压机电气控制说明书一、系统说明电气控制部分有两套电气控制柜组成,电机控制部分和PLC控制操作台组成。

1、电机控制柜安装有液压站、真空泵、冷却泵、循环泵、皮带变频器和振动变频器组成。

各部分功率参数:电机名称功率额定电流液压站30KW 62A真空泵15KW 35A冷却泵 1.5KW 3A循环泵 2.2KW 5A皮带电机7.5KW 15A振动电机18.5KW(×4)37 A(×4)2、PLC控制操作台有PLC、触摸屏和其他电气附件组成。

二、控制说明1、手动控制说明(1)将“手动/自动”旋钮切换到“手动”的位置上。

(2)将“液压站开/停”旋钮切换到“开”的位置上,液压站启动。

将“液压站开/停”旋钮切换到“停”的位置上,液压站停止。

(3)将“1#真空泵开/停”旋钮切换到“开”的位置上,1#真空泵启动。

将“1#真空泵开/停”旋钮切换到“停”的位置上,1#真空泵停止。

(4)将“2#真空泵开/停”旋钮切换到“开”的位置上,2#真空泵启动。

将“2#真空泵开/停”旋钮切换到“停”的位置上,2#真空泵停止。

(5)将“冷却泵开/停”旋钮切换到“开”的位置上,冷却泵启动。

将“冷却泵开/停”旋钮切换到“停”的位置上,冷却泵停止。

(6)将“循环泵开/停”旋钮切换到“开”的位置上,循环泵启动。

将“循环泵开/停”旋钮切换到“停”的位置上,循环泵停止。

(7)将振动电机“手动/自动”旋钮切换到“手动”的位置上。

调节“振动电机调速”电位器,振动电机根据电位器调节量调节振动速度。

将“皮带电机开/停”旋钮切换到“停”的位置上,皮带电机停止。

润滑油吸收大量的压缩热,因此,即使单级压缩比高达16,机头仍然可以控制在一般润滑油的结碳及劣化温度以下,转子与机壳之间也不会因膨胀系数不同而产生摩擦。

润滑油可减低高频压缩所产生的噪音。

进气口位于机壳上端,排气口开于下部,两只高精度主、副转子平行安装在机壳内。

吸气过程 采用端面轴向进气,一旦齿槽间啮合线在端面的啮合线 进入吸气口,则开始吸气。随着转子的转动,啮合线向排 气端延伸,吸入的空气也越来越多,当端面空廓离开吸气 口时,吸气阶段结束。吸入的空气处于一个由阴、阳转子 及壳体构成的封闭腔。 压缩过程 由阴、阳转子及壳体构成的这个封闭腔随转子的继续转 动,向排气端移动,其容积不断缩小,因而气体受压缩。 排气过程 当阳转子齿到达排气口时,封闭腔容积达到最小,压缩 空气随同润滑油一同被排出。 从以上过程可以看出,螺杆压缩机结构简单,不存在往 复力。由于转子连续高速运转,因此排出气体稳定,无脉 冲现象,从而噪音、振动都较小。

四级排气缓冲器后设有排气截止阀及放空阀,放空阀为气体紧急放空、吹除及试车用。

3.2冷却系统通往一台压缩机组(主机和各换热器)冷却水来自一根上水总管。

然后由进水总管分七条支管分别连接各级气缸和各换热器进水口。

其中DN50支管三条,分别接到各换热器进水口;DN40支管一条,接油冷却器进水口;DN32支管二条,分别接到一、四级气缸和二、三级进水口;DN15支管一支,接四级填函进水口。

各排水管管径分别与各自相应进水管管径相似,各级排水管上均设有测温装置,各进水管和各排水管用地沟均由顾客依照需要和现场位置自行设计,冷却水管所有采用钢管。

3.3润滑油系统由于导向环、活塞环和填料采用自润滑材料,因而气缸不需要注油润滑,只需润滑其他运动部件,该任务由本机组齿轮油泵来完毕。

1. 喷气编织工艺中:压缩空气载着纬线在细小的喷嘴中通过。一旦压缩空气中含油, 则会导致喷嘴堵塞,从而引起生产中断,产生大量的喷嘴更换费用。另外还会引起 织物污染,导致产品报废。同时,喷气织机的喷嘴会喷出废气,压缩空气中的油会 沉积在钢筘上,吸附灰尘和纤维,使钢筘粘结在一起绷断,造成生产损失,用户不得 不更换钢筘,产生大量维护成本。 2. 喷气纺纱:更平稳的生产,更少的维护需求和更低的费品率。 压缩空气将棉花卷入纱线穿过细小的喷嘴。一旦压缩空气中含油,则会导致喷嘴堵 塞, 并造成与压缩空气直接接触的纱线受到油污染。同时,会发生大量的喷嘴更换成本, 引起生产中断损失和最终产品报废。 3. 气力输送:防止仪器损坏和管道堵塞,提升安全性。 4. 喷气编织:减少停机检修时间,降低维护成本,减少费品率。纺织用人造原材料的 生产要用到压缩空气,其应用之一就是采用气力输送的方式驱动PVC、PTA和DMT等片材 的输送,受油污染的空气将损坏控制和仪器部件,造成生产中断。 5. 卷曲工艺:减少生产中断,提高纱线质量。在该生产程序中,纱线通过喷嘴的空气 射流来完成混合。被油堵塞的喷嘴将造成纱线混合不均匀,并导致纱线断裂或变色。

1安全服役确保压缩机在本手册中技术指标下安全运转。

清理压缩机周围区域:—尽可能清除水、油泄漏,排除泄漏原因。

-使工具、油桶、碎布等杂物远离压缩机。

确保冷却水已冷却压缩机。

避免在无冷却水或冷却不充分的情况下使压缩机工作,否则气缸会发生过热。

决不要切断安全阀和允许压缩机在无保护下运转。

除非压缩机已停止运转,并且气缸已无压力下,才能收紧压力容器和气缸上的螺栓、螺丝和螺帽。

如果电机着火,请不要使用水可用CO2气体扑灭。

压缩机运转过程中一旦出现安全阀跳闸,应立即停止机器,查明原因。

压力调节阀工作时安全阀不会起动,这意味着安全阀跳闸是由于压缩机压力调节阀没有工作.当压缩机停止时,确保所有排水管已手动排尽,并且排空水冷系统。

当水冷系统使用蒸汽冷却塔时,建议咨询水处埋专家,避免冷却塔手册中所陈列之危险。

润滑油、汽油、溶剂、废物等易燃物不要靠近压缩机放置。

当保护器动作部件开启时,压缩机不能起动。

2设备操作空气从进口过滤器吸入后,在气缸中压缩,同时压力增大,温度升高。

在HA和HP系列中,压缩气体温度采用冷水冷却。

首先在气缸,然后在冷却器,都有逆流水从外部管道穿过.冷却器产生的冷凝水会从冷却器出口瓶罐中分离出来,这一过程称之为分离过程。

冷凝水可通过手动或自动排水阀排出.如果生产线中会产生冷凝水,或用户需要干燥气体时,必须使用干燥机.可选冷却型(露点:1~3℃),或吸附型(露点:0℃以下),多数情况下选用干冷机就足够了。

冷却水可以运转在开放(当地水网)或封闭的循环系统中。

在后一种情况下,必须采用冷却水塔或风冷机(激冷系统)方式来冷却水。

为了在最佳条件下给用户生产线提供压缩气体,P&I示意图中不仅陈列了所有的设备,而且涵括了全部的压缩工艺流程和进一步处理系统。

同时P&I示意图也列出了诸如压力、温度,……正常运转工作值、安全阀的安全设定值等。

压缩机需要一个储气罐来为自身调节(加载/空载),储存压缩气体.这样当起动设备时能马上满足用户需要.星型-三角型起动:接触器合上,起动装置得电,“星型”起动持续约12秒,压缩机空转(这样可减少起动电流强度),然后转接“三角型”,机器正常运转。

1、不正确润滑1.1不正确润滑通常的原因a.使用不合时的润滑油b.缺油c.由于维护不良引起间隙过大、油压过低,导致轴承磨损;d.不充分冷却或过度冷却;e.过度润滑。

1.2压缩机润滑系统中的故障可能导致温度升高,当继续运转,温度会不断升高,润滑油有着火的危险。

2不正确冷却补充分冷却会引发事故,但过度冷却形成的冷凝液会使润滑油变质,引起气缸内壁腐蚀。

3机械故障机械故障通常是由以下或数个原因造成的:a.超压;b.超速;c.不正确冷却;d.不正确润滑;e.维护不良f.过度振动或受外力组作用。

4人身伤害通常引起人身伤害的原因是:a与运动件接触;b与发热零件接触;c从高处摔下;d滑倒(例如由漏油引起的);e触电;f维修时不正确使用工具;g在有压力情况下设备或部件的爆破或爆炸;h润滑油着火产生的有毒烟气。

二、防止压力系统着火与爆炸1油润滑压缩机一般认为,油润滑压缩机压力系统的着火是由于积碳引起的,压缩机和压力系统都应当是清洁、无积碳的,这样可减少着火事故。

对会产生积碳的压力系统来说,油的品级质是比较重要的,而定期清洗压力系统也同等重要。

以下列出影响积碳形成四个因素;a给油量供油过度助长积碳形成;b空气过滤随空气吸入尘粒使油变稠,使油通过排气系统热部件的通道时间延长,增加油氧化反应的时间,因而加速了积碳形成的速度;c温度明显氧化的起始温度与使用油的品级和种类有关,带有水冷气缸的压缩机,推荐采用处理过的或除去矿物质的水,以防止水道结垢。
