学员在一开始记忆单词的实际效果是非常好的，但伴随着学习任务的加剧和英语单词量的越来越大，其记忆力实际效果不如从前。

归根结底，学员对英语单词记忆的艰难估计不足，欠缺充分准备，当碰到一些艰难时非常容易缺失自信心。

3、记忆法不合理。

在学员的在潜意识中中，背英语单词就和中小学背诵古诗文一样，要靠“死记硬背的”，背诵古诗文虽然这般，但背英语单词却有不一样。

四、存在的问题1. 教学方法单一，缺乏创新。

部分教师仍采用传统的“灌输式”教学，忽视学生的主体地位。

部分教师对学生的个体差异关注不足，导致教学效果不理想。

3. 教师培训机会有限。

部分教师缺乏系统、专业的培训，影响教学水平的提升。

4. 信息技术与英语教学的融合程度不够。

部分教师对信息技术手段的运用不够熟练，影响课堂教学效果。

但是，XX中学和所有的乡镇中学面临着同样的问题：老师年龄偏大，是一支渐渐老去的队伍，年轻老师很少，年轻老师中女老师居多，办公室的老师们解释主要是因为现在生活压力大，老师工资偏低，男老师无法养家，而教师职业对于女老师来说是个不错的选择。

XX中学的在校学生共有800多人，开设班级共13个，生源主要来自XX镇周边村子，学生都很淳朴。

XX中学，采取小班教学，每班50人左右，每个教室都配有多媒体和电子白板。

让学生有良好的学习环境。

让学生乐于在XX中学学习。

但是，众所周知，目前生源很少，XX 中学为了加强与同类学校的竞争力，开设了火箭班，优录班和普通版。

在学校学生吃住方面，学校近年来也投入了大量的精力和财力。

新建了学生食堂，宽敞明亮，可以同时容纳900人就餐。

同时也新建了男生宿舍和女生宿舍，宿舍都配有卫生间和洗衣间，确保学生住的，舒心，家长放心。

男女宿舍楼都配有楼管，管理学生的起居。

其次，XX中学的管理。

学校的就餐秩序井井有条，早中晚三餐就餐时，按照七年级提前十分钟，八年级正常按时就餐，九年级推迟十分钟，很好的避免了就餐拥挤的问题和食堂工作人员的工作难度。

35岁以上1人（女），30-35岁3人，其余都在30岁以下，可以说我校的英语教师队伍是年轻的，富有朝气和活力的队伍。

4.学校的教学设备和预算投入我校的英语教学设备主要有录音磁带，录音机和多媒体，此外还有教师根据自己的教学情况制做的自制卡片和教具。

预算投入主要是购买录音磁带和新增录音机的资金，一年不足1000元。

5.校本教研，校本培训，学_交流情况我校主要采取集体备课，观看教学光盘，集体评课等形式开展校本培训，另外还通过教学观摩课，公开示范课等形式来激发和鼓励年轻教师的成长和专业化发展。
