In the strictest sense, Parkour is the art of moving through your environment as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only the human body, defined by David Belle. The discipline of developing the physical and mental capacity of the human being. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing, and we build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements.
