3.真空法
是在低于大气压的条件下进行灌装的, 有两种方式
①压差真空式
即贮液箱内处于常压,只对包装容器抽气使之形成 真空,液料依靠贮液箱与待灌容器间的压差作用产 生流动而完成灌装,国内此种方法较常用。 ②重力真空式
即贮液箱、包装容器均处于真空, 在相等的真空下, 液料依靠自重流进包装容器内,因结构较复杂,国内 较少用。
2.等压法
等压法也称压力重力式灌装法,即在高于大气压的 条件下,首先对包装容器充气,使之形成与贮液箱 内相等的气压,然后再依靠被灌液料的自重流进包 装容器内。 用于含气饮料,如啤酒、汽水、汽酒等的灌装。采 用此种方法灌装,可以减少这类产品中所含二氧化 碳的损失,并能防止灌装过程中过量起泡而影响产 品质量和定量精度。 等压灌装的工艺过程是: 1.充气等压 2.进液回气; 3.停止进液; 4.释放压力

除了众多的果汁产品外,冷灌装工艺的地盘正在逐渐扩大到茶饮料等低酸产品。
去年底,云南澜沧江啤酒企业集团采用意大利SIPA吹瓶机和德国KHS灌装机建成了的中国第一条无菌冷灌装茶饮料生产线,并准备在5-10年打造一艘以茶饮料为核心的年产值20亿的绿色食品航母。
今年1月,武汉统一食品有限公司使用克朗斯无菌冷灌装系统的绿茶饮料也投入生产。
此外,可口可乐(中国)饮料有限公司、天津雀巢天然矿泉水有限公司、天津华维斯特实业有限公司等都表示未来会引进无菌冷灌装线用于茶饮料或功能性饮料的生产。
北京汇源饮料食品集团有限公司设备部经理史继军表示,日本的咖啡和茶饮料已经普遍使用无菌冷灌装,而中国目前使用的很少。
但是未来,随着PET瓶的发展,其制造和生产成本会下降,无菌冷灌装一定会得到广泛的应用,并取代其他的灌装形式。
史先生认为,PET无菌冷灌装有着广泛的产品适应性,可以生产果汁及果蔬汁饮料、茶饮料、含乳饮料、功能饮料等。
未来的饮料市场,产品细分是一个发展趋势,随着消费者面临选择的增多,饮料瓶的瓶型周期会越来越短,而无菌冷灌装能够支持瓶型的多样化。
