报名工作：各参赛者需在4月12日前报名(4月13日预赛，4月20日决赛)由办公室(颜君珺)负责统计收集稿件及选手资料。

My name is Zhang Junyi, I’m a lovely girl. I’m from ZhangCun primary school. Today, It’ s my great honor to be here. The title of my speech is “To Be a Good Traveler”.

(5)18号决赛，决赛的三个题目是：第一,5分钟讲诉英语学习的历程。第二，5分钟讲诉自己的家乡。第三，5分钟介绍南邮。

小知识提示：好的演讲稿，应该既有热情的鼓动，又有冷静的分析，要把抒情和说理有机地结合起来，做到动之以情，晓之以理。

比赛由二部分组成：一，先进行命题演讲(限时3分钟)，命题演讲结束后，评委提问1—2个问题，选手回答限时1分钟。二，即兴演讲(选手准备30秒，回答限时2分钟);其中命题演讲是参赛者围绕我们的主题在比赛前选好文章进行演讲。即兴演讲是现场抽题现场回答。评委们用英语提问，可以是与主题有关的或是演讲者在演讲过程中涉及的问题或是评委感兴趣的问题，参赛者用英文回答，这考察了选手

们的应变能力和对英语的运用能力。

纪律是我们社会生存的必要条件，我们生活在纪律中，是它让我们成长，约束了我们的不好言行，我们需要养成良好的纪律观。

成绩的取得是学生操作技能的展示，这其中凝聚了指导老师的心血。我们的中职学生理论基础相对较低，上机操作时间相对不够，学生也没有比赛经验。根据这些实际情况，我们指导老师按照竞赛要求，从基础知识入手，强化技能操作训练。老师和学生共同分析课题，培养学生独立思考问题、解决问题和综合应用的能力。在强化学生动手操作能力的同时，我们也在加强学生心理素养训练，针对有些学生考前情绪不稳定、心理压力大的现实，在竞赛前我们降低训练难度，让学生多做自己擅长的课题，同时进行心理疏导，树立自信。

这些措施起到良好的作用，为竞赛取得比较好的成绩奠定了基础。
