1、How do you define success? List two important elements which may contribute to a successful career and briefly explain why？

From my perspective,being successful means that he will live a life full of freedom and he can do everything he loves to do or refuses to do anything he dislikes.There are two classes where people live.People who live in the lower class need to struggle to earn a living for his family,and those who live in the upper class are economic independent and can enjoy their life.

In some extend,planning and insistence are necessary to contribute to success.Planning is the light to ship in the darkness which guide people to arrive destination. And insistence is the fuel to the car. We all know the way to success is always crowded. Only have enough fuel, can you reach the destination.

2、What is special about workaholics? In your opinion, we work to live or live to work?

Sometimes people work because they simply cannot stop working. There is a special name for them -workaholics. Their job represents their life priority. Workaholics are very deeply anxious about company ’s success.

No one can argue that the main reason why people work is because they need money to live. They need a comfortable place to live and good nutritious food to support their health. But there are many other reasons why people work.We may reach the conclusion that people work for many reasons and money is only one of them. People work, because they need to express themselves, show their talents, helping the others and simply because they like that way of living.

3、What factors may lead to people's overwork? How do you balance your work and life?

Desire to live a better life and realize their dreams urgently may lead to people ’s overwork.

We need to understand that we work to live and only better life make us work more effectively.Family members’feelings should be taken into consideration when we make choice between work and life.As to me,I won ’t bring my work home when I get along with my family.I will make plans to have a trip with my parents during weekends or holidays.Equally important is that I will concentrate on my work at company.In my opinion,work and life can be two separate parts. Only do the appropriate thing in the right time can we achieve the balance between work and life.

4、Opinions on the influence of media on people ’s studies and life.

With the rapid development of new media technologies, the rapid update of information and knowledge, the news, the internet, the media and the communication are happening all around us all the time. With the extensive application of modern technologies,the social structure in the human ideology is being presented digitally, profoundly changing people's learning and life style.

First of all, the development of the media makes more and more schools appear, so people choose online learning more.

Second, the new media has changed people's traditional way of communication based on the popularization of communication tools such as computers and mobile phones.

In addition, online shopping has become a fashion consumer of new media users. In Taobao, Lynx and other shopping sites, through the network, stay at home, you can achieve consumer spending behavior.
