负极(SN)为纯铂,含铂为90%,故俗称单铂铑热电偶。

该热电偶长期最高使用温度为1300℃,短期最高使用温度为1600℃。

S型热电偶在热电偶系列中就有准确度最高、稳定性最好、测温区宽,使用寿命长等优点。

它的物理、化学性能良好,热电势稳定性及在高温下抗氧化性能好。

适用于氧化和惰性气氛汇中。

S型热电偶不足之处是热电势、热电势率较小,灵敏度低。

高温下机械强度下降。

对污染非常敏感,贵金属材料昂贵,因为一次性投资较大。

(2)铂铑13-铂热电偶(R型)铂铑13-铂热电偶(R型热电偶)为贵金属热电偶。

其正极(RP)的名义化学成分为铂铑合金,其中铑为13%。

负极(SN)为纯铂,含铂为87%,长期最高使用温度为1300℃,短期最高使用温度为1600℃。

R型热电偶在热电偶系列中就有准确度最高、稳定性好、测温区宽,使用寿命长等优点。

它的物理、化学性能良好,热电势稳定性及在高温下抗氧化性能好。

适用于氧化和惰性气氛汇中。

由于R型热电偶的综合性能与S型热电偶相当,在我国一直难于推广。

除在进口设备上的测温有所应用外。

国内测温很少采用。

R型热电偶不足之处与S型热电偶相同。

(3)铂铑30-铂铑6 热电偶(B型)铂铑30-铂铑6热电偶(B型热电偶)为贵金属热电偶。

热偶丝规定为0.5mm,其正极(BP)的名义化学成分为铂铑合金,其中含铑量为30%,负极(BN)也为铂铑合金。

含铑量为6%,故俗称双铂铑热电偶。

该热电偶长期最高使用温度为1600℃,短期最高使用温度为1800℃。

B型热电偶在热电偶系列中具有准确度高、稳定性好、测温区宽,使用寿命长、测温上限高等优点。

适用于氧化和惰性气氛中,也可短期用于真空中,但不适用于还原性气氛或含有金属或非金属蒸汽气氛中。

B型热电偶一个明显的有点是参考端不用补偿导线进行补偿,因为在0-50℃范围内热电势小于3µV。

钨铼热电偶

一、钨铼热电偶是最成功的难熔金属热电偶,也是可以测至1800℃以上的工业热电偶中性能最佳的热电偶。

随着高新技术的发展,钨铼热电偶的应用将越来越广泛。

◆钨铼热电偶的特点:热电极丝熔点极高(3300℃)、强度大。

热电动势大、灵敏度高、共热电动势率为S 型热电偶的两倍,B型三倍。

极易氧化。

价格便宜,仅为S型热电偶的1/3.◆钨铼热电偶的说明:钨铼热电偶的理想测温范围为0-2300℃,最佳测温为1300-2000℃。

其结构为单管或双管,保护管为精细特纯刚玉,纯钼管,金属陶瓷,钽管,钨管等,抽真空后填充特高温绝缘材料,经久耐用,广泛适用于真空、氢气、氮气等还原气氛和惰性气体保护炉。

二、钨铼热电偶的特点是:热电极丝熔点高(3300℃),蒸气压低,极易氧化;在非氧化性气氛中化学稳定性好。

电动势大,灵敏度高,最主要还是价格便宜。

目前测量1600℃以上的温度,多采用非接触法,但是,该种方法的误差较大,如用接触法则能准确地测出真实温度。

在高温热电偶中,贵金属热电偶价格昂贵且最高温度也只能在1800℃以下,而钨铼热电偶不仅测温上限高,而且稳定性好,因此,钨铼热电偶在冶金、建材、航天、航空及核能等行业都得到广泛应用。

我国的钨资源丰富,钨铼热电偶价格便宜,可以部分取代贵金属热电偶(铂铑热电偶),它是高温测试领域中很有前途的测温材料。

它的最高使用温度可达到2800℃,可是,在高于2300℃时,数据分散。

因此,使用温度最好在2000左右。

钨铼热电偶极易氧化,适于在惰性或干燥氢气中使用,或用致密的保护管使其与氧隔绝才能使用。

不能用于含碳气氛(如在含碳氢化合物的气氛中使用,温度超过1000℃即受腐蚀)。

钨或钨铼在含碳气氛中容易生成稳定的碳化物,以致降低其灵敏度并引起脆断,在有氢气存在的情况下,会加速碳化。

钨铼热电偶抗氧化问题一直是国内外学者所关注的课题,并致力于研究解决。

我公司采用了国际先进制做工艺,成功研制开发了装配式高温高压钨铼热电偶,该产品的测温范围为0~1800℃,广泛用于冶金、焦化、化工窑炉、热处理、玻璃等行业,它具有精度高,价格低、性能稳定、不受工作环境气氛的限制等优点,是代替铂铑热电偶的理想产品。
