Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, I’m very glad to make a speech here. Today my topic is “I love you, China.”

Since the day I was born, I began to have a proud name—Chinese. Since the day I began to talk, the most beautiful sentence I’ve ever learnt has been “I love you, China!”

I love you, China, and I’m so proud of being a Chinese. I’m proud that I’ve got the beautiful yellow skin, black eyes and black hair. I’m also proud that I speak the

most beautiful language in the world—Chinese.

I love you, China, for I can feel the deep love you give me every day, every minute. Last year, I got an opportunity to visit the United States of America. During my staying there, my father’s boss once invited my family to dinner. While at , he looked at me and asked: “Little girl, how long have you been in America?” “About a month,” I answered, “How lucky you are!” he said, “If you were living in China, how could you learn such perfect English?” I smiled and told him proudly that all the students in China are able to learn English at school. I saw his surprised eyes and said to myself, “I’m proud of you, China ”

女士们，先生们，早上好，我很高兴在这里讲话。今天，我的主题是“我爱你，中国。”从出生那天起，我就开始有个骄傲的名字-中文。自从我开始交谈的那一天起，我所学过的最美的一句话是“我爱你，中国！”

我爱你，中国，我为成为中国人而感到自豪。我拥有美丽的黄色皮肤，黑色的眼睛和黑色的头发，我为此感到自豪。我也为自己说世界上最美丽的语言而感到自豪。我爱你，中国，因为我可以感受到你每天，每一分钟给我的深厚爱意。去年，我有机会访问了美利坚合众国。在我逗留期间，父亲的老板曾经邀请我的家人共进晚餐。到时，他看着我，问：“小男孩，你在美国待了多长时间？”“大约一个月，”我回答：“你真幸运！”他说：“如果你住在中国，我笑着自豪地告诉他，中国所有学生都能在学校学习英语。我看到他惊讶的眼睛，对自己说：“我为您感到骄傲，中国。”
