二、试题分析从整体上看，本次试题难度适中，内容不偏不怪，符合学生的认知水平。
试题注重基础，密切联系生活，有利于考察数学基础和基本技能的掌握程度，有利于教学方法和学法的引导和培养。
三、试卷分析1、成绩分析：数学及格率%，优秀率%，最高分95分，最低分37分。
对于这样的试题，最后取得这样的成绩，难以令人满意，但是对于这届毕业生，这又是必然的。
主要表达在以下几个方面：〔1〕基础知识不扎实，如简单的整数的乘除法不能准确计算，没有形成一定的基本技能。
纠其原因主要是学生的基础太差，有好几个学生都不能正确掌握整数及小数的计算。
判断题也反应出学生对基础知识的掌握不扎实。
〔2〕对题目理解不够。
如解决问题第六题第4小题，学生看到了两幅统计图，学生初看到时就有些蒙，他不知道该看哪一个，而且在这两幅图中出现了两种百分数，有些学生就不知道该怎么办了。
〔3〕这一点主要说的就是学生做题马虎，在不同的题中都有表达。
如第一题的口算，18/9都不知道等于几。
第二秒填空第2小题要求用分数表示，结果用小数表示了，导致失分。
像这样的情况很多很多，所以在以后的教学中一定要让学生养成一个良好的学习习惯。
对于这次成绩，我个人是真的不太满意，但没有气馁，结合这次考试的实际情况进行分析，查露补缺。
今后在教学中还是应该继续严格要求学生，对教学练习强度要加大，另外对学生的思想道德教育要加强，端正他们的学习目的。

2015—2016学年度第二学期期末试卷分析本次英语试卷含题量适中，覆盖的知识面却很广，内容灵活多样。
重点考查学生的语言基础知识和学生运用语言的能力。

本次试卷的问题设计上，增加了对学生阅读理解能力和活用语言能力的考查。
二、各大题的分析本次考试包括是听力和笔试部分。
主要考查学生的语言基础知识和基本技能，包括语音、词、词组、语法等方面的考查。
现分述如下：听音选出正确的单词，由于平时对学生单词要求比较高，，所以本部分大部分的学生几乎不失分。
第二题，三年级试卷是在所听到的句子后面打“√”，这题得分较高，考查的句子都是课本上的重点句子，学生平时掌握较好。
四年级试卷，听录音，给图片标号。
考查的课本上一些重点词汇和会话的图片。
学生掌握较好。
第三题，三年级听录音，选择听到的图片，四年级是听录音，判断图片正误，题目有一定难度。
第四题，三年级是听录音，把人物所提到的序号填在人物下面的括号内。
这题是听力较难的题目，不仅要听，还有分析图画内容，由于本题是图画题，很多学生没有把握图片的内容，导致很多学生对本题的把握不准，得分率较低。
四年级是听录音选答语。
失分率较高，很多学生反应不过来，做出错误的判断，选错答案，说明平时对句式掌握不好，没有在情景中理解句子和运用英语。
