All those places all different from the England world, and the rules are so strange even some of it are wrong. Finally, he returns to England. Part 4 is about a voyage to the Country of the Houyhnhnms. In Houyhnhnms, he meets a race of horses who are the rulers. Gulliver becomes a member of a horse's household, and comes to both admire and emulate their lifestyle. However, the country makes a new rule that kill all people.Gulliver has to escape, and he returns to his home in England, but he is unable to reconcile himself to living among real people.
