摘要

随着旅游度假活动的兴起，我国许多地区都积极开展旅游度假区建设，其发展前景是可观的。然而随着幵发建设的推广与深入，在大规模幵发、快速建设过程中造成的生态环境破坏、碳排放等问题也日益凸显出来。特别是目前全球气候变化引起的全球低碳经济时代的到来，引发了基于低碳旅游理念的旅游度假区规划建设的需求。

随着旅游快速发展，我国公路网系统的不断完善，为房车旅游提供了基础配套设施，为自驾游爱好者尤其是房车旅游爱好提供了创造了极大旅游条件。经济发展和科学技术发展,影响着人们消费模式的选择。在20世纪初兴起于欧美国家高端自驾游形式，成为更多有经济能力人们出行的最佳选择，越来越受到旅游爱好者喜爱，也逐渐成为一种比较普遍的现象。房车作为一种新型的旅游时尚，吸引着全国各地的旅游爱好者。我国经济的迅速发展，为房车的发展打下了坚实的经济基础。人们的多样化出行也为房车的发展提供了良好的基础。

房车，作为现代人旅游、渡假的交通手段与居住手段的结合体，一定意义上是人类生活理想的目标和缩影，是人类社会发展到相应时期的产物。当一辆辆外型别致，内置丰足的房车穿行于林间山野、水滨瀑侧的同时，房车的本身是以自然型体姿态融入美好恬静的自然风光。
