寿力空压机一般故障分析与排除一、压缩机无法启动1、主开关跳闸—检查开关容量。
2、电路保险丝熔断—更换保险丝。
3、控制回路变压器保险丝熔断—更换保险丝。
4、电动机起动器过载跳闸—使热继电器复位,若故障依然存在,检查电动机接触器触点工作是否正常。
5、输入电压低—检查电压。
若电压低,请与配电室或电力公司联系。
6、保护回路断开,如高温开关、水压开关等—检查,复位或更换。
7、对于处在自动控制模式下双级控制机组,如果管线压力超过设定值,机组将不能起动,管线压力降下来后即能自动起动。
二、压缩机在有负载时停机1、无控制电压—检查变压器、保险及联线。
2、输入电压低—与配电室或电力公司联系。
3、压力开关故障—检查开关动作时的管线压力。
4、排气温度开关断开:1) 冷却水温过高(仅水冷机组)—增大水流量。
2) 冷却水流量低(仅水冷机组)—检查冷却水的供给。
3) 冷却器脏堵(仅水冷机组)—清洗冷却器,如果堵塞仍存在,需用水处理器。
4) 冷却气流不畅—清洁冷却器,检查通风情况。
5) 环境温度太高—增大通风量。
6) 油位太低—检查/调整油位。
7) 温控阀失灵—检查/更换温控元件。
8) 水量调节阀失灵(仅水冷机组)—检查/更换。
9) 温度开关故障—检查测量电路是否短路或断路。
5、主机或风扇电机过载—复位,若故障依旧,检查电机是否损坏。
三、压缩机无法达到供气压力1、空气需求量大于供气量—检查供气管上阀门是否开启或有泄漏。
2、进气过滤器脏堵—查看仪表是否显示需维护信号,清洁或更换有关元件。
3、压力调节器失灵或损坏—调整或更换压力调节器。
4、进气阀位置不对—调整或更换提升阀备件,或维修进气阀。
5、放空阀打开—维修或更换放空阀。
6、压力开关损坏—维修或更换。
7、最小压力阀故障—维修或更换。
四、管线压力高于卸载压力设置值1、控制器泄漏—检查是否漏气。
2、压力开关损坏—检查隔膜与触点,若损坏,更换。
3、电磁阀故障—检查线圈和清洁阀体,若已损坏则更换备件。
