Whilst in ‘Sleep’ mode, thealarm logic will continue to react in thenormal way including the operation of thegroup alarm relays and individual repeatand common alarm relays – ONLY thedrive signals to the LEDs and the audiblesare disabled until the unit is placed backinto the ‘Run’ mode.Input ResponseAs standard, the input response is set to22ms for optimum performance, howeverthis delay is user programmable and canbe reduced or extended to suit the exactsite conditions.Auxiliary RelaysEach channel is equipped with an integralrelay facility, typically used to initiateinputs to third party devices such as RTU,SCADA or DCS systems. On board DIL switches or jumpers allowthe user to select the manner in whichthe relay responds; normally energisedor de-energised relay state and if thecontact is normally open or normallyclosed in the non-alarm state.InputsAll inputs are optically coupled andcomply to the stringent requirementsof the European ElectromagneticCompatibility and Low Voltage Directives. The standard input voltage is 24VDC but48VDC,125VDC or 250VDC are availableas an option.Integral Redundant Power SuppliesIn order to maintain the highest level ofreliability in safety critical applications, all models are equipped with integrateddual power supplies. The standard unit isequipped with two fully isolated universalinput supplies, each capable of acceptingeither 85-264VAC or 88-300VDC. As anoption the secondary supply can besuitable for 24VDC if specified at the timeof order.Field Contact Voltage MonitoringWhen using 24VDC the field contactvoltage is supplied from the UC625. Thissupply is protected and fused and alsomonitored for failure. If this supply failsfor any reason an output relay is trippedto warn operators that alarm informationmay be lost.Various SizesVarious sizes are available from 12 to40 alarm points. Each unit is suppliedwith two additional alarm points formonitoring the two integral powersupplies.Dimensions are as follows:Fully Field ProgrammableFlexible design allows selection ofa range of features and a choice ofoperational alarm sequences, which arecompliant to ISA S18.1 1979. Alarms canbe set to operate from either a normallyopen or a normally closed volt-free signalcontact.ASIC TechnologyThe RTK UC625 continues our successwith field proven ASIC technologyalready employed in our range of alarmproducts,This gives the user both greaterflexibility and reliability.IP RatingFlush panel units are IP51 rated, optional IP54 weatherproof doors or IP56 wall mounted enclosures are available.TropicalisationIn harsh environments where moisture or chemicals may be present in the atmosphere, there is an option to tropicalise the unit. This consists of spraying the unit with a conformal coating.ServiceabilityAll normal servicing and maintenance is carried out from the front of the unit without the need for special tools.Pushbutton ControlsIntegral pushbuttons are provided for Functional Test, Acknowledge, Mute, and Reset which control the operation of the standard alarms within the instrument. The two power failure alarms have their pushbutton control lines wired to Customer terminals for connection toremote Functional Test, Accept and Reset pushbuttons. As an option, all alarms ways can be controlled from the integral pushbuttons.IlluminationThe RTK UC625 is equipped with 8mm superbright red LEDs for increased reliability and minimal power consumption.FEATURES & BENEFITSFilm Legend EngravingBecause the exact text is often not known at the time of order, the UC625 has been developed to use acetate film legends which allows users to easily generate their own legends using a computer and laser printer.ConnectionsAll connections are made on the rear of the unit using two-part quick disconnect rising clamp terminals accepting up to 2.5mm 2 cable. All terminals arelockable using the screws at each end of the terminal making it impossible for terminals to fall out or be removed inadvertantly.Common OutputsAs standard, each unit is fitted with three common relays: Critical Audible Relay, Non-Critical Audible Relay and Common Alarm Relay. The common alarm relay is equipped with a reflash feature to indicate the occurrence of a new alarm within the unit.Power Failure AlarmsTwo channels within the annunciator are reserved for power failure monitoring. One monitors the presence of theprimary supply and the other monitorsthe presence of the auxiliary supply.PROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Normal Normal Off SilentPROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Normal Alarm Flashing AudiblePROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Normal Acknowledged On Silent MANUAL RESETSequence Code MPROCESSSEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Normal Normal Off SilentPROCES S SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Normal Alarm Flashing AudiblePROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Acknowledged On SilentAUTOMA TIC RESETSequence Code A PROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Normal Normal Off SilentPROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Normal Subsequent Alarm On AudiblePROCESSSEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Normal First Silenced Flashing SilentPROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Normal First Alarm Flashing AudiblePROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnorma l Normal Acknowledged On SilentMANUAL RESET FIRST OUT Sequence F2M-1WITH N O SUBSEQUENT A LARMFLASHING AND S ILENCE PUSHBUTTO NPROCESSSEQUENCE VISUAL AUDIBL E NormalNormal Off SilentPROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Normal First Alarm Flashing AudiblePROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL AUDIBL E Abnormal Acknowledged On SilentAUTOMA TIC RESET FIRST OUTSequence F1AWITH N O SUBSEQUENTA LARM S TATE PROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL ALARM AUDIBL E RINGBAC K AUDIBL E Normal Normal Off Silent SilentPROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL ALAR M AUDIBL E RINGBAC K AUDIBL E Normal Ringback Slow Flashing Silent AudiblePROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL ALARM AUDIBL E RINGBAC K AUDIBL E Abnorma l Normal AlarmFast Flashing Audible SilentPROCESS SEQUENCEVISUAL ALARM AUDIBL E RINGBAC K AUDIBL E Abnormal Acknowledged On Silent SilentRINGBACKSequence Code R SEQUENCE TABLESEUROPE (EMEA): +44 (0)1582 723633 ********************THE AMERICAS: +1 800 835 7075*********************ASIA-PACIFIC: +65 6 645 9888***********************The given data is only intended as a productdescription and should not be regarded as a legal warranty of properties or guarantee. System Requirements◊ The UCA202 is PC and Mac-compatible. Therefore,no installation procedure or drivers are requiredfor the correct functioning of the UCA202.To work with the UCA202, your computer must fulfillthe following minimum requirements:2.1 Hardware connectionUse the USB connecting cable supplied with the UCA202to connect the unit to your computer. The USB connection alsosupplies the UCA202 with current. You can connect a varietyof devices and equipment to the inputs and outputs.3. Operating Elements and Connections3.1 Front panelFig. 3.1: Front panel UCA202(1) The LED indicates the status of the USB power supply.(2) DIGITAL OUTPUT : The Toslink jack carries an S/PDIF signalwhich can be connected via a i ber optic cable, for example, to the digital input of an effects device.(3)Use the jack to connect a standard pair of headphonesequipped with a 1/8" TRS connector.(4) The VOLUME control adjusts the volume level of theheadphones output. Turn the control fully to the left before you connect the headphones. This helps you avoid the damage that is caused by high volume settings.3.2 Rear panelFig. 3.2: Back of the UCA202(5) Use the jack to connect a standard pair of headphonesequipped with a 1/8" TRS connector. (6) Use the LINE-OUT jacks for audio cables with RCA connectors.(7) Use the LINE-IN jacks for audio cables with RCA connectors.(8) The OFF/ON-MONITOR switch activates the monitorfunction. In this case the input signal is routed directly to the headphones output.4. Working with the UCA2024.1 Application example ArrayFig. 4.1: Common version with the UCA202To provide a professional recording interface between mixing console and computer, you can use the UCA202 in combination with a suitable mixing console that includes subgroup outputs. This type of setup allows you to record several signals in the computer at the same time, to simultaneously play back several takes or playbacks which have been recorded, and to listen to the whole recording via loudspeakers (or headphones). Figure 4.1 shows a possible setup with one UCA202.Connect the outputs of the subgroup (in this case ALT 3-4 OUT)with the inputs of the UCA202 (6). You can choose to connect the outputs (5) of the interface either to the TAPE INPUT sockets or to your monitor speakers. You can connect control headphones to the socket (3) of the UCA202 or to the headphones output of your mixing console. Use the USB cable supplied with the unit to connect your PC or MAC via the USB interface.By routing each channel that you want to record through the ALT3-4 subgroup, you can now use the input channels of the mixing console to record different signals (e.g. microphone, guitar, sound module, etc.) in the computer. If you connect the OUT jacks of the UCA202 to channel inputs 7/8 (not via TAPE INPUT), make sure that the signal is not switched to the subgroup but instead to the main output of your mixer (MUTE key on the UB1204FX-PRO in channel 7/8 not pressed). Otherwise feedback can occur. Make sure that you use the SOURCE section on the mixing console to select the correct monitoring paths (ALT 3-4 and MAIN MIX or ALT 3-4 and TAPE).If you lead the UCA202 back via a channel input (not TAPE INPUT), you can also use the aux path in the channel to set up a monitor mix for live musicians. To do this, use the Aux Send (e.g. Aux 1) in this channel input. If the musicians want to hear themselves as well as the playback or previous recording takes, use the Aux Sends in the recording channels to mix in the recording signals with the monitor mix.5. Audio ConnectionsAlthough there are various ways to integrate the UCA202 into your studio or live set-up, the audio connections to be made will basically be the same in all cases:5.1 WiringPlease use standard RCA cables to connect the UCA202to other audio equipment. You can also use an adapter cable.Fig. 5.1: RCA cableFig. 5.2: Adapter cable with ¼" jack5.2 Headphones connectionThe UCA202 is provided with a headphones jack. Here, you can connect any standard pair of stereo headphones with a 1/8" TRS connector. 6. with a40 mm stroke● SKC32.. Operating voltage AC 230 V, 3-position control signal● SKC82.. Operating voltage AC 24 V, 3-position control signal● SKC6.. Operating voltage AC 24 V,– Control signal DC 0...10 V, 4...20 mA or 0...1000 Ω– SKC62/MO RS-485 for Modbus RTU communication– Selection of flow characteristic, position feedback, stroke calibration, LED status indication, override control– SKC62UA with selection of direction of operation, stroke limit control, sequence control with adjustable start point and operation range, operation of frost protection monitors QAF21.. and QAF61..● Positioning force 2800 N● Versions with or without spring-return function● For direct mounting on valves; no adjustments required● Manual adjuster and position indicator● Optional functions with auxiliary switches, potentiometer and stem heater● SKC..U are UL-approvedFor the operation of Siemens 2-port and 3-port valves of the types VVF.. and VXF.. with a 40 mm stroke as control and safety shut-off valves in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.Principle of electro-hydraulic actuators1 Manual adjuster2 Pressure cylinder3 Suction chamber4 Return spring5 Solenoid valve6 Hydraulic pump7 Piston8 Pressure chamber9 Position indicator (0 to 1)10 Coupling11 Valve stem12 PlugValve closed Valve openedOpening thevalveThe hydraulic pump [6] forces oil from the suction chamber [3] to thepressure chamber [8], thereby moving the pressure cylinder [2] downwards. The valve stem [11] retracts and the valve opens. Simultaneously, the returnspring [4] is compressed.Closing thevalveActivating the solenoid valve [5] allows the oil in the pressure chamber toflow back into the suction chamber. The compressed return spring movesthe pressure cylinder upwards. The valve stem extends and the valvecloses.ManualoperationmodeFor manual operation, swing out the crank so that the display windowbecomes visible. By rotating the crank clockwise, the pressure cylinder ismoved downwards. The display window shows the engagement bar and/orthe scale dial with stroke indication. In the manual operation mode, the positioning signals Y and Z can furtheropen the valve but cannot move to the 0 % stroke position of the valve. Toretain the manually set position, switch off the power supply or disconnectthe positioning signals Y and Z. The crank remains swung out and in thedisplay window the red indicator dial remains visible.Hinweis:When setting the controller to manual operation for a longerperiod of time, we recommend adjusting the actuator with themanual adjuster to the desired position. This guarantees thatthe actuator remains in this position for that period of time.Attention: Do not forget to switch back to automatic operationafter the controller is set back to automatic control.2Automatic operation mode For automatic operation, turn the manual adjuster clockwise to the end stop. The pressure cylinder moves upwards to the 0% stroke position of the valve. In the display window, the read scale disappears. Afterwards, swing the crank closed.Minimal volumetric flow The actuator can be manually adjusted to a stroke position > 0%, allowing its use in applications requiring a constant minimal volumetric flow.SKC32.. SKC82..3-position control signal The actuator is controlled by a 3-position signal either via terminals Y1 or Y2 and generates the desired stroke, which is transferred to the valve stem:● Voltage on Y1: Piston extends Valve opens● Voltage on Y2: Piston retracts Valve closes● No voltage on Y1 and Y2: Piston and valve stem remain in therespective positionSKC62.. SKC60Y positioning signalDC 0...10 V and/or 0...1000 Ω, DC 4...20 mA The actuator is either controlled via terminal Y or override control Z. The positioning signals generate the desired stroke by means of the above described principle of operation, which is transferred to the valve stem: ● Signal Y increasing: Piston extends Valve opens ● Signal Y decreasing: Piston retracts Valve closes ● Signal Y constant: Piston and valve stem remain in therespective position● Override control Z: See Functions [➙8]Frost protection monitor Frost protection thermostat A frost protection thermostat can be connected to the SKC6.. actuator. The added signals from the frost protection monitors QAF21.. and QAF61..require the use of SKC62UA actuators. Notes on special programming of the electronics are described under Electronics [➙5].Connection diagrams for operation with frost protection thermostat or frost protection monitor can be found under Connection diagrams [➙26].4ElectronicsSKC601)1 Connection terminals2 DIL switches3 LED status indication 4Stroke calibration1) From version ..L onwardSKC60 2), SKC62..1 Connection terminals2 DIL switches3 LED status indication 4Stroke calibration2) Up to and including version ..KSKC62UA1 Connection terminals2 DIL switches3 LED status indication4 Stroke calibration5 Rotary switch UP (factory setting 0) 6Rotary switch LOSKC62/MOThe Modbus converter is designed for analog control at 0...10 V.Keep the analog signal setting on the actuator as is (switch 1 to OFF); adjustment notpermitted. The actuators are factory configured for equal-percentage characteristic.DIL switch (internal actuator characteristic changeover) to "log" (switch 2 to OFF).FunctionsSpring-return functionThe SKC32.61.., SKC82.61.. and SKC62.., which feature a spring-return function, incorporate a solenoid valve which opens if the control signal or power fails. The returnspring causes the actuator to move to the 0% stroke position and closes the valve.CalibrationSKC60, SKC62.., SKC62/MOIn order to determine the stroke positions 0% and 100% in the valve, calibration is requiredon initial commissioning.♦Mechanical coupling of the actuator SKC6.. with a Siemens valve.Actuator must bin in …Automatic operation mode“ enabling stroke calibration to capture the effective 0% and 100% values.♦AC 24 V power supply applied.♦Housing cover removed.1.Short-circuit contacts in calibration slot (e.g. with ascrewdriver) and trigger calibration process.2. Actuator moves to 0% stroke position [1].♋Valve closes.3. Actuator moves to 100% stroke position [2].♋Valve opens.♋Measured values are stored. LED flashes grün, positioningfeedback U inactive♋Normal operation:Actuator moves to the position [3] as indicated by signalsY or Z.LED is lit green permanently, positioning feedback Uactive, values correspond to the actual positions.A red lit LED on the actuator indicates a calibration error.6The LED on the SKC62/MO cable adapter flashes red during the calibration, as the positioning signal Y and the positioning feedback U do not correspond anymore. This is interpreted as a blockage and thus indicated as an error.necessary, the calibration can be repeated any number of times.LED indication of operational statusSKC60, SKC62.., SKC62/MOThe dual-colored LED indicating the operational status is visible when the cover is removed. As a general rule, the LED can only assume the states shown above – continuously lit red or green, flashing red or green, or off/dark.8Override control ZSKC60, SKC62..The override control input Z can be operated in the following modes of operation:Shown operation modes are based on the factory setting “direct acting”.Y-input has no effect in Z-mode..Selection of direction of operationSKC60 (from version ..L), SKC62UA● With normally-closed valves, “direct acting” means that with a signal input of 0 V, thevalve closes (applies to all Siemens valves listed under Equipment combinations [➙12]). ● With normally-open valves, “direct acting” means that with a signal input of 0 V, the valveis open. The mechanical spring-return function is not affected by the direction of operation selected.Stroke limit control and sequence controlSKC62UA* Operating range of QAF21.. This isnot the case when combined with Siemens HVACcontrollers. The reason is that SIMATIC has a higherresolution and faster response time.Use the potentiometer as voltage divider on the 3-wireconnection. Powering the potentiometer over the wiper mayshorten the life cycle of the potentiometer. Signal peaksincrease in frequency and scope over the lifespan in this For more information, see Technical data [➙19]Ordering (example)1)Specify stock number if available.Spare parts1)Hand control, blue with mechanical partsEquipment combinations2-port valves VV.. They require on one hand rather simple Hall switches to detect a position and on the other hand quite complex linear Hall-effect sensors for the measurement of a travel distance or of a rotational movement . Beyond that, with its embedded controller HVC?0?22480B Micronas offers an utmost level of integrated functionality applicable at various places in the car, e .g . LED fan control for headlights, automated grill module (AGM), window lifter, door lock module, sunroof control, etc . The variety of integrated modules and functions (all-in-one solution) minimizes the number of required external components in most cases almost to zero . 86.2%氧化亚铜的应用与混配技术一、产品特点86.2%氧化亚铜(绿亨铜师傅)由氧化亚铜原粉和高效分散助剂经国内领先的流化床气流粉碎机加工而成,其制剂细度2000目以上,悬浮率85%以上,各项技术指标达到国际先进水平。
