A teacher Li Tao is a young teacher in our school. He is regarded as being old for he has been teaching here for 20 years. He is seen, at the same time, as being young as he is now but 38 years old. He doesn’t have much hair on the head. And it is nearly all white. Missing two teeth and wearing thick glasses, he looks older than he really is. He says people often offer their seats to him for his old looks. On the contrary, I myself saw him give up his seat to a woman with a baby in her arms. At least twice he did so. When you attend his interesting and lively classes, you will be sure of his real age ---still young.

My name is LiHua . I was born in Dalian, Liaoning province in February 1977. I started school in 1984 when I was seven. I studied in Guangming Primary School from 1984 to 1990. Liu Hua, a good friend of mine, is now quite well known because she took the first place in the entrance examination and was enrolled by Beijing University last year. I am proud of her and enjoy her success. When she studied in the middle school we often exchanged learning experience, so I know clearly why she was able to achieve such a success. First of all, she had a high goal---going to Beijing University and was full of confidence. She usually had a detailed plan for her study and knew what she should do every day. The most important is that she had a good habit of study and never stayed too late into night or left today's work for tomorrow. She not only studied hard but also was ready to help others.
