设计总说明

设计任务由来：

为了控制水泥工业的大气污染物排放，促进水泥工业产业结构调整，国家环境保护总局组织中国环境科学研究院、合肥水泥研究设计院、中国材料工业科工集团公司起草了新的《水泥工业大气污染物排放标准》（GB4915-2004）。水泥回转窑窑尾是水泥生产环节中粉尘排放量最大的排放点，窑外分解窑尾烟尘浓度为60g/m3～80g/m3，这一环节的污染物成分复杂，除粉尘、烟尘外，还有二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氟化物等有害气体，而粉尘对大气污染最为严重。

设计依据标准：

现有生产线工艺、操作方式及其有关技术资料、文件资料；

广东省《大气污染物排放限值》（DB44/27-2001）

《工业企业设计卫生标准》（TJ36-79）

《水泥工业污染物排放标准》（GB4915-85）

回转窑有关技术参数如下：

水泥产量：4000吨/天；

烟气温度：45～200℃；

烟气含尘浓度：5000~30000mg/Nm3；

烟气湿度：5％～15％。

设计原则：

1)设计中要认真贯彻国家的经济建设方针、政策。

2)应充分考虑资源的充分利用。

3)选用的技术要先进适用。

4)工程设计要坚持安全可靠、质量第一的原则。

5)坚持经济合理原则

6)必须遵循国家有关环境保护法律、法规，合理开发和充分利用各种自然

资源，严格控制环境污染，保护和改善生态环境

7)建设项目需要配套建设的环境保护设施，必须与主体工程同时设计、同

时施工、同时投产使用。

8)必须遵守污染物排放的国家标准和地方标准。

9)应当在建设项目中采用能耗物耗小、污染物产生量少的清洁生产工艺。关键词：水泥回转窑，烟气，除尘

In order to control the cement industry the air pollutant emissions, the promotion cement industry industrial structure adjustment, Country Environmental protection Bureau organized China Environmental science Research institute, Hefei Cement Research Design institute, Chinese Material Industry Science and industry Group Company to draft newly "Cement industry Air pollutant Emissions Standard" (GB4915-2004).The cement rotary kiln kiln tail is in the cement production link the dust withdrawal biggest emission point, outside the kiln decomposes the kiln tail mist and dust density is 60g/m3~80g/m3, this link pollutant ingredient is complex, except outside dust, mist and dust, but also has the sulphur dioxide, the nitrogen oxide compound, the fluoride and so on the noxious gas, but the dust is most serious to the air pollution.

8) Must observe the pollutant emissions the national standards and the place standard.

9) Must use the energy consumption material and energy consumption slightly in the items of basic construction, the pollutant has the quantity few clean production craft.
