一、教学目标

(一)知识目标

1、在理解课文的基础上,掌握文章中所出现的常用的句型,单词和短语,如:quickly,

either, sometimes, taste, be good for, either...or...等;

2、能够理解文章大意并能抓住文章主要信息;

3、通过阅读短文,了解哪些是健康的习惯,哪些是不健康的习惯。

(二)能力目标

1、提高阅读技巧,能从课文中提取有效信息;

2、能合理的为自己安排健康的活动;

3、能仿照文章自如谈论和表达自己和他人的日程安排。

(三)情感态度目标

通过学习本文,使学生形成积极的生活学习态度,热爱生活,学会合理安排自己的作息时间,摒弃不健康的生活习惯。

二、教学重难点

1、重点单词,词组句型的掌握和应用;

2、训练从文中提取有效信息的能力;

3、设计和表达合理的日程安排,用所学知识写出完整文章。

三、学情分析

七年级学生经过一学期的学习,在知识和能力方面都有所提高,能用简单的英语问候、打招呼,交换有关个人、家庭、朋友等的基本信息,根据图片或提示写出简单的句子,根据所学内容表演小对话,在课堂活动中乐于模仿、敢于开口,积极参与,主动请教。对即将学习的内容能适当地提前做好预习工作。

四、教学用具

黑板,多媒体,PPT和粉笔。

五、教学方法

任务型教学法:让学生带着任务去阅读有利于提高学生阅读的效果。

讨论法:学生充分参与其中,充分发挥主观能动性,激发学习兴趣。

多媒体辅助教学法: 形象直观的展示知识内容,激发学生兴趣。

六、教学步骤

Part 1. Preparation

Step1. Warming- up and revision

1.Guessing game Ask and Answer by using “when and what time…”

设计意图:对前面所学知识的复习和运用。

Part 2. Presentation

Pre-reading

I think running is a healthy activities . Can you tell me more healthy or unhealthy activities?

Healthy activities: go to bed early __________________________

What other healthy activities do you know?

设计意图:学生自由谈论,为接下来的学习进行预先了解,学习2b的学习打下基础。

2.Work on 2a Check the activities you think are healthy in 2a

3.Learn some new words and new phrase eg: quickly, either, lot, sometimes, taste; either…or…; lots of…and ask students memorize these words and phrases then compete.

设计意图:学习并熟悉文章的重点单词,为阅读课文扫除障碍,提高学生学习积极性。
