62/ 2023年第7期4 结论1)SHPB 试验结果表明,泡沫铝填充管的波形电信号无明显透射波,应力-应变曲线具有高的屈服强度,对泡沫铝进行复合处理可明显改善试样的缓冲能力。
缓冲能力的提升原因是波阻抗差异界面的增多及1060Al 薄壁金属管和1060Al 板的支撑作用;2)有限元分析结果表明,泡沫铝填充管在不同冲击速度下的缓冲效率均超过50%,泡沫铝填充管在起重机工况下具备优良的缓冲性能;3)泡沫铝填充管是依靠内部泡沫铝的变形坍塌实现吸能,变形坍塌主要依靠泡沫铝薄弱胞壁的塑性旋转弯曲来实现;4)虽然泡沫铝填充管的变形坍塌是不可逆变形,但微量的变形量可使其承受多次相同载荷的反复撞击,泡沫铝填充管可作为次级应急防护装置应用于起重运输行业。

Q A Y160全地面起重机
QAY160全地面起重机采用六轴全地面底盘,自动操纵机械变速箱,油气悬挂,全头驾驶室,全覆盖式走台板。
椭圆形截面六节伸缩主臂、二节折叠式侧置副臂,单缸前支变幅,转台尾部高置,下悬式活动组合配重,上车独立发动机,内藏式双独立卷扬,外啮合回转机构。
两级双H型支腿,360°全回转作业。
总功率变量系统,先导电液比例控制技术。
起重能力大,驱动强劲,通过性能好,适用性能广泛和使用可靠。
性能特点
1.产品具有优越的起重性能
起重性能处于国内领先水平,接近国际先进水平。
支腿跨距大,作业稳定性好。
不用第五支腿,可以360°全方位作业,不受前方区域的限制,并可根据作业场地的情况半伸支腿作业。
2.六节箱形伸缩臂,椭圆形截面,进口高强度钢板,单伸缩油缸自动控制伸缩机构,内部互锁系统,可实现多种臂长,起重能力强。
3.越野能力强,适应范围广泛
✧采用六轴越野底盘,电喷发动机,排放可达欧Ⅲ,ZF自动操纵机械变速箱,操纵可选择自动和手动,ZF分动箱,端面齿大扭矩传动轴,进口KESSLER桥,米其林无内胎轮胎。
✧驱动形式为12X6(二、五、六轴驱动),转向形式为12X10,(一、二、三、五、六轴转向),可小转弯半径和蟹形行走;最小转弯直径24m;油气悬架,调整高度为±150mm,三、四提升后可实现小转弯半径和蟹形行走,最高车速71Km/h,最大爬坡度48%。
4.电气系统采用PLC集成式可编程控制器,CAN-BUS总线的控制网络,完成系统的逻辑控制与电比例控制功能,并与常规电气相结合,微动性好,灵活轻便。
5.液压传动,泵控开式变量系统,与电比例操作系统紧密结合,模块化设计,工作平稳,大大提高起重机的控制性能。
6.上车独立发动机,可达欧洲Ⅱ号排放标准。
7.采用国际化配套,选用国内外可靠性高的配套件,特别是关键零配件选用进口(泵、阀、马达等),并进行合理匹配。
8.注重人机工程的设计,全封闭大圆弧操纵室,可沿水平轴向上翻转,最大扬起角度20度,增大视角范围。
9.设置冷暧空调。
采用进口递进式集中润滑系统。
对主要相对运动点自动润滑,延长了整机使用寿命,易于保养。
10.具有自装卸的组合配重,多种吨位配重设置,悬挂于转台后下方,可自行安装,满足多性能、多工况使用,使用方便。
11.制造技术先进可靠,数控激光、等离子下料,数控加工中心,一流的流水线装配作业,保证整机的一致性和可靠性。
主要部件介绍
1.起重臂
六节伸缩臂,椭圆形截面,采用上下两块板对接的方式,材料采用WELDOX960高强度钢板。
伸缩系统采用单缸自动插销式,一个双作用油缸可以控制所有吊臂的伸缩,达到多种臂长组合。
有效利用吊臂空间,增大吊臂截面尺寸,减轻吊臂重量。
中长臂长度设置为每节伸缩臂全伸的 46%、92%和全伸,各进行多种伸缩组合。
2.副起重臂
二节桁架式副起重臂,具有0°、15°、30°三种可变安装角,装有弹簧自动插销,自动手油泵等,安装使用方便。
3.转台
单板加筋结构,采用高强钢板制造,优化设计,承载性能高。
4.变幅机构
单缸前支式变幅机构,采用重力下降方式,中长臂下落稳定,能耗低。
5.液压系统
先导电比例控制技术,微动性好。
A8V恒功率变量双泵供上车起升、变幅和伸缩。
齿轮泵供上车回转。
液压系统采用变量泵变(定)量马达系统,该系统为总功率系统,主泵为斜轴式柱塞泵,主起升机构采用双变量系统,马达为电控马达。
马达带有压力切断阀,避免负荷过大时的失速现象。
闭式泵控回转系统,可显着缓冲回转冲击,控制元件少、系统发热量小等优点。
主阀为电液比例阀。
下车支腿操纵采用电控方式。
6.电气系统
电气系统采用PLC集成式可编程控制器,CAN-BUS总线的控制网络,并与常规电气相结合,装有全自动力矩限制器。
并配有高度限位器,防过卷过放等安全装置和各种工况工作指示灯。
7.操纵室
全封闭大圆弧操纵室,玻璃钢流线型设计,内饰软化全包装,能适应西部高原地区温度条件。
可沿水平轴向上翻转,最大扬起角度20度,增大视角范围。
安装空调,可为操纵人员提供一个舒适、安全的操作环境。
8.起升机构
主副卷扬,可独立驱动。
减速机为内藏式两级行星减速机,结构紧凑,重量轻,可靠性高。
9.回转机构
两级行星减速机,具有可控自由滑转机能,吊装过程中可实现自动滑转就位,设有回转缓冲阀,常闭式制动器,保证回转作业平稳可靠。
回转支承为滚柱式回转支承,重量轻、承载能力强、寿命长。
10.车架
采用WELDOX960高强度钢,车架前段为“Z”形纵梁式加横梁结构,车架后段为大箱形结构,抗扭性强。
11. 固定支腿、活动支腿
采用双“H”型式,四点支撑,固定支腿与活动支腿均采用方箱结构,采用WELDOX960高强度钢,活动支腿为两级伸缩,其伸缩机构采用油缸加绳排伸缩技术,支腿操纵及调平采用电控液动控制。
支脚盘和垂直油缸连成一体。
为便于夜间操作,四个支腿处均有支腿操纵灯;支腿伸缩时,在半伸、全伸位置设有检测开关、标志和销孔,以便安全工作。
12.发动机
下车采用奔驰公司生产的OM502LA发动机,V型八缸、水冷、增压中冷、电喷、排放可达欧Ⅲ。
13.变速箱
采用ZF公司生产的变速箱,机械变速箱自动控制,操纵可自动和手动选择,自动显示当前档位和手动操纵需要更换的档。
14.桥
1、3轴为转向从动轴,
2、6轴为转向驱动轴,4轴非驱动转向轴,5轴为转向贯通驱动轴,2、6轴带轮间差速器及差速锁,5轴带轴间差速器及差速锁。
15.悬挂系统
油气悬挂系统,可自动调平、手动调整、刚性锁锁死。

对附表中起重量的说明:
1) 表中额定起重量所表示的数值,是在平整的坚固地面上本起重机能够保证的最大起重量,表中粗线上方的数值是起重机的强度决定的,粗线以下的数值是起重机的稳定性决定的。
2) 表中额定起重量包括吊钩和吊具的重量;
3) 表中的工作幅度是包括吊臂的变形量在内的实际值;
4)表中的起重臂长度一定要按照每节臂的伸缩率要求进行伸出;
4)臂端单滑轮的起重性能同副臂(11.55m)0°安装角的起重性能;
5)起重作业时,必须使悬挂系统处于锁止状态,并严禁触动任何调整悬挂的按钮;
6) 75%的倾翻载荷考虑了7级风,即风压为125N/m2;
7)除全伸支腿基本臂工况外,即使空载,也不要使起重臂的仰角处于以上各工况表中给出的范围外,一定在表中给出的范围内;
8)主臂起重量数值是主臂臂头不装副臂的情况下计算的,如带副臂,则起重量应减小(副臂对主臂的影响:副臂自重2400kg,重心距根部约7.5m)。
