对于建筑工程施工技术质量的控制措施【摘要】项目的技术工作是施工管理的主要组成部分和基础，施工技术控制是全局技术管理的基础。其基本任务是正确贯彻国家的各基础技术政策，用科学的技术规律来组织技术管理，建立正常的生产技术秩序，充分利用施工企业的物质、装配和技术条件，发挥优势，有效地保证工程质量，提高劳动生产率，优质、高效、低耗地完成建设任务。本文作者围绕着建筑工程施工技术质量的控制，就其控制措施谈了一些自己的看法。
