于是，在工作的间歇，在干完家务活的空档，我都不忘把教学中的点点滴滴在头脑中反思、总结，整理，一篇篇教学论文就是这样慢慢的磨出来的。
然而，就在我教学工作基本上得心应手的时候，我却经历了一次病痛，一次差点让我失去我热爱的“教师职业”的病痛。
我本有一副好嗓子，在学生时代，偶尔在同学们面前一展歌喉，也能博得阵阵喝彩。
但是经过这几年的讲台高歌，渐渐的嗓子变的嘶哑，还经常疼痛，到后来发声都成了困难。
到医院做检查，诊断为“双侧声带息肉”，医生建议手术治疗，除去息肉，恢复声带正常振动发出声音。
身边的人为此议论开了：有人说要除去声带上的息肉，这个手术可不能马虎，一定要找技术好的医生;还有人说如果手术中出现什么意外，会是什么结果听着大家的议论，我很着急，我不想成为哑巴，我更不想因此离开刚刚爱上的教育事业。
我在心里问自己：我要做手术吗手术能成功吗我真的会成哑巴吗我要因此失去继续与孩子们一起学习的机会吗经过前思后想，经过亲人和众多好心人的多方打听和咨询，最终我作了手术。
通过前后两次激光手术，成功去除了我左右声带上的息肉，经过一段时间的休息，我又能重返讲台和孩子们一起学习。
我好高兴啊!我要感谢我的领导、同事、亲人给我的安慰和照顾，感谢现代高超的医学技术让我没有失去我热爱的教师职业，我更要感谢在我生病期间默默为我祝福的孩子们。
记得手术前后，我的声音都很小，我担心孩子们听不见，但他们却听得格外认真，很多时候我的一个手势，一个眼神替代了我的语言，可孩子们依然能够领会，我为他们能这样的懂事，能这样的理解我而感动。

我紧紧拉着小姑娘的手，只有使劲地点头，眼泪早已不听话，滚落在孩子红红的脸蛋上。

在病假休息的日子里，我为全班五十多位同学每人准备了一张小卡片，在每一张卡片上为我的学生写下一句句激励的话语，也寄托了我对他们的深切期望。
在我重返讲台的第一节课里，我把卡片分发给他们，他们手捧小小的卡片，在同伴们面前炫耀，“看，这是老师送我的礼物”然后把它小心翼翼的收藏起来。
此刻，我真真切切的感受到：我为孩子们的付出得到了丰厚的回报。
