然而,医学和体育专家认为,“没有病”并不等于体质好,孩子的耐力、速度等运动方面的多项指标,并不见得达标。

体质被认为是人的素质的基础,但许多学校和家长对此却没有足够认识。

受应试教育的影响,繁重的课业负担令学生身心疲惫。

尽管因素很多,但激烈的学习竞争、沉重的学习压力成为导致学生体质不断下降的主要原因。

新中国成立50多年来,党和政府十分关心青少年的健康成长,对开展学校体育运动、确保学生体育锻炼、提高学生体质高度重视。

现在全国中小学都在积极开展亿万阳光体育运动,新课程改革的理念也要求全面提升学生的身体素质,“每天锻炼一小时,幸福生活一辈子”的理念已经深入我们心中,目前我校大课间已经成为全校的一道风景线,各班活动形式多样,组织有序,每位学生都能发挥自己的一技之长,课外活动同学们能奔向操场勇于参加,体育课上各班同学能按老师要求上好每节课。

但我还是要提醒每位学生,锻炼之前一定要做一些准备活动。

防止肌肉拉伤,关节扭伤等现象的发生。

每天的活动同学们要认真积极的参加而不是站着聊天或到小卖部去买东西吃或者呆在教室里做作业等各种现象。

参加锻炼要有顽强的毅力、持之以恒的精神,切不可“三天打鱼,两天晒网”。

明、后两天学校将举行第十二届秋季田径运动会,本届运动会就是给全体同学们提供一个运动场所,也是为同学们搭建一个展示自己实力的机会,同时也是对我校同学的体育水平和体育运动成绩进行一次检阅,更是对全校师生精神面貌和校风校纪的一次展示。
