calls that fell on deaf ears. Soon Tallinn, the capital, was captured by the Soviets. The Red Estonians were among the first Soviet units to enter thecity, and they replaced the national flag in top of the symbolic Tall Hermann tower with the red hammer and sickle. By the end of the year, the islands of West Estonia were also occupied by the Soviets. The country that had fought so bravely fell back behind the Iron Curtain for nearly half a century. //The film opens with an episode from the Blue Hills, where soldiersof the Estonian Legion have to hold off a massive Soviet attack, facing overwhelming artillery and T-34 tanks. Although the film falls short of conveying the full epic scale of the battle, which involved tens of thousands of troops and a tremendous amount of military hardware, especially on the Soviet side, it still gives a good sense of what the defenders had to go through. Afterwards, we get arealistic picture of everyday life on the front, clearly enhanced by using genuine accounts from the soldiers. Further on, we are taken to the gloomy days of September when frustrated soldiers are ordered to leave theirwell-fortified positions and begin a long march through Estonia to leave their homeland, perhaps forever. //电影英语影评100字We see roads filled with both soldiers and civilians, all moving west to escape the Soviet menace. We witness a Soviet air raid on defenseless Estonian civilians. The soldiers, frustrated at theprospect of leaving their country without a fight, decide to stop and fight one last battle against the Communists in the village of Avinurme, where some of the last remaining Estonian troops tried to break the Soviet encirclement. In the midst of the fight, however, both sides realize that there are Estonians on the other side. Blood being a stronger bond than any political affiliation, the shooting stops instinctively. Red Estonians watch silently as the legionaries leave the battlefield to fight another day. //From here on, we follow a platoon of Red Estonians. A man in Soviet uniform finds a letter in the pocket of a legionary he just killedand decides to bring it to the addressee, the sister of the dead legionary who lives in Tallinn. After the Soviets occupy the capital, their romance ensues. But the Red Army soldiers are not allowed to enjoy their short vacation in peace. They are encouraged by the NKVD to spy on one another, reporting any anti-Communist sentiments, while it is made clear that strict ideological loyalty is a precondition to any sort of advancement. It becomes clear that being a Soviet soldier means not only selling one’s body but also one’s soul during the final battles on the West Estonian island of Saaremaa. //I do not want to spoil the ending. Rather, the big question is: what is the overall message of the film? 1944is quite clearly ananti-war film. Aside from the dedication — to all who have fallenfor Estonia’s freedom — there is little that glorifies the fight itself. Sacrifice is usually seen as a sacrifice for one’s comrades, without a sentimental or fervent reference to protect ing one’shomeland. Yet the film condemns war not through an appeal to some kind of universal humanity. Instead, the film appeals to nationalism, to the idea that the worst crime is killing one’s owncountrymen, not the nameless foreigners on the other side, as some of the most evocative scenes in the film suggest. // ―What will you do if you face an Estonian in a Soviet uniform? Your fellow countryman!‖ an Estonian legionary asks others on the front.By this appeal to nationalism, 1944 attempts to reconcile both sides of the war. Yet this attempt becomes rather naïve andahistorical when applied to the Estonians who fought in the Red Army. Almost all of them are portrayed as good men who sadly are forced to serve an evil ideology — and it includes Soviet Russians as well. The most disappointing scene of the film is the Soviet capture of Tallinn. The red flag rises to the top of Tall Hermann — with no mention that just a moment before Estonian communists had torn down the flag of their own country. // Soviet soldiers in Tallinn are sober and act properly, whereas in reality the capture of the city resulted in a week of looting and drinking. An Estonian woman who lives alone is not afraid to open her door to a man in Soviet uniform, even though knowledge of the Communist terror and rapes that took place in Estonia three years earlier should have made her wary. And yet the two sides never become equal. Throughout the film, a subtle notion persists that men in SS uniforms are protectors oftheir homeland, while those in Soviet uniforms — althoughunwillingly — are occupiers. They are certainly aware of it themselves. // The legionaries, while increasingly conscious that they are on the losing side of the war, still take it quite lightly, throw parties on the front line and make fun of the Germans they are supposedly fighting for.On the Soviet side, the atmosphere is different. After the first contacts with Estonian civilians — who mistake them for legionaries, a frequent episode in the accounts of the Red Estonians — the men know they represent something hostile to their nation. The constant nearness of the Communist police statefills them with fear, something that we never feel about the legionaries.。

Feeling confined in this role, and neglected by her husband Ted, Joanna leaves the marriage in order to find herself a life.Ted, who has been focusing on his career in advertising, and was just given his agency's biggest new account, is shocked by Joanna's decision and is left to raise Billy by himself. The courts side with the mother. But Joanna knows that his son's true home is with Ted, and she chooses to let Billy stay with his father. There is an amazing cultural impact in Kramer vs. Kramer which I like best. It opens with Hilary and Jackie as children being taught by their mother to dance and play musical instruments, the cello for Jackie and the flute for Hilary. Jackie does not take practicing seriously at first, but when she does, she becomes a virtuoso [,v ə:tju'əuzəu],quickly rising to international prominence. Hilary, on the other hand, plays in a community orchestra ['ɔ:kistrə, -kes-] and marries Christopherof composer Gerald克里斯多夫, the son 杰拉尔德Finzi. The film, though focused primarily on Jacqueline, is ultimately ['ʌltim ətli] about the relationship between the two sisters and their dedication to one another; to help Jacqueline through a nervous-breakdown, Hilary consents to Jacqueline having an affair with her husband. With nothing left to do Carl heads for South America, but he's not alone. Russell, a Wilderness Explorer [ik'spl ɔ:rə] trying to earn his['ænimeitid] films. Like other Pixar films Up is also very funny. Thankfully, it's sweet humour instead of the gross humour that's present in many of today's Hollywood films. In conclusion, Up is another daring, unusual and beautiful animated ['ænimeitid] film from Pixar that both children and adults will enjoy watching. I highly recommend it.Finally, the “The Shawshank Redemption [ri'dempʃən]”.I don’t know how to express the feeling about this film. the movie is so great and Andy is a bloodysmart man! When I had finished watching the movie,I was excited and wanted to watch it again.Wheather the figures and details or the spirit that the music conveyed to.I like Andy ,for his talent and his wisedom . And the most important thing that I like is his spirit—never giving up.电影影评英语范文:初学者初学者BeginnersThe movie talks about a love story of a man whose father decided to come out after his old wife dead. The protagonist was a little bit autistic because of his home environment. After he met a beautiful girl at a masquerade party and fall in love with her, his life became different and colorful. But it’s not easy to maintain this relationship due to both of them grew up in a disharmony family. At last, they learned how to love each other and solve the problems. I do believe that we all are beginners, there are many things that we aren’t good at, and we should face and try to deal with it, not just escape.电影影评英语范文:她It’s a science fiction. The main character in the film is a man. And he writes letters for living, it’s a boring job as well as his life. As the story went on, the protagonist got an AI system that can talk as a real human by chance. Not long ago, he just broken with his girlfriend, but soon he found that AI is easier to get along with than real people. Surprisingly, he and “her” both feel like falling in love with each other, it makes him feel very happy. But good times don’t last long, they would quarrel, and it’s not easy to have an AI “girlfriend”. In the end, all of AI left people, in myopinion it’s because they love people. And they don’t want to hurt people. This is my favorite movie this year.电影影评英语范文:银河系漫游指南The Hitchhikes Guide to the Galaxy This movie is a classic science fiction comedy, adapted from a popular book with the same title written by Douglas Adams. It's about this little lion cub named Simba, whose dad is the king of all the animals in the Pride Lands. Simba's dad, Mufasa, is super cool and wise, and he teaches Simba all about being a good leader. But then, something really sad happens – Simba's evil uncle, Scar, kills Mufasa and makes Simba think it's his fault! Can you believe that? I was so mad at Scar, but also really sad for poor Simba.Simba runs away from the Pride Lands and meets these two new friends, Timon and Pumbaa. They're so funny! Timon is a meerkat, and Pumbaa is a warthog, and they teach Simba their "Hakuna Matata" way of life, which means "no worries." Simba grows up to be a big, strong lion, and he's happy living with hisbuddies, but he doesn't know that he's supposed to be the real king of the Pride Lands.Paragraph 2:Then, one day, Simba meets his old friend Nala, and she tells him that the Pride Lands are in big trouble because of Scar's bad leadership. Simba has to decide if he wants to go back and take his rightful place as king or just keep living the easy life with Timon and Pumbaa. I won't spoil the whole movie for you, but let's just say there's a lot of action, drama, and some really cool fight scenes! The best part of the movie, though, is the characters. Simba is so brave and loyal, and Nala is tough and smart. Timon and Pumbaa are hilarious, and they always make me laugh with their jokes and silliness. And the villain, Scar, is just plain evil – he's sneaky, mean, and he doesn't care about anyone but himself. The voice actors who play these characters are amazing, too. They really bring the animals to life!Paragraph 3:But the thing I love most about "The Lion King" is the music. The songs are so catchy and fun to sing along to. My favorite is "Hakuna Matata" because it's all about not worrying and justhaving a good time. "Circle of Life" is pretty cool, too, and it has this awesome opening scene with all the animals gathering to celebrate Simba's birth. The music really sets the mood for each part of the movie, whether it's happy, sad, or exciting.Overall, "The Lion King" is just a fantastic movie. It has everything – action, comedy, drama, and even a little bit of romance (but not too much, because, eww, gross!). The story is interesting and keeps you on the edge of your seat, and the characters are so well-written that you can't help but love (or hate) them. Plus, the animation is beautiful, and the landscapes look almost real. If you haven't seen "The Lion King" yet, you're really missing out! It's a classic that everyone should watch, no matter how old you are. I've probably seen it a hundred times already, and I never get tired of it. It's just that good!篇2My Awesome Review of The Lion KingParagraph 1:Woah, you guys! I just watched the most amazing movie ever and I've got to tell you all about it. It's called The Lion King and it's seriously the coolest thing I've ever seen! I'm not evenkidding. My mom took me to see it at the movie theater last weekend and from the very first scene, I was hooked. It all starts when this lion cub named Simba is born. He's the son of the king of the animal kingdom, Mufasa, who's this huge, powerful lion with an epic roar. Literally, his roar shakes the entire theater! On the day Simba is born, all the animals come from miles around to celebrate the new prince's arrival. There are elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, you name it! The animation is so vibrant and life-like, I felt like I was actually there in the wild African savanna watching it happen right in front of me.But then, Simba's evil uncle Scar gets all jealous that Simba is going to be the next king instead of him. So Scar hatches this devious plan to get rid of Mufasa and Simba so that he can be king instead. I don't want to give away too many spoilers, but let's just say some really tragic stuff goes down. I may or may not have cried a few times. The storyline is just that emotional and gripping!Paragraph 2:After the tragedy, Simba gets tricked by Scar into running away from the Pride Lands and he ends up meeting these two new buddies - Timon the meerkat and Pumbaa the warthog. They were seriously the comedic relief and had me laughing so hard! Timon and Pumbaa teach Simba all about their "Hakuna Matata" way of life, which basically means "no worries." They sing this whole song about it that's totally catchy and silly. I've been walking around singing "Hakuna Matata" ever since! While Simba is living it up being a carefree bachelor with no responsibilities, things are going downhill back home. Scar has totally dropped the ball as king and the once beautiful Pride Lands have turned into a wasteland. All the other lions are migrating away because there's no food or water left. It's pretty sad to see.Eventually, Simba's old friend Nala finds him and is like "Dude, you've got to come back and take your rightful place as king!" At first Simba is super stubborn about it because he's still carrying around a ton of guilt from the past. But when Rafiki the crazy monkey comes along and shows Simba that Mufasa is still alive (kind of) everything changes. That scene with the clouds is just beautiful!Paragraph 3:From there, Simba gets his courage back and decides it's time to face his fears and take down Scar once and for all. He rallies all the lions who are still left and they make this epicjourney back to Pride Rock. When they get there, this insane battle breaks out between Simba's lion crew and the hyena goons who have been helping Scar run things. I'm talking claws swiping, teeth gnashing, bodies slamming every which way. The animation during the fight scenes is simply mind-blowing!In the end, Simba is finally able to defeat Scar and reclaim his rightful place as the king of the Pride Lands. All the other animals start returning and the circle of life gets restored to its natural balance and order. On the day of Simba's crowning as the new king, his lady lion friend Nala has a surprise for him - she's pregnant! So there's going to be a new little cub prince or princess on the way to take over the kingdom one day. How neat is that?Basically, The Lion King is quite simply the greatest animated movie I've ever witnessed. The storytelling is top-notch, taking you through every range of emotion possible. The characters are richly developed and get you truly invested in their journeys. The music is outstanding and kid-friendly, yet deep and meaningful for adults too. And the animation?? C'mon, I've never seen anything so detailed and lifelike before! The Lion King gets a5 millionbazillion out of 5 stars from me! You Have to see this movie. In fact, I'm probably going to beg my parents to take me back to the theater this weekend to watch it again. A real cinematic masterpiece!篇3My Awesome Movie Review of The Lion KingThe Lion King is a totally awesome movie! It's about this little lion cub named Simba who has to go on an epic adventure after his mean uncle Scar tricks him into thinking he caused his dad Mufasa's death. I loved watching all the exciting and scary stuff that happens to Simba on his journey to become the real king of the Pride Lands. The characters are so cool, especially Simba and his best buddy Pumbaa the warthog. Pumbaa is hilarious and always making fart jokes which had me cracking up. Timon the meerkat is super funny too with his wise-cracking comments. I also really liked the evil villain Scar - he's so deliciously mean and underhanded in his schemes to get rid of Mufasa and Simba. Jeremy Irons' voicework as Scar is incredible and gives him such a sinister yet sophisticated vibe.Hands down though, my favorite character has to be Rafiki the crazy old mandrill! His scenes where he bonks Simba on the head with his stick and does silly chants always makes me bust out laughing. Plus his "asante sana squash banana" song is just an earworm that gets stuck in your head. The Lion King wouldn't be the same without Rafiki's wacky wisdom and antics. I could go on about the other characters like the lionesses, hyenas, Zazu and more but you get the idea - they're all amazinglywell-developed personalities. But what really makes The Lion King the best is the unbelievable animation and music. The visuals aremind-blowingly beautiful, from the vibrant colors of the Pride Lands to the dramatic wildebeest stampede scene. It's hard to believe this is a hand-drawn animated film from the 1990s before computer animation was a thing. The characters' movements and facial expressions are so lifelike and emotive too.And then you have the legendary songs that you'll be humming and singing for weeks after watching! "Circle of Life," "Hakuna Matata," "Can You Feel The Love Tonight?" and more - they're such iconic, catchy tunes backed up by aGrammy-winning score. I constantly have the soundtrack playingto sing and dance along. Everything about The Lion King - the story, characters, animation, and music - makes it an instant Disney classic that little kids and grownups alike can enjoy over and over again. Two paws way, way up!篇4My Awesome Review of Star Wars: A New HopeParagraph 1:Wow, you guys have to see this awesome movie called Star Wars: A New Hope! It's seriously the coolest movie ever made. I just watched it for the first time last weekend and I've already seen it three more times because it's so amazing. The special effects are mind-blowing, especially for a movie that came out way back in 1977 before computers could do all the crazy CGI stuff they can do now.The story is about this guy named Luke Skywalker who lives on this totally boring desert planet called Tatooine. His life is really dull until one day these two droids, R2-D2 and C-3PO, show up with a message from a princess named Leia. She got captured by the evil Galactic Empire and needed help from an old guy named Obi-Wan Kenobi. Well, Obi-Wan turns out to bethis super cool Jedi knight who can do all sorts of awesome tricks with a lightsaber which is like a laser sword. So cool!Anyway, Obi-Wan tells Luke that he has to go rescue Princess Leia from the Empire's huge moon-sized battle station called the Death Star. Luke doesn't want to at first because he has chores on his aunt and uncle's moisture farm. But then the Empire's stormtroopers show up and kill Luke's aunt and uncle! So sad. That convinces Luke that he needs to join the Rebel Alliance with Obi-Wan, the droids, a smuggler named Han Solo, his fury sidekick Chewbacca, and Han's awesome spaceship the Millennium Falcon. Getting off Tatooine and into space for the first time is so exciting!Paragraph 2:Getting to see all the crazy planets, aliens, and space battles in the movie is just mind-blowingly awesome. My favorite scene is when the Millennium Falcon gets pulled into the Death Star and they have to hide inside one of the garbage chutes. Gross! Then they have a crazy battle with the Empire's stormtroopers while trying to escape. Han Solo is such a badass with his blaster pistol, blasting stormtroopers left and right.Another amazing scene is when Luke starts training to be a Jedi under Obi-Wan. Using a lightsaber looks so hard but so cool.Obi-Wan has Luke do this crazy exercise where he has a helmet on and has to deflect little laser shots from a training remote just by hearing them and using the Force. The Force is this mystic energy field that gives Jedi like Obi-Wan their powers. I wish I could use the Force and be a Jedi!By far though, the most epic moment is at the end when Luke joins the Rebel Alliance's attack squadron in trying to destroy the Death Star by firing proton torpedoes into a tiny thermal exhaust port. It's an impossible shot but Luke uses the Force to help him. When he fires the shot to blow up the Death Star it's the most awesomely exciting scene ever! The special effects of the Death Star blowing up are just jaw-droppingly amazing.Paragraph 3:Even though it's an older movie, Star Wars: A New Hope is still a billion times better than any newer movie I've seen. The characters are all so awesome and memorable, especially the wise old Jedi Obi-Wan, the sarcastic and brave Han Solo, the goofy but loveable droids, and of course Luke himself as he goes from a bored moisture farmer to kick-butt Rebel hero. I'll never get tired of watching this movie over and over again.Every single scene has amazing special effects, cool aliens, awesome space battles, or just really funny moments like the cantina scene. Plus, it has probably the best musical score ever composed by John Williams. You know a movie is epic when it has such a powerful and memorable score. I really hope I get to see the rest of the original Star Wars trilogy soon because A New Hope has me totally hooked. It's honestly the greatest movie ever made as far as I'm concerned. Every kid and grown-up needs to experience this landmark film! May the Force be with you!篇5Movie Review: The Lion KingHi there! My name is Emma, and I'm a 10-year-old kid who loves watching movies. Today, I want to talk about one of my favorite movies of all time, "The Lion King." This movie is so awesome that I've watched it like a million times!"The Lion King" is a Disney animated movie that came out in 1994. It's about a young lion cub named Simba who is supposed to become the next king of the Pride Lands. But Simba's evil uncle, Scar, gets jealous and wants to be the king instead. Scartricks Simba into thinking that he caused his dad's death and makes him run away from the Pride Lands. While Simba is away, Scar becomes the king and lets the hyenas take over the Pride Lands. Everything goes wrong, and the once beautiful kingdom becomes a dry, barren wasteland. Meanwhile, Simba grows up in the jungle with his new friends, a wisecracking meerkat named Timon and a flatulent warthog named Pumbaa. They teach him their "Hakuna Matata" philosophy, which means "no worries."But one day, Simba's childhood friend, Nala, finds him and tells him that he needs to come back and save the Pride Lands from Scar's evil rule. At first, Simba doesn't want to go because he's still afraid of what happened in the past. But then, he realizes that he needs to be brave and face his fears. With the help of Nala, Timon, and Pumbaa, Simba goes back to the Pride Lands and confronts Scar. There's a huge battle between Simba and Scar, and in the end, Simba becomes the new king, just like he was supposed to be. The movie ends with Simba and Nala having a cute little lion cub of their own, and everything is back to how it's supposed to be in the Pride Lands.I love "The Lion King" for so many reasons. First of all, the animation is so beautiful and colorful. The Pride Lands look likesuch a magical place, and all the animals are drawn so perfectly. The characters are also really great. Simba is such a brave and noble hero, and Scar is a super creepy and scary villain. Timon and Pumbaa are hilarious, and they always make me laugh with their silly jokes and antics. The music in "The Lion King" is also amazing. The songs are so catchy and memorable, like "Hakuna Matata," "Circle of Life," and "Can You Feel the Love Tonight." I always find myself singing along whenever I watch the movie. But what I love most about "The Lion King" is the story itself. It's a classic tale of good versus evil, with important lessons about courage, responsibility, and facing your fears. Simba goes through such a powerful journey, from being a carefree cub to becoming a brave and noble king. The movie teaches us that even when things seem really bad, we can't give up and have to keep fighting for what's right.Overall, "The Lion King" is a true masterpiece and one of the greatest animated movies ever made. It has everything – great animation, memorable characters, fantastic music, and a powerful story that stays with you long after the movie is over. If you haven't seen it yet, you're missing out on a true classic! That's my review of "The Lion King." I hope you enjoyed reading it and that it makes you want to watch the movie too. Trust me, it's amazing, and you'll love it just as much as I do!篇6The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring - An Epic Adventure Movie ReviewYo guys! I just watched this super epic movie called The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, and I gotta tell ya, it was totally mind-blowing! Like, I've never seen anything like it before in my life. It's based on this really old book by some dude named J.R.R. Tolkien, but the movie version is just so incredibly awesome that words can't even describe it properly. So, the movie starts off in this peaceful place called the Shire, where these little dudes called Hobbits live. They're like tiny people with furry feet and they love eating, drinking, and smoking pipe-weed (which is definitely not what you think it is, haha). Anyway, one of the Hobbits named Frodo inherits this crazy powerful ring from his uncle Bilbo, and it turns out that this ring is like the most dangerous thing in the whole world because it's evil and stuff. So Frodo has to go on this insane quest to destroy the ring by throwing it into the fiery pits of Mount Doom, which is located in the dark land of Mordor ruled by the ultimate bad guy, Sauron. But Frodo can't do it alone, so he teams up with this awesome fellowship consisting of humans, elves, dwarves, and wizards, and they all have to fight off tons of evil creatures like orcs, trolls, and even a freaking Balrog (which is like a giant fire demon thingy). The special effects in this movie are just mind-blowingly incredible. Like, the battle scenes are so epic and intense, with all these crazy monsters and warriors clashing swords and shooting arrows everywhere. And the landscapes and scenery are just breathtakingly beautiful, like something out of a magical fantasy world. The acting is also really good, especially from the guys playing Frodo, Aragorn, Gandalf, and Legolas (who's like the hottest elf ever, let's be real). But what really makes this movie so amazing is the overall story and the themes of friendship, courage, and never giving up even when facing impossible odds. The fellowship has to overcome so many obstacles and challenges, but they never lose hope and they stick together no matter what. It's just such aninspiring and epic tale of good versus evil, and it really makes you think about the power of unity and perseverance. In conclusion, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring is hands down one of the greatest adventure movies of all time. It's got everything you could ever want – action, drama, comedy, romance, and even some cool mythical creatures thrown in for good measure. If you haven't seen it yet, you're seriously missing out on one of the most epic cinematic experiences ever created. Like, seriously dude, go watch it right now! You won't regret it, I promise.。

《勇敢的心》的英文影评Sleepless in Seattle《西雅图不眠夜》影评Sleepless in Seattle has been billed as a "romantic edy", but the aent is more on romance than humor. Comic moments are kept to a minimum, and there are only a couple of openly funny scenes (one involves a parison of "male" and "female" movies -- An Affair to Remember versus The Dirty Dozen). It's extraordinary that this dramatic tale, tackling the very controversial subject of a nun leaving the order, has been nearly forgotten - even more so when one considers the director (Fred Zinnemann), the star (Audrey Hepburn) and the phenomenal reviews and box-office receipts. It is the story of Bobinson Crusoe, an Englishman who is shipwrecked in a lonelytropical island. He builds himself a hut, grows his own food, and bees self-sufficient. After 23 years he meets with a group of cannibals and rescues one of their prisoners, a young native whome he calls Friday.Crusoe and his“man”Friday bee close friends, and when they are finally rescued four years later, both return to England.Robinson Crusoe was partly based on the actual deeds of Alexander Selkirk, an 18th-century Scottish sailor who spent almost five years alone on a desert island.
