水利水电工程量计算一般为四块,水电水利永久建筑物工程量计算、水电水利施工临建工程工程量计算、水电水利金属结构工程量计算、水电水利机电设备需要量计算这4大块。

一、水电水利工程永久建筑物工程量计算1、土石方开挖工程量,应根据工程布置图切取剖面按不同岩土类别分别进行计算,土石方开挖工程量应将明挖、洞挖分开,明挖分坑槽、坡面、基础、水下开挖;洞挖分平洞、斜井、竖井、地下厂房洞室。
2、土石方填筑工程量,应根据建筑物设计断面中的分区及其不同材料分别进行计算,其沉陷量应包括在内。
3、混凝土工程量,对不同类别、部位、标号及级配须分别进行计算;钢筋混凝土的钢筋按配筋量计算.4、固结灌浆与帷幕灌浆的工程量(包括灌浆检查孔),自建基面算起。
钻孔深度(包括排水孔)自孔顶高程算起,并按地层或混凝土不同部位分别计算.接触灌浆及接缝灌浆按设计所需面积计算。
地下工程顶部的回填灌浆,其范围一般在顶拱中心角90°~120°以内,按设计的混凝土衬砌外缘面积计其工程量;地下工程的固结灌浆及排水孔数量根据设计要求计算。
5、喷锚支护工程量,根据设计要求计算,其中喷混凝土和砂浆应计及回弹量;锚杆、预应力锚索、钢筋网应说明型式、直径、长度、数量及岩石级别。
6、预可行性研究阶段,对外公路工程量根据1/10000~1/5000地形图拟定的线路走向、平均纵坡所计得的公路长度及选定的公路等级,按扩大指标进行计算,对其中的大中型桥涵、隧道需要单独估算工程量.可行性研究阶段,在大、中型工程中应做专项设计,提出公路、桥涵、隧道等的各项工程量。
7、上坝公路、进厂公路及永久生产、生活区等主要交通干线,应根据1/2000~1/500地形图进行路基、路面和有关建筑物设计计算工程量并乘以相应的阶段系数。

具体计算过程如下:渠道底部宽度b = β×h = 0.828×0.930 = 0.770m断面面积:A = b×h+(m1+m2)/2.0×h×h= 0.770×0.930+(1.00+1.00)/2.0×0.930×0.930 = 1.581m2渠道湿周:X = b+h×[(1+m1×m1)0.5+(1+m2×m2)0.5]= 0.770+0.930×[(1+1.00×1.00)0.5+(1+1.00×1.00)0.5] = 3.401m 水力半径:R = A/X = 1.581/3.401 = 0.465m谢才系数:C = 1/n×R1/6 (曼宁公式)代入上式:C = 1/0.0225×0.4651/6 = 39.119计算流量:Q1 = A×C×(R×i)0.5= 1.581×39.119×(0.465×0.00500)0.5 = 2.983m3/s三、计算结果:所以,正常水深计算值h = 0.930m渠道底部宽度b = β×h = 0.828×0.930 = 0.770m平均流速:v = Q1/A = 2.983/1.581 = 1.886m/s。

正常蓄水位2821.4m, 死水位2796.0m ,正常蓄水位时,水库面积为15.6 km2。
根据E江河流规划,拟建一水电站,坝址以上集雨面积780 km2,设计装机24MW,多年平均发电量为1.05亿度,三台机满载时的流量44.1m3/s,尾水位2752.2m。
增加保灌面积10万亩,可减轻洪水对下游两岸的威胁,安全泄量应控制在Q<900 m3/s以内。
本工程同时兼有发电、灌溉、防洪、渔业等综合利用。
1.1.1 发电水电站装机容量为24MW,多年平均发电量为1.05亿度。
电站装机3台8MW 机组。

2 截流水力计算
已知上游水位泄流量关系, 上游水位减去河床高程即可得上游水深, ▽H 上=Z 上-951, 上下游落差 Z=▽H 上-▽H 下,继而可得出落差与泄流量之间的关系。一般情况下合龙中 戗堤设计流量 Q0 由四部分组成,即 Q0=Q+Qd+Qs+Qac 式中 Q——龙口流量 Qd——导流洞分流量 Qs——戗堤渗透流量 Qac——上游河槽中的调蓄流量 其中上游河槽中的调蓄流量 Qac 和戗堤渗透流量 Qs 可以忽略不计, 即 Q0=Q+Qd 由 Q0=Q+Qd 可得到落差 Z 与龙口流量 Q 之间的关系表如表 3。
由图 3 和图 4 可知,随着落差的增大,导流隧洞分流量是逐渐增大的,直到增大到 设计流量, 而龙口流量是逐渐减小的直到最后落差最大时龙口流量降为 0 但龙口流量和 导流洞分流量之和始终保持不变均为设计流量。
3.1 计算龙口流量
龙口泄水能力计算按照宽顶堰公式计算 水流通过束窄河床,其进口由于竖向收缩(有坎)或横向收缩(无坎)而形成宽顶 堰流时,视其出流是否淹没,分别按下式计算其泄流能力 Q。

戗堤处水位~流量关系见表1和图2。
戗堤端部边坡系数n=1,截流戗堤两侧的坡比为1:1.5。
截流材料采用当地的中粒黑云二长花岗岩,容重为26kN/m3。
该工程采用左右岸各布置一条导流洞导流,左、右导流隧洞联合泄流的上游水位和泄流流量关系见表2和图3。

其设计分为:截流水力计算、截流水力分区和备料量设计。
本次截流的水力计算中龙口流速的确定采用图解法计算。
2.1 基本水位的确定(1)戗堤顶部高程的确定:安全超高本次节流设计流量Q 0 = 323 (m 3/s),则,设计流量下的上游水位:m 23.95703.957)300323(*30041003.957-958上=+--=Z由资料得到河床底部高程为951.00m ,则由计算得戗堤高度为:7m77.0951957.23安全超高Z H 底上B =+-=+-=Z安全超高取值范围0.5~1.0m ,这里取0.77m 。
则戗堤顶部高程戗Z =951+7=958m(2)下游水位的确定:设计流量下的下游水位:Z下=71.952)317-323(*317-.4171.95248.953+-=952.76m(3)通过EXCEL 表上作业(见表3),可得导流洞下泄流量曲线及龙口泄水曲线(如图4和图5所示)。
一般情况下,合龙过程中截流设计流量0Q 由四部分组成:d s ac Q Q Q Q Q =+++式中 Q ——龙口流量;d Q ——分流量(分流建筑物中通过的流量) ac Q ——上游河槽中的调蓄流量;s Q ——戗堤渗透流量。
